Thank you for that gemmerling. I rest my case for now. Henry has help so no need for email to him right now. Maybe money has been an issue in the past. Maybe the help is mis-aligned for the company to function any more effectively than what they are currently. Not sure. I guess I will sit back and wait and see what happens.
Tonloc48, I am presently retired and 76 years old. MY BS degree was in management and I worked in the business field during my career so what I am eluding to isn't far off imo. Henry is a smart man and he could focus more on mergers and acquisitions if he had some good help. Especially when he has $1.5 billion about to land in his pocket.
Thanks for that email address Facts. Perhaps tomorrow I will. Worth a shot at this point. He could afford to hire some people once the loan is approved. He seems to have great fore sight in building the business but lacks the confidence to hire others to help him. I won't say it that way in my email but that is what is wrong at this point.
Facts, just wanted you to know that I currently hold more shares of PHIL now than I have ever held but still think PHIL has room to improve with management operations.
Facts, you know I'm not on the wrong board. I may be invested in a company that needs to have its CEO distribute some of his work load though. It appears Henry is got more on his plate than he can justify handling. He needs to delegate more of the workload. Been saying this for quite some time now.
No, maybe Henry needs to announce some thing positive and favorable towards the stock holders that would make them feel secure, warm and fuzzy. It's time. Actually more than time. I have been involved with this company as a stock holder for awhile now and have seen very little actual positive news released here. Why?
There should be virtually no excuses why things do not progress after the $1.5 billion loan is approved. Money should never be an issue after that approval.
Naturally your probably experiencing a leaky roof right now. One never knows he needs a roof until it starts to leak. Then you have to wait 2 weeks to get it fixed and hope it doesn't rain in the mean time. That also means you probably have the guy that bid the most also.
Proof is in the pudding. Once investors see the Henry comes through with a big project that has been in process for some time people will feel much more confident in buying shares here. Just a matter of time now. I have kept adding because I am giving Henry the benefit of the doubt.
I've been lucky with this stock. Increased by position by 7.5% with free shares lately. Can't argue with free shares by trading.
We need a big power hour today to make up for yesterday.
Kind of a dead power hour today.
If one is making money, one can afford to pay the tax. Sure beats losing money.
Do you have a link to that press release?
Yes, I bought in the trips but I have been trying to accumulate some free shares by trading occasionally and it has worked good so far. I'm certainly not a big shareholder compared with many on the board.
I didn't say I sold all my shares. I said I should buy back the one's I sold on FRiday.
Guess I should buy back the shares I sold on Friday.
Doesn't one have to ask why we were given this loan at such favorable conditions? I mean PHIL, a company just learning how to tie its shoes and brush its teeth. Why were we given this loan?
How do we get over $1.00 by 11/15/21?
Everyone enjoy that run to .0079?
Maybe we will see a penny tomorrow.
As I always say "better up than down".
Would it be better to take the loss on FTEG and make it up on PHIL. You may want some losses to offset your gains in PHIL for tax reasons.
Probably because it has not been signed yet last I knew.
quitdayjob, money talks. PHIL can be his first baby and some other bunch of companies will make up his next baby if the money is right. Every one has his price.
Could PHIL be taken private? Could we now become a buyout target now that we are sitting there with a soon -to-be loan for $1.5b approved.
Another thought. Ok, now we have this huge loan about to be completed. Doesn't that make us quite attractive to be bought out by some one?
How about if Henry told the lender he was going to take PHIL private and would then partner with the lender after going private. Henry is going to buy shares either way. Either to take PHIL private or because he said he would.
mess24, that would make some sense. Funny thing happened yesterday. I was sitting there with cash and stock was at .0062. I put in an order at .0060 an it got executed. Then it went down to around .0054 so I was pissed I had paid more for it. Then this morning the news came out and up it went so I made out I guess.
It's easy to say that a person should have bought at this or that price. However, being the listener its a different story. The boards are full of deceit and story tellers trying to make money. I remember the first time I came on this board. I was skeptical of buying a single share. The more I hung around here the more confident I got with some of the posters on the board, but your never really sure who to listen to and who to ignore until you have been here awhile.
Exactly mess124. No way this news should have been not released through a PR. What huge piece of news that supports our future. Come Henry, follow it up with a PR tomorrow.
Thanks 52172. How long does the procedure last. I know I will be in the hospital overnight.
I will be off the board tomorrow. Having a "Watchman" installed in my heart. See you all on Monday. Anyone here have this procedure done on them yet?
Sell him a ticket to dinner. I hear he has the money.
So when are the arabs going to buy the stock? Are they all in yet?
I can't believe this stock is still under a penny? News hasn't spread enough yet.
But how do you know if some one in the management team that doesn't exist might have had a grandmother that had $2.0 billion available for even better terms. Your not getting my point. Henry could still control the input of these other project managers and at the same time spend more time in the investigation end of the job looking for new opportunities while these projects continue to flourish. He still controls it all but with help.
I still see areas that need attention. He could do even better if he had some help from high management staff hand picked by him. I know what you said the other day about he wants it done his way and his way only. He can still have it that way if the he hires some good people with experience in top management. I'm not a kid either looking for the quick get rich quick route. I'm now nearly 76 but can see the value of help and filtering new ideas as you go along.
All we have to do now is sit back and wait for the big fish to arrive with their $$. If you build it they will come.
So why hasn't the price of the stock reflected all that has transpired since before "current"? We are just a tad over half a cent but have not seen the price reflect the accomplishments.
