So... I decided to call Armen yesterday. I apologize for using all of my posts early in the morning leaving me without the ability to post following our conversation.
First time I have spoke with him and plan on speaking with him again in the future.
To begin with, he was a nice guy to talk with and he definitely wasn't fishing for answers as all my questions were answered quickly and efficiently.
I first asked about the acquisition targets that I was concerned about. His response: the two acquisitions that were spoke about during the conferences as being in last stages ARE off the table.....BUT unlike popular belief they have nothing to do with the licenses. These two acquisitions had nothing to do with licenses in the first place.
I WANT TO APOLOGIZE FOR INTERPRETING THAT DIFFERENTLY. MY FAULT THERE.
Also, the third acq that was discussed as a possibility is still being partially pursued. This company has a clinic portion as well as a home health care portion and if they are able to sell the home health care separately to someone else, we have agreed to take the clinic portion.
I LIKE HOW THIS WAS ANSWERED.
I then asked about the robot and dug a little deeper on the permit situation.
His response: Permit should be finalized here soon. The fire department will make a strange request and the owner of the building has to provide whatever they are requesting. The owner has been super cooperative and we should be getting a finalized permit very soon.
I asked if there was any chance, however slim, if the permit does not get finalized.
His response: NO, there is no chance this doesn't get done. The owner of the building wants it. The buildout WILL be happening sometime soon.
I spoke with him about some other things as well and I left the conversation an extremely happy man.
I apologize for yesterday, sincerely.
Let's get this show churning again. Choo choooo.

Read between the lines my friend. It would make no sense to present negative information (e.g. not pursuing acquisition), without stating something along the lines of "but we are still focusing on other acquisition targets, blah blah blah". The fact that they did, screams "all current acquisition targets are for now, off the table."
They squashed it plain and simple. If you are a Board of Directors member, you would see this as a concern and you would demand more information, WHICH IS THE ONLY THING I AM SAYING.
The Board of Directors act as management for the shareholders. They stick up for us and make sure that everything is being handled correctly. They ARE shareholders. Why can the shareholders not express the same concern as them? They represent us and if you are a responsible investor, you should have questions regarding this past PR. Do not blame the messenger.
p.s. it would be easy to twist words and call a pharmacy a home health care provider....is that not was meds are? Meds are for home health care. It is word play.
Thank you, my goal is never to baselessly slander. I only bring up legitimate material. I want this place to become the next big thing just as everyone else here does.
It's the facts man. If you guys would accept the facts, then I would drop it.
During the conferences, they were in talks with 3 possible targets of acquisition.
They had 2 out of the 3 in final stages of negotiations. They stated during the conferences that they were negotiating terms.
Now they are not proceeding with the acquisitions.
Did they have some super secret acquisition targets that they did not talk about during the conference? If these are not the same as the ones they spoke about during the conferences, why would they bring it up now? The whole thing is a concern and is slightly fishy.
They said in the PR that they were disappointed but that they would have to move on. If they are disappointed, why can I not be?
They either decided to twist their own words by saying that they were originally looking at small pharmacies and now they are calling them home health care agencies, or they had secret acquisition targets that they did not talk about (and randomnly decided to bring up out of nowhere. they could have easily just left it out of sight if we did not know about them). This is a concern and slightly fishy.
I believe that some word twisting was done to negate some of the disappointment. No more licenses, no more acquisition targets. Starting over.
I don't disagree with that.
The only concern is that they were primarily using the acquisition as a means to acquire all 50 licenses.
At the conference they said they were in final stages of negotiating on TWO acquisitions (small mom-pop shops: do not cost much, basically only using them to acquire all 50 licenses).
Now, TWO WEEKS later, they are saying they backed out due to CMC changes. What they hell? What the hell happened in 2 weeks time, from their HUGE BACK TO BACK conferences?
They were paying for the licenses, because that was the only way they were going to meet their goal of possessing all 50 licenses by EOY.
It is not about the CMC changes. Actually, that is an additional concern because CMC is a big part of RXMD's business model.
SO NOW, we are burdened with not completing the goal of all 50 licenses, AS WELL AS, now we have to figure out how to modify our business model in the long run to circumvent these CMC changes.
I am a long, truthfully am, no way around it. BUT, I am interested to see and hear how they are going to circumvent these NEW obstacles.
Read between the lines.
Wish I had more posts yesterday to let you know I appreciated this comment. They don't understand that I am still a long. But a concern is a concern and you should be able to voice an overall disappointment without being trashed.
Question:
There was a mention of trying to obtain licenses in all 50 states this year. Is that still on track?
Shital
Not really. We gave only filed for the five licenses so far. And this is by design. We could technically submit all of the applications, but it’s just not beneficial yet. We want to do this in tranches and go to the right states.
