There was a mention of trying to obtain licenses in all 50 states this year. Is that still on track?

Not really. We gave only filed for the five licenses so far. And this is by design. We could technically submit all of the applications, but it’s just not beneficial yet. We want to do this in tranches and go to the right states.

What we’ve done in tandem is that we’ve been talking with a pharmacy that is already licenses in all 50 states. So assuming we don’t get a particular license, we have access to that state.

Unfortunately I stand by my original statements. If you want to fact check and attempt to show proof that I am wrong, I have a feeling you will not be bringing any of the said proof back.

I did not want to say anything unflattering about RXMD. I really like the company and it's stock.

It is telling as to how heated you all got and how quick you all jumped me from that first, short, and undetailed comment.

WE HAVE ALL BEEN EXPECTING MUCH BETTER NEWS. LOOK AT THE PAST TWO WEEKS POSTINGS. I AM SORRY WE DID NOT GET ANYTHING MORE THAN WE HAVE BEEN. IF ANYTHING IT WAS SLIGHTLY WORSE THAN LAST MONTH BECAUSE THE HOME HEALTH CARE IS PART OF OUR MODEL AND NOW WE ARE GETTING REGULATED. IF YOU HAD TO RATE THIS NEWS IT ISN'T ABOVE AVERAGE.

We went from assuming we would be having an acquisition, to not only losing the acquisitions and the licenses, but also beginning to be squeezed out of a big portion of our business model!

The robot is now necessary and needs to be established ASAP. Yes permits suck to get and can be tough. I have acknowledged this. BUT, it is now extremely important we get this done quick and they need to be using every possible connection to get with the FD and get this permit finalized.


Don't act like that post wasn't somehow directed at me. I had just posted asking if there was some secret board where you can voice things without being ridiculed and you basically said it is invite only and that I will not be getting one. That's fine but don't act like that somehow wasn't directed at me a bit.

I am still under the impression that we can salvage some of the disrespect that is going on directed at me for opening my mouth on a serious issue. The fact that nobody else is disappointed at all bothers me. I believe some of you are but are afraid to voice it.

I REPEAT, I AM A LONG, BUT TO NOT NOTICE THE SETBACK HERE IS DANGEROUS! If Armen and Shital look at this news and think everything is dandy, we have a problem. Didn't Shital even say this was disappointing news? They have work to do now regardless what some of you want to see.
