Trying to stick with the slomo theme. Hard to hold back bid support after they cash me out.
Three hits, and I only got two. MM took one of them.
I pout some on the ask. (Slapped the bid) Let's see if this guy is serious.
I suppose if boogie died, the money owed to TEU would be payable from his estate.
Somebody looks inspired. I think I'll wait for him/her to announce intentions.
That's probably right. I was looking more at the intentions of the buyer. Maybe we'll see some follow through? Slomo
I show 1800 shs traded in TEUCF, and 50 K in TEUFF. Both at the ask.
Tricky guy. Bought a couple hundred (preferred) at the ask on Monday, big move, no volume. Then followed today. No percent change. Very clever. I'll put that trick in my bag for later.
Looks like a new player is putting some skin in the game. Wonder what his angle is?
They all see the reorg coming. Of course there won't be a delisting, silly.
OK, then. I'll do the math. If they convert 5 billion in debt at $25/sh, I get 200 million shares. So 230 Million outstanding sounds better than 30 million? Did I miss any decimals?
How much debt would be converted? Let's do that math.
OTOH, might be a different company with the same name. Have you tried the phone number?

Allseas looks like a great place to hide. 4000 employees. Might take a while to find one.

My formula is a 10:1 reverse with a $25 bond exchange price. That's $2.50/ sh. Maintains a high price above delisting. Gives them time to try the plan, before panic if it fails.
Little old ladies go to Wall Street. They have all of the money, and probably a ton of JCP bonds. Wall Street has a bunch of the bonds too, and they will put the deal on paper. Then the ladies will decide whether they want the deal, Bada Bing bada boom. Share price goes to the deal concession.
I'm guessing the day after. They will be quiet until then. Then they will start a barrage of PR about the deal with bondholders. Yes, dilution to the shares. Question is how much? A price will be set. I'm hoping over $2, and closer to $5
I'm telling you both. Mr. B is the magic man in ships. He's gonna pull a rabbit out of his hat and leave you both wondering. Yeah, the shipping biz went dead as a doorknob, and we lost money. He's gonna get the banks to lend because somebody needs to carry all of that ag to China. The Banks will lend the money, because they know I'm right, and because Mr. B is the magic ship man.
I could be wrong, and I'm not a Lawyer, but the statutes I have read suggest that the preferred shareholders had a time frame after the asset sales to send the company into Chap 11, or chap 7, (BK) and claim the assets. They sat on their hands. The statute of limitations is past.
How much are those rust buckets worth now?
China deal sounds good for shipping. Let's get something in the water, Mr. B.
It does explain the market reaction. Gotta watch that tape.
That strategy isn't working so far. Maybe Tadlock needs a more expensive Lawyer?
Error correction: I think I mentioned "cheap Chinese crap" in an earlier post. AFAIK, the costumes are made in USA.
Ad showed up on IHub.
Phaser set on Stunning.
JCP Rocks for Halloween
Up 10% since Friday. 10% sounds like a good premium. Should I let a few go?
I've been pushing on the squeeze for a while. Buy them cheap, and let the shorts have them for a premium I think they have a lot of days to cover. That's bad for them, right?
The Craftsman line was pretty good. I don't know if they make that in China now, but I think they're selling it at Home Depot, and probably on Amazon. Probably will outlive Sears.
Sears is similar, but very different. Both Sears and JCP sell cheap Chinese crap to the public, but Amazon does too, and they're still ok, AFAIK.
I mentioned it in a post. I think they deleted it. I said: "What's gonna happen, is gonna happen." You sort of have to read between the lines and understand the capitalization parameters.
IDK, man. At this price I think it would be less expensive to buy the float and fire him than it would be to hire a lawyer.
Refinancing the debt is tough for either sex. I would hope for a team effort. I'll certainly leave the fashion sense to the females.
I often wonder why women want equality. They're so much better than us.
JCP gonna SHUTDOWN the short sellers.
Starting now. See 'ya. Wouldn't wanna be 'ya.
I gambled o bit too. I felt like putting the shorts feet to the fire. Waiting for the next barrage of FAKE News. Hopefully after I sell a few first.
Looks like your squeeze is taking form.
My own perspective is innovate, or dwindle. Can't rest on the past fame. they have to move forward and be able to compete online, come up with something the others don't have, and/or use the real property for the proximity to a very mobile market.
OTOH, I hub ads reminded me, they could become a global cannabis boutique powerhouse.
Past is prologue. They better get their shizzle together online and on Christmas.
AFAIK, there is no scandal. Stack all of the accountants in a single line around the world, and they still won't agree on anything. FAKE News will tell you all about stuff that never happened anyway.
It's a misunderstanding, not a scandal.
Insiders bought GE, too. Both had FAKE News dogs attacking them.
