Sure Doc... OxyContin is a popular drug... but... suppose you prescribe OxyContin to your patient, and your patient takes several at a time causing him to die from an overdose... does the deceased patient's family have a wrongful death case against you having prescribed OxyContin when you could have prescribed Rexista/Podras which would have avoided the overdose???

BINGO !!! One more doctor won over.

Follow up on that... make sure that the next overdose victim's family files a wrongful death lawsuit against the doctor AND OxyContin... what the hell... if Purdue can sue everybody, why can't everybody sue Purdue. and make sure that the wrongful death lawsuit becomes common knowledge to all doctors that prescribe pain medication.
