This next question is far more reflective of my curiosity than my humaneness...
What ever happened to sprot???
In 2 years time... IPCI will earn what it's market cap is today.
In 5 years time... it will earn 4x what it's market cap is today.
20K shares today makes you a millionaire in 3 to 5 years.
I guess we will hear more from the bashers who want IPCI to fail.
WOW - Eagalet EGLT down 37% - must be some bad news - haven't read yet.
Public Offering
Just read it - Public offering - 16,666,667 shares @ $1.80... and $2.70 warrants.
I hope we don't go that way... although I would not have a problem with developing a relationship with an "angel investor" or "beneficial fund" that gets stock at market price and no warrants.
Hang in there... We're almost there.
At my last AdComm from Relypsa it was on time scheduled - it is a real good thing one can watch/hear online the questions and the vote!
So back to your question, we will find out the same day.
Anyone know how the AdComm board works?? when do they announce what their findings were... same day??? following week???
Can anyone expand on it???
Well, I thought I had gotten something useful from that site... the AdCom date... but now it seems I was lied to.
I guess that's the site the lemmings go to for their trading tips.
Note: they advised selling now AT $2.10 and at $1.90... but buying when it was $2.80 and $2.93.
Brilliant... simply BRILLIANT ! ! !
I call it level 3... but not sure it is level 3.
I can see ALL the bids and asks on NSDQ and EDGX/BATS... FULL BOOK.
So I can see that someone has an ask OF $50.03 for 20K shares on Nasdaq.
FULL BOOK on Ameritrade Think and Swim shows me there are:
2.16 - 2 x 100
2.17 - 1 x 100
2.18 - 2 x 100
2.19 - 600
2.19 - 500
2.19 - 200
2.19 - 2 x 100
2.20 - 200
2.20 - 3 x 100
2.25 - 4,900
all the way to $50.03 - 20K
Without the "full book" Level 2 only shows the aggregate of the lowest ask price... in this case, 200 at 2.16
I don't access the level 2 or 3 trades
that 8,800 share bid at 2.10 on NSDQ is actually:
1,000 + 8 different bids for 700 + 2 at 600 + 4 @ 200 + 2 @ 100.
and notice that if someone sells to the 2.10... a MM will jump up .001 cent and grab it before a retail buyer gets it.
I'm guessing... but someone has put in a large ??? 500K ??? share order through a brokerage firm and the MM is accumulating it for that buyer... buying it at 10 to 20 cents lower than what the client offered to pay.
If you wanted to buy 500K shares you would probably push the price up by 50 cents.
Again... all a guess on my part.
If you're looking at level 2 you are seeing an BID for 7,800 shares at $2.10 on NSDQ.
If you look at it in level 3 what you see is that it's a compilation of 16 different bids - 7 @ 700 shares each 4 @ 600 shares and a few others at a couple hundred shares.
It's been like that all morning - usually close to 10 bids each @ 700 shares and others smaller bids.
Also earlier it was the same for EDGX but with a bunch of 600 share bids all adding up to 7K to 10K.
Really strange going ons.
Really strange.
If there was going to be a raise... there would be constant pressure downward and not continuous buying at 2.10.
The only thing that makes sense to me is that some fund or deep pocket individual has said he wants 500K ??? shares and is willing to pay $2.25 a share... so MM is pushing the price down and accumulating at $2.10 to later turn it all over at $2.25... and make 15 cents per share for himself.
Just a guess... it's a mystery to me... but I don't see it as selling down as much as I see it as an accumulation.
Will be interesting to see if there is a big cross trade at end of day.
Look at the big trades always 0,001 above the bid.
I'm pulling a Tekterra/Sprot on IPCI this week -
Mailing in $5,500 for my daughter's Roth and $2,000 for my grandson's Coverdell - so I hope it doesn't run away this week... not until I get mine anyway.
Weird... he's certainly not in any hurry... I would jump up 2 cents and assure myself of those 14K offered at 2.22
To each their own I guess.
could be he put the order in this AM before he went to work and is not here to monitor it.
all the addicts I know do not take the recommended amount. They take many extra etc.
bid at 2.10 for 62.4K shares... is sprot or tekterra looking to get back in???
I would be me if I had the money
Seeing as how Rexista is Oxicodone based... maybe the blue die is made by boiling red "papaveri" petals, as I used to do when I was a child in Italy... I used to make my own ink/dye.
