Big things are around the corner for patient investors.
Chairman's letter simply confirmed that by implying "don't worry, we are in control here and your patience will pay off."
I keep adding as much as I can at these low prices.
$OWCP
There is no smoke without fire :)
$OWCP
None of these two articles are pumps. They state the facts. They say OWCP stock price increased X% after xyz happened. The articles state 100% correct FACTS!
There can only be one logical reason. Pfizer wanted to keep its interest extremely confidential and OWCP want to officially show Pfizer that they are not the ones who leaked this.
OWCP has no reason to put out this 8k if the rumor or the article was pure speculation. I mean think about it, such rumor would benefit the stock price, why would the management bother filing an 8k saying they did not write the article or leaked any information!
Big things are coming!!!
TEVA's interest in OWCP was not a secret, it was published on local media.
But even Pfizer's possible interest should not be surprising to anyone. Do you really think these big pharma companies will sit and watch MMJ getting legalized all around the country and the world? Do you really think they will start their R&D from scratch when and if medical marijuana becomes schedule 2?
They sure will start identifying potential acquisition targets. I bet many of them already identified 5-10 targets. And if anyone who knows this industry a little bit would place OWCP in his list of top 5-10 MMJ companies.
So what? We all know that OWCP doesn't have any revenues yet. But we also know that OWCP is the only MMJ company out there that has the potential to reach and exceed GW one day!
This is why many longs here are waiting patiently and silently ;)
OWCP
Even better! Closed @ HOD $.305
$OWCP
Close @.30 HOD would be amazing!
That's one reason why Pfizer may be interested in OWCP. Another reason is that as big pharma companies start seeing MMJ as a threat to their revenue generating medicine, they may want to buy out small MMJs just to kill them.
As far as I know, Pfizer is in the psoriasis game with Xeljanz and they may purely want to buy out potential future completion before they get bigger and more expensive to kill.
$OWCP
Nicely pushing $.30!!!
GW has revenue? You called that chicken $hit a revenue?
GW reported a loss over $82 million last year only, LOL
Couple of additions to your analysis:
- AXI$ has almost $8 million debt, about $5 million of this is convertible debt
- AXI$'s stockholder equity on the balance sheet is negative, so it is actually stockholders deficit. This means the book value of the stock is nonexistent
- AXI$ has negligible (almost zero) revenues and net loss in last quarter is over half a million. Loss is over a million in the last 6 months.
- The only product in AXI$'s pipeline is a chewing gum
And yet its MC is over $300 million.
OWCP is extremely undervalued based this peer comparison and we all know that! An equal MC of $300 million brings OWCP PPS to over $2 and this where the share price should be at the moment.
Even a conservative MC of $150 million means a PPS should be over $1.
OWCP
Do you mean .299 by .20s? LOL
It wasn't a scam or a buyout! OWCP simply terminated Medmar deal as Medmar couldn't get licensed to distribute. OWCP cut ties with a distributor who can't deliver! It is nothing but a smart move!
This is a total BS. Read the page 6 of the 10Q: shares were exercised anywhere from .13 up to .70.
In fact the wast majority was exercised at $.70. I did a quick calculation to help you better understand. The weighted average price shares were offered was $.38 :)
Pretty close to the stock price right now!
10Q is as good as it gets! No one was expecting revenues. Maybe only the ones who had no clue about the company did :)
OWCP has $1.4 million cash to fund operations and no notes to pay. It can't get any better than this before sales start, which is around the corner with psoriasis cream!
The only thing worth zero is the baseless claims we have been seeing on this board :)
Are we looking at the same stock here? OWCP did not close below .30 cents since January 10th LOL
Too many great things on today's 10Q:
- OWCP has over $1.4 million in cash for operations even after paying Medmar $300k to terminate the deal. This means no reason for dilution for quite some time.
- O/S is still 146 million, which means there was no dilution over the last quarter
- There are ZERO notes payable. OWCP does not have ANY toxic debt
- R&D expenses quadrupled as psoriasis cream is ready for market. Sheba is paid to complete the safety trials and the company proved it's dedication to R&D
- OWCP sued Ziv Turner and other ex-officials to return 2 million shares they do not deserve. Company is doing everything to protect shareholders.
- OWCP sued the firm who illegally dumped 35 million shares in 2016 for $2 million in damages. This may take some time to resolve but again it shows that OWCP management was not bluffing when they issued a demand letter to sue.
If you know this much, explain how a company can value a patent. Say for example, OWCP has a utility patent for psoriasis cream, how are they going to value it? Is it worth a million, 10 million, or a billion?
