I suspect it may bounce back...well, maybe not bounce
BP faces numerous lawsuits and is paying millions in claims.
How do the two companies compare?
Oh, did she do work for them?
looks like
did she buy those on the open market?
lol, no trades today, but the bid has dropped to a quarter (.25)--wonder what gapped it down?
that's great
Will the SEC do that ???
umm, do what?
The SEC made a public announcement concerning the trade suspension.
I have asked many times-- Fix What?
Get financials in order and find a sponsoring MM.
defaults certainly help...
very good post, good to know.
Parents control kids.
Unfortunately, when public companies act like kids, the SEC has to step in and be "the parent."
ACLH got sent to its room: They can go about their business, but they can't "act out," anymore. They have specific steps to go through to get "ungrounded" (Form 211).
ya, it's like being around kids who can't simply be told: Don't tear up the house.
They want you to say, "Don't leave a mess in your room."
"No, you can't wreck the refrigerator."
"No, you can't dissect the pets." etc, etc...
gotta wonder when the judge gets tired of the BS
Man, I have no idea.
I entered a sell yesterday exactly on the bid for speed's sake, and the automated system took the order...then responded that I was too far away from the price. Had to call it in, thereby losing ~10%--but the broker "was happy" to give me the online commish...
Many stubs placed by market makers and others were executed May 6, for as little as a penny.
Never heard of this before, but can't say I'm shocked.
Well, that's a problem.
Unless they're responding to an SEC investigation, there's no point sending the SEC anything: won't "short circuit" the Form 211 necessity.
ya--it's bad.
I still show no ask, but the bid I see is 1.01
Prolly worse. Have you seen Gasland?
Apparently natural gas & saltwater both from gasfield activity.
down to a buck now--oh, well, may as well wait for it to come back, now...
ooops--whack, whack, bid to 3.00
Scottie just delivered, and the trading desk was showing an ask of 8 when the bid was 5, but some just went through and the bid dropped to 4.50, so I have no idea what the ask is now.
Scottie showing a bid, which just dropped to 5.00 on one trade, but not showing an ask.
Anybody see an ask on another feed?
showing a bid, no ask
6 or 700 went off in one block; b/a looks scwoowy, too
don't know anything--just saw the news
ya, thanks...lottsa peeps around here recently went to see it cuz of the Barnett Shale play in Texas.

Had to build a "tripod" from tree limbs and tie up my little, first-year plum-laden tree branches cuz the fruit had 'em bent nearly to back to the trunk. Will try to remember to take pics before we harvest...
He's got uses for several things I never would have dreamed of, such as molasses, corn gluten meal and lava sand:

mineral rich marine deposit. We have it because of the old, exposed sea beds. But it occurs elsewhere.

Yup, nature's way.
Apparently, greensand is quite the product, too--never even heard of it until about a year ago...
