Gambit13, consider this: there are some here who rode the wave up and back to where it is now. However, those same individuals are ten-baggers, still ...a pretty worthy "Gambit", I'd dare say. GLTY.
To that MAC, I say Go Ahead; FOOL ME! I dare you, Ronnie and Hanna.
Thanks for the international perspective, BK2010. GLTY.
jday01, can you possibly share with us the number of shares that Ronnie and Hanna are holding at this time? TIA.
Great dialogue, All. I've watched the physical progression of the entity (LYJN) as it's evolved over the years. Thank you MAC for your contributions here, making this board worthy of the posters' time. There are some events many of us choose not to care about because of this stock's speculative nature. How much time passed before an actual pair of jeans actually hit the market? The company went all around the mulberry bush bringing goods to market before we finally saw some jeans for sale. The Lyric Culture moniker hit the scene and it seemed that this company was advancing in every fashion direction except jeans. All along Hanna and crew have concentrated (imho)on exposure and association, and bringing the Lyric Culture era to an active state; with Lyric Jeans, Inc. the parent company. The company has had immense exposure during last weeks market flurry, and the number of people who know of the company is still miniscule. This company has taken its baby steps and is now starting to walk. I cannot imagine the industrial complexes that have signed contracts with LYJN would allow their Due Diligence teams to remain employed allowing their names to get tied to a scam of a company. LYJN is victimized through manipulation , all IMHO. I am actually pleased with the positive progression that LYJN has accomplished over the years. I will never understand why the company directors have failed to communicate with us peon investors; but then again, it's a pure speculative play on my part. To the end....
How long have you been following LYJN - any of you who are new to the stock? Please don't consider my question as malicious because that is not my intent. I'm just interested and...

Remember last fall when Ronnie received the go-ahead for a R/S? Of course it did not take effect. My suspicion now is that it was a heads-up to us, on his part, of what's to come. That R/S will become necessary, to increase the pps, to leave the pinks. With the newly assembled advisory council on board, it's my guess that the company is headed in that direction; total conjecture on my part. Of course when, who knows? Also, think about the potential present value of this company. If the company LYJN was for sale at this moment, how much does one think its market value might be worth? Divide 337,505,651 into that figure for a potential maximum share price. ...just my way of looking at the big picture. I actually hope that my view is short-sighted. GLTYA.
Welcome to the board Padré. It's good to read a few wholesome posts (opinions) from you and some of the other new posters. GLTYA.
? to the newest posters: Were you previously aware of LYJN prior to this stock's present activity, or newly informed? TIA & GLTA.

I happened upon this Bloomingdales site. Despite how poorly the directors of LYJN treats us (the investors), this site keeps me encouraged that we will ultimately benefit by some means of very positive returns from Lyric Culture; but when... I apparently was way off in thinking that the r/s would have occurred by now. Pardon, if it was previously posted. GLTA

My thought is that Leinwand is the team member who is probably the most thoroughly familiar with the workings of the STS-111. He is still a team member, and since he is a past chrmn/ceo, why not? GLTA
That's a good point Crow3, and I agree wholeheartedly that a name-change should occur. I actually like Lyric Culture. I think that "Culture" in the name is all-encompassing. I'm thinking that the r/s will take effect because today ends the company's fiscal year (per pinksheets.com).
I purchased some shares to round out my share count, divisible by one thousand, anticipating the rs. I'm guessing that it might go into effect on Monday, the first business day of the new year; we'll see. GLTA
I guess I'm ready to place this holding in the back of the storage room, come back and take a look at it later to see if it's still breathing.
I can say that investor relations do reply to some queries, but might not particularly give an answer. I emailed investor relations yesterday, hoping to gain some insight about the r/s. They replied within an hour, but did not give a worthy answer.
My message:
Greetings:
My name is ***** ****. I am an investor in LYJN (since Apr. '07) and wondering when will the reversed-split will take effect. Any correspondence will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