Lo sai che I papaveri son alti alti alti
ed'io ero piccolino... si... ed'io ero paperino.
Sorry guys couldn't help myself.
Wonder why no one ever showed me what you could make with the inside of the papaveri... I could have gone traveling without ever leaving the farm.
It certainly looks like there's someone who is shrewdly accumulating right now - inching it up slowly a penny at a time hoping to get sellers to sell to him... or when 3K to 5K are grouped at a price a few pennies above the bid he'll jump up and grab them.
78K traded and stock is up 15 cents - my feeling is if he wants 1 million shares he's going to have to take it into the $3 range.
20K shares today makes you a millionaire in 3 to 5 years... or less!
Still believe we'll see days when funds come in to accumulate 1 million shares - driving price up by $1.00 each time... and I think we'll see at least a couple of them before the end of this year.
weird now it's doing it at the 2.09 2.10 range 100 shares every 1 minute and 4 seconds - and a 20K share block all sold/bought in one gulp to interrupt it.
Weird... 9 trades... all for 100 shares at 2.07 taking it out of a 5K block on the ask ... what's strange is that they are all 49 seconds apart... make that 11 now all at 2.07 all 49 second apart.
Apart from that, the most important date still is September 25, 2017 (or an AdCom before).
Show me a biotech stock that has such a great risk/reward-ratio!
P.S. PODRAS, Regabatin and other ANDAs/generics come on top!
The FDA is removing Endo's opioid Opano ER from the market
This just means more market shares for the new and improved version like Rexista, or PTIE Remoxy
You certainly go through a great deal of trouble and waste of your time for someone who has no investment in this stock... and all just to keep us from hurting ourselves???!!!
Anyone who thinks that's going to do anything to prevent any kind of drug abuse has zero knowledge of chemistry or physiology
if it were to happen, IPCI lawyers would then be able to file for a default judgment. which tend to be granted. the courts are very very strict when it comes to deadlines
Pursuant to the Dawson James Underwriting Agreement, in June 2016, we completed an underwritten public offering of 3,229,814 units of common shares and warrants, at a price of $1.61 per unit. The warrants are currently exercisable, have a term of five years and an exercise price of $1.93 per common share. We issued at the initial closing of the offering an aggregate of 3,229,814 common shares and warrants to purchase an additional 1,614,907 common shares. The underwriter also purchased at such closing additional warrants to acquire 242,236 common shares pursuant to the over-allotment option exercised in part by the underwriter. We subsequently sold an aggregate of 459,456 additional common shares at the public offering price of $1.61 per share in connection with subsequent partial exercises of the underwriter’s over-allotment option. The closings of these partial exercises brought the total net proceeds from the offering to approximately $5.1 million, after deducting the underwriter’s discount and offering expenses.
During the 12-month period prior to the date of this prospectus, warrants to purchase an aggregate of 445,532 common shares were exercised.
So 1,614,907 + 242,236 = 1,857,143 warrants were granted of which 445,532 have been exercised leaving 1,411,611 still available to short against.
So we're on track and will NOT need to do another financing!
Can we stop with the blue dye crap already - just ignore him and he will go away.
Safety issues are resolved in Phase 1... not thereafter.
If the blue dye was an issue... the FDA would have never let IPCI continue down a dead end.
Maybe they sell rights to Seroquel for cash
Well... if that is the trial lawyer and the law firm that IPCI has retained for the Purdue lawsuit... then I feel quite comfortable with it.
Does anyone know if NDA is brought forward by the FDA in spite of the lawsuit and issues a tentative approval by September 25th - I would assume so... after all a law suit is not a proof of ineligibility.

Anyone in the know??? no guesses please ... I can guess as well as anybody else.
Numbers... can you dig up info on that???
I think it would make a big difference in our valuation.
So... I guess launching a product which by my estimates adds $3 Million per 1% penetration to the bottom line means absolutely nothing to these people.
REMARKABLE ! ! !
Well... there goes my theory... really just wanted to see if they read this Message Board.
Seems like some unnatural force is keeping it from going below $2.00.
Maybe you can't short a stock below $2.00???
but immediately say they are going to start phase 2 tests for Regabatin at a cost of say 20 million?