Since companies would randomly assign values basic accounting principles do not allow patents to be on the balance sheet.
There are only two conditions where patents can be filed as assets. First example if OWCP acquires someone else's patent, say for a million, then they can claim that patent as an asset. The second example is getting an offer for your patent. If company X offers OWCP to buy their asset for a million, OWCP then can say my patent is worth a million and put it on the balance sheet.
For all other scenarios, companies CANNOT claim patents as assets. It is this simple!
No they don't, GW doesn't have a penny on its balance sheet for patents.
Someone who doesn't know the difference in how public and private companies raise capital is the last one to teach me accounting principles.
What are you talking about? OWCP pays Sheba to do clinical trials.
No one said Sheba pays OW. Stop making things up!
Who cares about generating revenues when they are losing $82 million a year.
By the way, I am still waiting for your answer on whether GW has any patents on the balance sheet.
Someone just claimed that a public company can raise money through venture capital firms without issuing equity on this board! This can't get any better! LOL
We are talking about a prerevenue company that has ZERO debt and $1.4 million in cash here and the only way to talk it down is to make such ridiculous statements I guess :)
Do you have any clue on the losses of other MMJ companies?
Take the largest one, GWP$. They lost over $82 million last year :)
Not thousand, million :))
When you post something analyze it first, understand what it means and how it compares to peers.
We are talking about a pre revenue company here. If you show me one pre revenue company on earth that has no sales but positive operating income I will not post on this board. But you have to agree to do the same if you can't.
Are you up for it?
This IP on balance sheet BS needs to end. I remember you claiming that GW has bunch of patents right? Tell me the IP value for patents they claim on the balance sheet?
Let me help you, a huge ZERO! There are. ASIC accounting principles and unfortunately ignorance doesn't stop people from making claims they have no clue about!
No one gives you cash for free. Doesn't matter you're public or private. It is either debt or you give up on equity and somewhat dilute ownership.
Don't you even watch Shark Tank for gods sake?!?
This is from the Supreme Court of New York
"The Supreme Court Records On-Line Library does not provide access to: (i) documents in matrimonial and electronically-filed cases and those covered by a sealing order; and (ii) documents, County Clerk data and court activity data in Mental Hygiene Law Cases."
So if it is electronically filed, you wont be able to find it in the database :) But you can keep searching if you want LOL
And here is the link for you

So let me understand one thing. You guys don't want a pre-revenue company to sell restricted shares to raise capital, you also don;t want them to raise debt by issuing notes.
So can someone tell me how else a company raise cash to operate?
Raising money through restricted shares is the smartest way to it because once you issue notes not only you accumulate debt but also it eventually converts into stocks anyway.
OWCP raised $2 million with minuscule dilution and you guys are acting like it was a big deal. No it actually was the smartest thing the management has done so far!
OWCP sued Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP for $2 million in damages!!!
Well deserved for illegally dumping 35 million shares in 2016!
Good job on the management! They showed that they were not bluffing with the demand letter.
OWCP
We all know this!
This patents on the balance sheet BS got old. First we know that provisional patents are placeholders and recent 2 utility patent applications are pending. But even if they were approved, these patents CANNOT be on the balance sheet as valuation is subjective for accounting principles.
No not yet. The PPS crossed both the 200 and 50 day moving averages but golden cross has not happened yet.
But if this keeps trading as it has been for the last 2 days, golden cross should happen within a few days IMO!
This should be stickied! 10Q proves the cash in hand is not being wasted. Notes are fully paid and R&D spending is rising as expected!
Over $1.4 million cash in hand!!!
And ZERO notes to pay!!!
This stops all the dilution BS!
OWCP
What is your point? These are old news, seems like they are new to you LOL.
We have nasdaq experienced CFO now!!!
OWCP
This is also amazing! Ziv was fired and now we know why. The company is suing him to get its shares back!
Very good for the shareholders!
Oh by the way, remember your ridiculous statement about OWCP having $300k debt from the last statement and how I proved you wrong with payments to Medmar?
Now go look at the liabilities and educate yourself on how to read financial statements and how to do real DD rather than copy pasting irrelevant PRs!
What did you expect? Net income with no sales yet? LOL
Look at the assets, specifically the cash assets! You are missing the most important points here!
Amazing!!! They paid for the consulting services at a $2.62 share price!!! Smart management!
$1.4 million cash in hand, ZERO notes, quadrupled R&D spending compared to previous year!
Regardless of the PPS, management is doing the right things here!
$OWCP!
