I can't imagine the price increases we will see when that bill is actually signed.
That's true about policy. We are right at the edge. Great policy decisions are the only thing that can save us now.
Why do you like pharma more?
Thank you for such a candid response - I really appreciate it.
Have you heard about California wanting to ban all internal combustion engines? I would wager that demand will likely continue to fall even as we get more vehicles on the road.
For 2016, the company reduced its lease operating expenses by 19%.
Also in 2016, Denbury reduced its debt principal balance by $530 million.
For 2018, the company forecasts an additional $50 million in cost savings.
Denbury recently acquired an interest in the Salt Creek Field in Wyoming, a move that is already adding nearly 2,000 BOE/day (barrel oil equivalent).
Holy Cow! We are going up, up, and up!
So the real question as to whether or not these sand companies will declare bankruptcy is whether or not their sand can replace the industry norm?
I have always been curious about that - why do MLP's give up ground for 6 weeks following ex-distribution?
Ah ok. So lithium is pretty common, just not very concentrated?
Hmmm that is some strong evidence for lower prices. You don't see demand rapidly increasing the future?
That's too bad. That's a big reason that I avoid mining stocks - there's too much about mining that I don't know. How do you determine if a stock is worth buying?
I am not that familiar with BLDP, to be honest. What can you point to that shows that BLDP will continue its upward trend?
Ok sounds good. Please let us if they respond
So are you considering adding to your position? If you think that the company has long term viability and that shorts are artificially keeping the price low, it might be time to add to your position.
That's a fair statement. To be fair, how much do short sellers actually hurt the company? I have seen some studies that show that short sellers can actually be beneficial to a company.
I have seen estimates for $50 - $70 for a stable price. Why do you think on the lower side?
So are you long, or are you waiting for a dip?
So are you short CVR?
Ok that's some good advice, thank you. I will check out a few
I agree! What do you think the timeline will be for bankruptcy?
Sorry to chime in, but I was just wondering why you thought the stock might be going sideways?
You think the stock might be a dud? You have reservations that the company can continue its distributions?
Absolutely fantastic news! However, as I always ask, is this sustainable?
Do you think that today's results bode well for an increase in oil prices?
Today's earning's call was great news! However, I wonder if they can keep this up. If they can keep up this momentum, then obviously the price would rise. But can it continue?
Does anyone else think that this company might a be future bankruptcy play? Huge loss and the retention of counsel is not good
What are the sentiments out there regarding today's earnings call? Increased revenues and decreased LOE, seems like a buy sign to me
Do you think it is an ultimate take over target? If an acquirer can get the assets for pennies on the dollar - might not be a bad move
I completely agree. I like corporate guidance to be based in reality; even if it is "aggressive" guidance. I agree that management actions are positive. I was just wondering if there might be some ulterior motive.
That's incredibly sketchy, to be honest. Why don't they just report their data?
Ballard's stock price looks pretty flat over the past few years. I wasn't aware that they had reported guidance on higher earnings
You think Israel is obfuscating the facts?
That's crazy! I didn't realize that the figures were that skewed.
You are following the investment dollars towards battery tech?
Jeez! 70% of your holdings? Why not just liquidate your holdings and take a profit?
That's a really interesting fact about batteries. I always thought that charging a battery was always the same. So is that why my cellphones always die - fast charging?
To be fair, gas is less than $4 per gallon and is therefore cheaper than the hydrogen plan that you referenced. Are you assuming that hydrogen prices will decrease?
Do you think they are trying to keep something hidden? Or just lazy
So there is no room for improvement in Lithium refining technology?
What are your current thoughts on the Oasis Midstream IPO?
That is a valid point. Do you think it's reasonable that they expect an increase in dividends?
So do you think that possible improvements in lithium refining technology will be able to lower the cost?
