Given that two out of the three wines are not Proseccos, that is probably smart terminology.
Yes, this is the eleventh day in a row you have told us that.
I would certainly like to read it if anyone can give me a link.
Okay, that'll do.
Has anyone come across an independent review of the Bellissima products, "Wine Spectator" or anything similar?
True.
Actually, it showed up yesterday afternoon at about 3:00.
I know. Disappointing.
How is that even enforced? If note holder X dumps $20,000, how do you prevent note holders Y and Z from doing likewise since they don't need prior permission? How would Y and Z even know that X had converted shares earlier in the day/week?
"BELISSIMA PRESECCO" Yeah, that's solid DD alright.
That's more like it. Christie Brinkley's association will get the curious and the starstruck to buy one bottle (maybe two). After that, the product will have to stand on its own. Few people are going to continue to buy a product they feel is overpriced just because a former supermodel is associated with it.
At $19.99, Bellissima is very much in the high end for a DOC prosecco, as expensive or even more expansive than well-known domestic (California) sparkling wines such as Chandon Brut and Mumm Napa. It will be interesting to see if that price point will put much of a damper on repeat sales.
What changed after 9:39? #msg-127780170
"Christie Brinkley has an option to own 10% of the company and ICNB shares." No, she has an option to purchase one percent of the outstanding shares.
"BELISSIMA PRESECCO" You'd think he'd be able to spell at least one of them.
My recollection is that you posted on Wednesday that we would finish last week at .03-.05 #msg-127620676
I'm not a member of the .25 by March crowd, but I thought it would sprint to .02 this am.
Overall, it was up 28% for the week. That ain't half bad.
"just correcting something that wasn't a fact" That doesn't seem to be something that is overly appreciated here.
Chalk it up to my being overcome with frustration over the incredible amount of clutter.
Number of posts since midnight: 355. Number that you should consider "must read": 0
It should be an interesting week on several fronts.
You're welcome.
You referred to it as "Christie Brinkley's Belissima Group." That was incorrect. Misleading too.
The 1/5/17 Disclosure Statement states who controlled the LLC:
ii) Richard DeCicco beneficially controlled Bellissima Spirits LLC, the Company’s subsidiary prior to Closing, so the 5 shares of Series D Preferred Stock used to acquire Bellissima are likewise beneficially owned by Mr. DeCicco for Rule 144 purposes
(iii) Roseann Faltings beneficially controlled Bellissima Spirits LLC, the Company’s subsidiary prior to Closing, so the 5 shares of Series D P
referred Stock used to acquire Bellissima are likewise beneficially owned by Ms. Faltings for Rule 144 purpose
ICNB acquired 51% of Bellissima from Bellissima Spirits, LLC which was controlled by DeCisso and Faltings, not Christie Brinkley
"they are all officially Proseccos" It appears to me that one is a DOC Prosecco, and the other two are classified as sparkling wines. I don't know the reason for this but it certainly appears to be the case.
Thank you. I appreciate the reply.
If there is a God, someone will sticky this.
If it's anything like last weekend, a lot more than MOMO will be spread.
It looks like this gap/no gap hoopla is over a single trade that took place at 9:30:02. Please tell me that isn't so.
It's too late for that. We need to get Clay back here for a Chartist Royal Rumble.
You could always ask cj.
I've taken two Adderall just to stay awake during this conversation.
Christie Brinkley says there is a gap.
I'm sure I will have another opportunity.
This gap or no gap conversation sure is scintillating.
No, it wasn't. Coca-Cola IPO'd at $40 in 2019.
The initial reaction is quite positive. We'll see if it holds throughout the day.
