that 8,800 share bid at 2.10 on NSDQ is actually:

1,000 + 8 different bids for 700 + 2 at 600 + 4 @ 200 + 2 @ 100.

and notice that if someone sells to the 2.10... a MM will jump up .001 cent and grab it before a retail buyer gets it.

I'm guessing... but someone has put in a large ??? 500K ??? share order through a brokerage firm and the MM is accumulating it for that buyer... buying it at 10 to 20 cents lower than what the client offered to pay.

If you wanted to buy 500K shares you would probably push the price up by 50 cents.

Again... all a guess on my part.
