That's hard to say, depends on your broker among other things. But, these P and Ds usually stack the bid pretty good because they know where it is going. But, pretty unlikely. I placed .015 at the open and only got a partial fill, sold into the bid shortly thereafter. It's manipulation at it's finest.

AtheroNova has filed for Chapter 11, and while they are in this process, waiting for direction from the court, business continues as usual. Keep in mind the company had to have a plan in hand before filing Chapter 11. It is a re-structuring process.
Hopefully the news will be good by the end of the second quarter for Phase 1b, and the final top line wording from Phase I.

Chapter 11 bankrupcy is different than standard bankrupcy

Named after the U.S. bankruptcy code 11, Chapter 11 is a form of bankruptcy that involves a reorganization of a debtor's business affairs and assets. It is generally filed by corporations which require time to restructure their debts.

Chapter 11 gives the debtor a fresh start, subject to the debtor's fulfillment of its obligations under its plan of reorganization.

This does not look good for the company but it doesn't mean they will fold. It did state in the release that their trial is complete and hopefully will come out with the data soon as this will be a leverage to assess value to the company.

I'm not saying this is a recent thing. Weiner and Knoll have been involved with AHRO since at least 2010. Plenty of pumping happened since. They closed the 2.5% notes just days before the stock skyrocketed.

Their whole scheme is slowly crumbling and now they are trying to get out of AHRO.

This is no where near a pump and dump.

Look at their news, NONE. They have not been pumping anything. If you think its a pump and dump and the Fred Knoll is involved, why would he want the stock to tank if he owns a ton of shares? So he can sell them for nothing? Doesn't make sense. I do know that they need some news soon otherwise this is trouble. I'm still holding given its a horrible time to sell after the stock takes a dive. I'm hoping they look to sell the company which would still bring a decent amount as their debt is not bad for a company this size.

These guys are behind W-Net and Europa International, the 2 companies who holds a ton of notes from AHRO. They are the same guys behind PHOT, SLNN and other stocks victim of pump and dump.

We need positive trial results like yesterday for AHRO-001. Its an outside chance of getting funding based on good results but the clock is ticking.