ZaneyMan, please bring enough tabasco for the lot of us. Honestly, the truth hurts! I do plan to ride out the storm though, to the very end (bottom or top; I'm hoping for the top). Cheers.
Thanks, LyjnRocks.
I like the concept, the designs, and the approach to entering the market. That's why I've put money into this stock. But the way the powers that be (within the company) inform the investors...
That leaves a lot to be desired. LyjnRocks, how did you come about that info? One would have thought there to be a public announcement; and when does the reverse-split go into effect. My share count has not changed, yet. GLTA and Happy Thanksgiving.
Speaking of media attention and Hannah: whatever Hannah did (or whomever), to arrange for Brooke Burke to wear Lyric apparel when she hosted the reality show "Rock Star" in 2007, should become a goal to pursue similar venues. LYJN's exposure has expanded significantly, but exposure like that from "Rock Star" is all that's lacked to really gain prominence in it's niche. This company has a decent selection of goods, but I wonder about LYJN's production abilities to meet a high market demand. It would be nice to be in that situation though. All IMHO.
GLTA
FWIW, I think the company's stock symbol should reflect the name of Lyric Culture instead of Lyric Jeans; perhaps LCTR or LCLT. Both are available. GLTA

E-7-2: you can also count me as a long. Been here since '06 and I plan to hang around for the duration to see if she (LYJN) flies or crash and burn; although, some consider that the latter is upon us. GLTA Longs.

Thanks for that update, NYBob. There is life still coming from the company. 766 ounces produced during the month of April is indeed very encouraging.

End Users Plan to Invest Strategically in RFID in 2009
An RFID Journal survey reveals companies are deploying radio frequency identification technologies to help them weather the economic downturn by cutting costs and improving internal processes and operations.
Feb. 9, 2009—A recent survey of 100 end users and potential end users of RFID indicates most view the technology as a tool that can help them cut costs now, as well as improve long-term efficiencies and gain a competitive advantage.
RFID Journal surveyed its readers to determine how the global recession will impact their businesses. Respondents hailed from North America, Central and South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa. Of those who responded, 70 percent indicated that in past recessions, their companies benefited from investing in information and other technologies.
End users in a wide range of industries—including aerospace, consumer packaged goods, health care, manufacturing and retail—shared their companies' plans for investing in RFID this year. When RFID Journal asked firms currently deploying RFID systems about their goals for 2009, 65 percent indicated they hoped to improve internal processes and operations, while 40 percent said they wished to reduce expenses. The survey also reveled that 50 percent of businesses are still evaluating the benefits that could be achieved by investing in additional RFID technology.
"Given these statistics, and the fact that 68 percent of end users said their company views technology as an investment in productivity, 2009 might not be such a gloomy year for the RFID industry," says Mark Roberti, founder and editor of RFID Journal.
Three-quarters of respondents revealed plans to slow or reduce their RFID deployments this year due to the current economic conditions. However, 47 percent said they would do so only "somewhat" or "a little," while 20 percent predicted the economic downturn would not impact their deployments at all.
"Companies need to control spending," Roberti says, "and end users are looking to RFID to help them save money now. But the data indicates businesses are also looking toward the future. Some 35 percent of respondents said their companies are deploying RFID to gain a competitive edge, while 48 percent said they are choosing RFID applications that can deliver both a short- and long-term return on investment."
The full survey results have been published in the January/February issue of RFID Journal magazine, and are now available online (see Companies Re-evaluate RFID Deployments).

Thanks nerd.
It seems that Thomas Jimenez blew his opportunity to get away with a slap on the wrist as Huff and Lynch did. Regardless of what info Jimenez offered the SEC, they will not be able to come back on the latter two unless they can uncover new charges to file against them, due to double-jeopardy. Maybe prove acts of conspiracy against them? This is just my understanding; correct me if I'm wrong. I wonder if Jimenez's fine would have been similar to Lynch's, had he settled?
Form 8-K for LITHIUM TECHNOLOGY CORP