What we’ve done in tandem is that we’ve been talking with a pharmacy that is already licenses in all 50 states. So assuming we don’t get a particular license, we have access to that state.
I am not upset that they backed out of the acquisition.
NONETHELESS, it is a setback. The Home Healthcare news ITSELF is a setback.
I don't take any of it back.
Still have not sold and am NOT SELLING.
Is there a separate board somewhere where longs can go express some discouragement without everyone fearing? If so, I would do it there but I thought this board was free to express.
Go ahead and let me know what was stupid about any comments I made.
I respect this board, board should give it back.
A little respect goes a long way here. We have had it up until I voice some obvious concern. If you don't want me pointing out issues that I notice, don't join the bash train that believes I am not a real long, that I haven't been helping out, that I am an idiot and don't know what I am doing.
I have been helping lead the charge for awhile now and the first time I show some disappointment you all lose reason.
Up until 2016, they made good on all goals/promises.
This year, purchased a robot....only a few more weeks, only a few more weeks, only a few more weeks. (Get someone in that fire department office and get that permit figured out, not that hard.)
This year, acquire licenses for all states....Shital already said that will not be possible (we have 3 in month 6).
This year, we will have our financials AUDITED. We have had them REVIEWED. I am an AUDITOR and that is a BIG DIFFERENCE.
We have two investor conferences where we are trying to raise money for acquisitions. Acquisitions fell through AND WE CANNOT BE CERTAIN AS TO WHY. Could it be for what they said, SURE, but could it be for other reasons? YES
During the conferences it was made apparent that compounding efforts are not as profitable and the business will continue to have to find new sources.
HOME HEALTHCARE is one of our BIGGER pursuits up until now. That is part of the business model.
Respectfully disagree.
For sake of this board I will not comment on some of the things that are disappointing me.
Allowed to have our own opinions here.
One of the best things going on for this company is that they follow through on every goal they establish.
Recently not the case.....
New investors will take notice. Still long but don't try patronizing me now.
It will be impossible to acquire all licenses by EOY without acquiring them through merger.
Shital has already made this known.
I'll be the first one to say it....
Pretty disappointed here.
Robot, acquisition, regulations.....all going to wrong way.
Two investor conferences with nothing really brought to the table.
Revenues are nice, but we are starting to see some false hopes/promises not come to fruition.
Eagerly watching the action today........
The acquisitions were possibly going to supply us with licenses for all the remaining states.
Myself included there!
RXMD
Acquisition PR could be huge for us here.
It WILL happen here soon. Never know with the amount of work that goes into agreeing on terms.
INSTA, do you have a planned call into Ourman anytime soon? I know it has been only a couple weeks since the conferences. Was definitely thinking we would get something today. Part of me wonders if they are holding off on reporting May numbers because they are trying to finalize something to add into the PR.
RXMD
Bummer you had to miss that action, but still relatively small move. Glad you were able to get back in at a good point.
RXMD
Wouldn't mind seeing May's numbers by EOD. Does not really matter, but anything to make this rainy day a little nicer.
Looking like Thursday though huh?
It is extremely clear to everyone here that you are just pulling trash out of your bumper. Hope you are having fun in your own little world.
RXMD!
Good sign.
Man you are really tearing through here. Love it.
Gravy Train about to be pulling in. Can hear her whistle blowin.

Charts mean nothing unless the underlying information is known.
trading on charts alone is a suckers game - especially when you are no good at it
glty
chugga chugga chugga CHUGGA CHOOOOO CHOOOOOOOO
The real question here is....
WHY ARE THERE PEOPLE STILL PLAYING THESE OTHER WORTHLESS PENNIES - WHEN WE HAVE HANDS DOWN THE BEST ONE RIGHT HERE??!!!
Resupplying at base 1.
Thunderous climb ahead.
RXMD
good assessment
"looking for intelligence.."
Key phrase here.....
My gut is telling me next two weeks should be pretty decent.
The 5th wave you are speaking of did exactly what it was supposed to do. Plus, I wouldn't really call it a wave, only an indicator of the wave to come.
But you probably already know that ;]
Wave 5 should be compared to waves 1 and 3, if you want to number them. 1 and 3 were indicators for waves 2 and 4.
Since there were no precedent waves before 1, we can look at 3 and see that 3 matched up nicely with wave 2 prior to a slight drawback and then on with wave 4. Wave 5 did exactly what wave 3 did, which should be indicating wave 6. The even waves are the ones supplying magnitude. The fact that wave 5 was so easy is a huge sign that wave 6 is imminent.
Your move....
RXMD
I am not necessarily happy about it, but I did think that it would happen. I haven't entered a trade since January.
Early next week is perfect timing. RSI might be hitting that 60/high 50 for the next springboard up.
RSI is operating just like a 2-stroke RPM here, just hit our shift point.
Bwap bwaaap BWAAAAAAAAP!
