Exactly right. That's where this company appears to be heading.
This bugs me too: why do they need financing at this point if they landed a $120M deal and other deals are in the works? It's just not adding up.
Sketchy.
Is that why he's nowhere to be found? haha
You're joking right? This guy screwed so many people over and you have the galls to say that?
It looks like Vis Vires Group is a toxic financing firm. They are known to be one:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=112970988
Plus, look at the what the 13G states in fine print:
"*Consists of Common Stock that the reporting person has the right to acquire by way of conversion of a security."
And according to SEC.gov: "...the conversion ratio may be based on fluctuating market prices to determine the number of shares of common stock to be issued on conversion. A market price based conversion formula protects the holders of the convertibles against price declines, while subjecting both the company and the holders of its common stock to certain risks. Because a market price based conversion formula can lead to dramatic stock price reductions and corresponding negative effects on both the company and its shareholders, convertible security financings with market price based conversion ratios have colloquially been called "floorless", "toxic," "death spiral," and "ratchet" convertibles."
I hope this is not the case for us...
Sh*t. I misread it. You're right. Funny thing is it's not even the right Vis Vires. Ugh. Hopefully our Vis Vires is not some shady crap.
20 years you mean...not 200
Agree with you. And actually I don't think Jcal got a hold of him on the phone. (Jcal..isn't that right?) Sounds too good to be true. ;)
So I guess you were joking...
Does anyone know Adair or the cfo's current email?
I don't mind it if it's really just a delay. My question is what if they fizzled like stuff promised back in 2011.. What if they're just biding time hoping those waiting for news get tired and move on so that they can cook up another bs story about "deals" being struck with the princes of dubai on board along with the dutchess of ireland and the queen of netherlands?
I meant to ask everyone on the board. Take it easy. I tried calling this Adair character multiple times. Left voicemails too. No luck.
What's with the delay? It's already been weeks since there were "confirmations" about deals being closed and new deals in the works...
All your silly exclamation marks and enthusiasm doesn't make up for the fact that this company continues to disappoint. Sorry...it's not working and will not until the snail decides to take stuff more seriously.
Exactly. What a joker...just like the company.
Back to square one. What a joke.
Is that confirmed?
I would love that. :)
Nope. Just hoping the "boom" that was being referred to was not a boom to .0025 after all that hyping.
Nope. Just hoping the "boom" to .0025 after all that hyping.
Okay...I agree with that. This Marco character better show up to the event one of the days instead of only showing up to house parties and random award ceremonies.
The absence of a real boom would usually be considered a bust. Does .0025 sound like a boom to you? I'm not exactly seeing the moon boom soon thing happening.... How about you?
Good point. Where the hell is he??
Are people dumb enough to flat out lie like that, you think? They must know that they could get sued till kingdom come for sh*t like that....
Or figuring out how to make bad numbers look better? For all of our sakes, I hope you're right. GLTA.
I don't think delays in filing is a good indication of any kind, especially if they are delaying everytime. At the very least it shows a lack of a mature reporting process. Let's hope that is it and not something worse.
If that were true, I would be furious. I'm sure lots of fellow shareholders would be too.
I understand. That's great to hear.
Disappointed with the show? How come? Do you mean DEWM's stand is underwhelming? Lots of attendees to the show but no one really stopping at DEWM's stand? Is the setup nice or is it ghetto?
Jcal - thanks for reporting back. So not in stock because they are selling like hot cakes or because we have supply issues? Any other questions as to what Moran's been up to? Or where the heck he is??
Holding strong still. Just wish we would hear some news or that I would hear back from Adair. Nothing more nothing less.
Zooey - none taken my friend! I wish you and the rest of us great success with this one. Can't wait to hear the news!
Stop with jumping to conclusions about people here. GOINGUP-AGAIN has been nothing but a great proponent of this company. His posts have been very positive and informative. The fact that he is expressing some concerns now gives him more credibility.
Zooey - you gave me his actual number so thank you again. I'm sure some people may think I may have an alternate agenda. For what it's worth, I want to make it clear that I hope I'm just trying to protect my current investment with EGYH (i.e. looking for the truth). I left a voicemail mail with him last time and today as well. No luck yet. I will try calling him one more time tomorrow. Will let you all know if he picks up or returns my calls.
I just wish we'd here some news already...
This is good though. At least now the concept of "concerned investors" will be more real to him.
Unless you bring us bad news....in which case people are waiting to press the sell button. Either way, I hope you'll be absolutely transparent with us no matter how good or bad what you end up seeing is. Thanks again Jcal.
Zooey - I tried to call the CEO a few times. He's not picking up. Did it take you multiple tries to get him to answer the phone? Not feeling good about this. IMO with OTC conpanies, anytime a CEO avoids the public it's usually a bad sign... I'm starting to wonder if anyone actually did talk to this Adair guy....