Item 8.01 Other Events
On January 29, 2009 Lithium Technology Corporation announced the following recent business developments:
ANNOUNCEMENT OF RECENT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTS AT LTC
A number of business developments have taken place at Lithium Technology Corporation ("LTC") over the past several month, resulting for LTC in gaining a strong foothold in the automotive market place and positioning the company for further growth in this market area. The initial orders amounting to approximately 600.000, and position the company for substantial repeat orders in 2009 and beyond from the same customers.
LTC has equiped 5 vans of Dutch carmaker DuraCar named Quicc DiVa with Li-ion batteries. DuraCar is a newly founded company, targeting a promising niche:
fleets of battery-powered light commercial vehicles for short-range city deliveries. In 2009, DuraCar plans to add a minimum 350 vans to its fleet, as the company announced in its October, 2 press release that the will start producing in Osnabruck, Germany, by Karmann in June 2009. LTC will continue to be involved as an battery supplier for DuraCar.
British based Frazer-Nash Research (FNR) designs full electric, all-wheel drive systems, in combination with a small combustion motor as range extender (Series Hybrid), resulting in very fuel efficient vehicles capable of driving with zero emission in the areas with pollution restrictions. FNR plans to launch Series Hybrid taxi for London in 2009. Other large European cities, including the city of Amsterdam, the Netherlands show interest for these vehicles as well. TCA the largest taxi company in Amsterdam is in negotiations with FNR for a minimum of 50 taxis in 2009. In the fully operational prototype of the Series Hybrid taxis, LTC cells are being used, LTC will continue to work closely with FNR on the taxi-project and any other vehicle in the future.
New car industry start-up Mindset, from Switzerland, has announced plans to sell a gasoline-electric hybrid next year. The 2+2-seater hybrid, called the Six50, boasts an electric-only range of 100 km (62 miles) via a built-in Li-ion battery, produced by LTC.
As released several month ago LTC delivered battery for Hybrid Racing AG of the former Formula 1 racer Heinz Harald Frentzen. This successful concept in which Hybrid Racing AG used a powertrain developed by Punch Powertrains, Belgium, resulted in exclusive supply agreement of LTC batteries to Punch for other hybrid applications. In the next few weeks at least 2 additional batteries will be supplied to Punch.
The initiative of Green Mobility, Rotterdam the Netherlands, to refurbish Toyota Prius's with LTC's Li-Ion batteries, has resulted in the expected agreement with one of the largest energy suppliers in The Netherlands to refurbish several tenths of vehicles in 2009, with the concept as shown by LTC at the IAA in Frankfurt some time ago. The proposed configuration will give the Prius the possibility to drive full electrical up to speeds of approximately 50 kmh well as a range of approximately 50km, improving on the original configuration.
US Hybrid a California-based company specialized in the design and manufacture of integrated power conversion components for electric and hybrid vehicles, as well as renewable energy generation and storage recently ordered several batteries from LTC.
ArvinMeritor, Inc, (NYSE: ARM) and LTC are working on a collaborated effort in delivering an advanced high-power lithium ion battery for the dual-mode diesel-electric hybrid Class 8 tractor prototype, which ArvinMeritor is currently building. The new tractor is expected to significantly improve fuel economy.
The battery is part of a prototype hybrid drive system currently being developed by ArvinMeritor to be evaluated first by Wal-Mart's truck fleet and subsequently others to improve motor carriers' overall fuel efficiency and emissions reduction. The battery will supply the power for the hybrid system which is capable of delivering full performance in battery electric mode, overnight hotel operation, and full accessory electrification. The custom high power battery delivered by LTC will store energy supplied by the diesel engine driven generator during regenerative braking.
'Our new strategic focus on the transportation market is clearly paying of,' says Theo Kremers, the CEO of LTC. 'We are excited to be an important part of the fast growing market of hybrid and electrical vehicles and are pleased that so may different manufacturers of vehicles and drive trains for electric vehicles are looking at LTC's first class technology to help them realize their objectives. At the same time, these orders and the prospect of future orders in 2009 will lead to value for our shareholders as well.'
On LTC: LTC is a global manufacturer of Li-ion cells and a global provider of power solutions for diverse applications. LTC is especially well positioned in the fast growing markets of electrical cars and stationary power.

Cole, what disturbs me most is the seemingly unending funding that LM continues to receive from this broke nation, after all these years; the funding they've gotten after the awarding of the $149.2M contract: $8.8M, five months later in May; then $10.3M three months after that in August; and let's not forget the $2.5M that was earmarked last Sept. by Congressional members from Ohio. Where is that money going? And yet, there is no stratospheric vehicle to show for LM. It seems that if you're one of the established Good Ole Boys working with the DoD, there is no need for accountability. There is a bottomless pocket of funding waiting for you. Your services would be appreciated on the LM board, I'm sure. I am amazed by your fixation on this penny stock. As far I'm concerned, I'd be content if the present SNSR shareholders were allowed to just buy and sell amongst ourselves. That way any potential newbies will not need to be forewarned by you. Of course I realize that is not possible. I'm done with this topic.
Cole, in re: to your recent one to me, you said:
"You have no idea what other companies have and how far along they are because they don't operate like this scam!"
Okay now, who's scamming whom?

MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY
Lockheed Martin Naval Electronics & Surveillance Systems, Akron, Ohio, is being awarded agreement HQ0006-04-9-0001 for design and risk reduction phase 2 of the High Altitude Airship advanced concept technology demonstration. The objective of this Phase 2 effort is to continue design (through critical design review) and technical risk reduction efforts for a high-altitude airship system prototype that will demonstrate military utility by operating in the stratosphere as a long-endurance, quasi-geostationary platform with a contractor-supplied, government-approved payload or a government-supplied payload. The estimated total value for Phase 2 is $40,000,000 with a period of performance from October 2003 to June 2004. There is an option for a prototype, development, build and demonstration Phase 3 for an estimated total value of $50,000,000 with a period of performance from June 2004 to July 2006 and a follow-on option for an Extended User Evaluation Period Phase 4 for an estimated total value of $9,000,000 with a period of performance from August 2006 to July 2008. The Missile Defense Agency is the contracting activity (HQ0006-04-9-0001).

OH! I can't leave this out:
http://earmarks.omb.gov/2008-earmarks/earmark_344967.html $2.5M earmarked for HAA by Sen. Brown and Rep. Ryan of Ohio. I wonder which Ohio corp. will those earmarked funds get distributed to?
LM has been allocated an excess of $208M over the years for its HAA Program. What have LM put into the stratosphere so far? If you read the first paragraph, LM's program should have shown results between 8/06 and 7/08. Unfortunately, we (U.S. tax payers) are all invested in LM's HAA Program, whether we like it or not! At least I chose to put my money in Sanswire. You seem to have the wrong perception of who the scammer actually is(LM, imo).
As far as the "Raytheons of the world would just stand by and let them (Sanswire-Tao) jump past them". Where've you been? Or did you realize that Raytheon has been working with SNSR for quite some time now. Okay, I'm through.
Regards.
Lyric Culture has found its way DownUnder:

... and nice ad by fifiluxe.
Who's behind ...???
They (competing companies) ALL are behind, if they're in the HAA race. So in that regard, Sanswire's stratospheric venture is on par with the rest of the industry. Are they too scams? First actual commercial launch to the Stratosphere WINS it all. All of this unreadiness, and Sanswire is still in the race. If Sanswire-Tao doesn't get up first, THEN it's over; but there are those who think that time has already come to past. We'll see.
Subject: Shareholder Letter
To Our Valued Shareholders,
Recently the trading stock symbol for XsunX, Inc. was modified and an "e"
was appended so that the trading symbol appears as XSNXE.OB. We have
received numerous calls requesting clarification as to why this occurred and
what it means. Below is a brief explanation.
On November 31, 2008 XsunX, Inc. filed a Form 8-K Report with the United
States Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") advising that we had
terminated our independent registered public accounting firm and that we
would be retaining the new firm of Stark, Winter, Schenkein & Co., LLP
("Stark") as our new independent registered public accounting firm to audit
our financial statements necessary for our 2008 annual report on Form 10-K.
A complete copy of this filing can be found at the SEC web site under the
following link;
http://idea.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1039466/000114420408061594/000114420
4-08-061594-index.idea.htm
As our new independent registered public accounting firm, Stark is required
to provide an audit opinion covering each fiscal period presented within our
annual report. Our annual report contains audited financials for the current
period ended September 30, 2008, and the previous fiscal period ended
September 30, 2007. For this reason Stark has been conducting an audit of
each of these periods. While we had hoped to complete the audit and file our
annual report on Form 10-K with the SEC within the allotted time period, the
scope of audit work requirements stemming from the passage of Sarbanes Oxley
regulations have caused a delay in the filing of our annual report.
Separate from the SEC a regulatory agency named the Financial Industry
Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") regulates the various trading platforms such
as the NYSE, NASDQ, and the OTCBB. FINRA also issues public company stock
symbols and monitors compliance of quoted companies with SEC report filing
requirements. When XsunX became delinquent on December 31, 2008 with the
filing of our 2008 Form 10-K annual report FINRA appended our trading symbol
with an "e" to alert the market of our delayed filing. Under FINRA rules we
have a 30 day grace period in which to complete our filing and become
current again.
The XsunX staff and Stark are working diligently to complete the necessary
audits and intend to file within the 30 day grace period provided under
FINRA regulations.
We understand the confusion this may have created. If you have additional
questions please contact our Investor Relations desk by email at
investors@xsunx.com or by phone at 888-797-4527.
Yours Truly,
Tom M. Djokovich, CEO
XsunX, Inc.

Here is an interesting site which shows a $2.5m earmark appropriation in the name of High Altitude Airship (HAA). No entity is named as Beneficiary/Recipient, but the earmark was sponsored by a Senator and a Representative from the state of Ohio. I wonder who (Lockheed-Martin probably; since they own the word HAA - their TM) will ultimately receive that earmarked money?
