Definitely not going to with that bid sitter at .06 and the ask sitter refusing to budge at .0899.
Congratulations.
The OS is still 18+ billion. The share price is still .0006. Management still doesn't care about shareholders. There still isn't one actigizmo on any retail shelf in the US.
Agreed. I really think it could hit dollars if they leave the share structure as is.
Low float, ~3 million shares, just need to find the right company to merge with.
Stealing your thunder...
Form 3 out today for $ECMT
Thanks!
I'm probably not going to get my 5's... :(
IF that ever happens and it's a big ol' IF....
This thing will pop for a second before the selling pressure kicks in and it drops right back to where it is and lower...
Just look at the chart, anytime "news" hits it rips and then dips 5x faster, only difference is the PPS where the rip stops...and that is definitely not increasing as more and more shares are flushed into circulation.
Thought I might get some 5's today... unfortunately it didn't happen. Will be trying again for the foreseeable future.
Best to you and your family shell! Stay safe!
You need a pass of the torch. He didn't care about shareholders in 2000, he doesn't care about shareholders now, and he sure as hell won't care about shareholders in 2025...if they survive for that long.
What is the big rollout? More distributors?
The CEO set the stage in his recent letter to take another decade before anything substantial occurs.
I'd bet the farm you don't hear a peep from this company in September.
Picked up some more today. Slowly accumulating. Under a dime is worth it for me.
Possible. He owns 13 of 16 million shares or something close to that. Don't quote me, check the fillings.
Getting closer, me thinks!
It's a total shot in the dark just like all of the "soon" predictions seen here everyday for the past two decades.
Tell me, how did FDA clearance work out for you as a shareholder?
Where you able to sell with a profit? That's my definition of "tangible results".
Believe it or not, most investors expect a return on their investment after nearly TWO decades.
I hope everyone is channeling their inner 5's today! Slow and steady march back down to the .0002-.0003 window!
No amount of regurgitated press releases from the company and its shareholders can hide the share price.
The biggest question for me, after that newsletter of no substance - what in the world have they (executives) been doing since January?!?
Apparently they've been watching AA baseball and brainstorming nonsensical ways to burn through piles of cash.
In the future, the CEO should just write:
Blah, blah, blah, PhD blah, opioids blah.
Here comes more dilution, but don't worry, we have another "distributor" in Singapore!
Thank you all for your mone...errr... I mean, continued support.
Company is overvalued today due to existing shareholders keeping the share price propped up.
Old Andy is going to use his "innovative" dilution financing model to keep dangling that carrot!
But hey, they've got a new marketing guy that has enough hand-eye coordination to hit a baseball - things are looking up!
Sooner than soon, soon, soonie, soon soon!!
I bought some today as well. Not much but enough to make a decent return if something happens there.
Would be nice to get something from this company, anything.
I don't think the product works either.
If it did a big player, someone, anyone, would have shown interest.
This technology isn't new, it's been around for decades. Search pub med, you will find publishings on PEMF as far back as the early 90s.
The truth of the matter is it looks cheap, is cheap, and like everything else in this world - you get what you pay for.
I was in it when it was in the quads and got the hell out a year or so ago.
My recollection is that they announced an RS and that made me dump them but I can't remember exactly.
Prediction: this will be a classic OTC cautionary tale sooner than soon soonie soon soon.
Weeee!!!!
Selling the same gizmo for a decade plus - check!
Declining revenues - check!
Never ending conversions - check!
18+ BILLION OS - check!
FDA flop - check!
Empty managerial promise after promise - check!
But, but, but...
New distributor in Singapore - Sign me up!!!
Excellent. Thanks for sharing.
That was my interpretation of the comment.
I'm not a lawyer, but, I'd start your defense with the red in your trading account.
Hope this thing turns around for you. GL!
To summarize: you think Warren Buffet is invested here and can't figure out how to get out of the stock?
Did I capture that accurately?
So looking for a vehicle with buyers to dump into?
We have a potential RM and without an FS...and the potential to go a lot higher than $2.50.
Remember that after FS, the target PPS was $2.50.
Bummer... was riding 300k free shares. Had high hopes for this one! On to the next!
I want more under a dime! But... I love how thin this thing is. Next filing of substance and we could hit a buck, IMO.
What? Why? Because that has been the trend for several Q's now.
BIEL's first quarter 2017 revenues of $401.7K were down 24% from 1Q/16 and the company showed a net operating loss of $380.2K. The net loss was $562.4K.
Here's the report, feel free to look at the others, they're all available.

My hunch is financials will show declining sales AGAIN and the OS will be between 20-21 billion shares, an increase of 3-4 billion since the last Q.
Couldn't resist. Slapped.
I just picked up another 500 as well. Wanted them lower too but I'll take it.
Are we confident that all common shares will be part of the 10:1 FS? I'm not...
A 20+ billion OS is not a "negative of the past". It is the present situation.
Mismanagement of the company is also not a "negative of the past". It is ongoing.
Let's not forget - according to the FDA it is only safe and effective for adjunctive treatment of msk pain for two very specific disorders in two very specific areas of the body.

I do think you are spot on with #2. I just don't see management stepping up to right the wrongs they've caused to shareholders, regardless of what happens in the future...
GLTY
Okay... I guess I'll share some links to prove my "false information".
Zero tangible results in over a decade... Here is BIEL discussing the Actipatch in an annual report FROM 2005:
Well he is a habitual liar, Andy that is, so perhaps he will. Lol.
Of course he would have to care about his shareholders first, which is obviously not the case.
20+ billion shares in toxic notes and zero tangible results in over a decade is all the proof I need.
