So... I decided to call Armen yesterday. I apologize for using all of my posts early in the morning leaving me without the ability to post following our conversation.

First time I have spoke with him and plan on speaking with him again in the future.

To begin with, he was a nice guy to talk with and he definitely wasn't fishing for answers as all my questions were answered quickly and efficiently.

I first asked about the acquisition targets that I was concerned about. His response: the two acquisitions that were spoke about during the conferences as being in last stages ARE off the table.....BUT unlike popular belief they have nothing to do with the licenses. These two acquisitions had nothing to do with licenses in the first place.

I WANT TO APOLOGIZE FOR INTERPRETING THAT DIFFERENTLY. MY FAULT THERE.

Also, the third acq that was discussed as a possibility is still being partially pursued. This company has a clinic portion as well as a home health care portion and if they are able to sell the home health care separately to someone else, we have agreed to take the clinic portion.

I LIKE HOW THIS WAS ANSWERED.

I then asked about the robot and dug a little deeper on the permit situation.

His response: Permit should be finalized here soon. The fire department will make a strange request and the owner of the building has to provide whatever they are requesting. The owner has been super cooperative and we should be getting a finalized permit very soon.

I asked if there was any chance, however slim, if the permit does not get finalized.

His response: NO, there is no chance this doesn't get done. The owner of the building wants it. The buildout WILL be happening sometime soon.

I spoke with him about some other things as well and I left the conversation an extremely happy man.

I apologize for yesterday, sincerely.

Let's get this show churning again. Choo choooo.
