Ken Eade is still a major stakeholder. Trust me...where he has been, you don't want to be.
Good luck with your investment. Just make sure he doesn't pick-pocket you and steal your wife along the way...
Re: Eade - Thanks Janice. eom
PPS down to 1.6 cents....shocking!
NOT!
Still waaaaaaay overvalued....in my not so humble opinion of course!
Smells like a SRGE in the making to me....
Down 90% today...that's just nasty!
Hehehe! Chief Evangelist....that's a good one! lol!
I've been hearing that for over two years!
Nothing personal, I just dislike management, and Ken Eade is a crook.
Good luck!
Interesting. I also like this part...
The chemical company, which Mr Shaw helped found, was looted and bankrupted in 2009 by a stock manipulation scheme.
Don't worry...I will!
I'll also remind you how wrong you were!
LOL! Yeah, I can see that!
Everyone wants a piece of IFLEM! LOL! You guys crack me up!
IFLEM is a big pile of pooh pooh!
LOL! You guys are funny! $520 worth of trades so far today, and you're all excited! Way too funny!
LOL! I was thinking the exact same thing when I saw that siggy!
"Cheap" is a relative term...
Not so cheap when you consider that IFLM isn't generating any significant revenue, and is essentially just a shell...
This is just a scheme to make the insiders money on the backs of the unsuspecting shareholders. 500,0000,000 shares authorized...how long before they all become outstanding?
Take a look at the history of the insiders....history will inevitably repeat itself...
Doubt it, but good luck with that!
The week that Eade dumps a few million IFLM shares???
Be my guest! Load the boat!
Ken Eade needs your money!
Uh huh...sure it is! lol!
You guys are funny!
Surely you mean after the reverse split...
Don't forget about Ken Eade and his wife that own millions of IFLM shares that they are just itching to sell...
He needs the money badly...
You actually want to buy this big pile of poo poo?
Up your bid! Ken Eade needs your money!
Just another way to fleece newbies..."New and Improved IFLM"...lol!
Moving where? To the BK heap?
As what was mentioned in the court documents Janice just provided, I have pretty good reason to believe that he hasn't been fully forthcoming about certain assets.
ie: I'd be willing to bet my left 'you-know-what' that he has a large financial stake in VIRA. Just a hunch...but I know it in my bones....
Good one sidedraft! lol! eom!
As always...thanks Janice! eom
lol! Kinda makes me wonder if CUAU is another SRGE in the making...
Bid down to 12 cents. The bid is still probably 11.999 cents overvalued...
The amount of daily press releases reeks of desperation. What are these guys doing...trying to prime it for a pump?
One word comes to mind.....FAIL!
This is probably noteworthy as well courtesy of sidedraft...

This guy, the President and a Director of Casablanca?
Quote:
THOMAS RONK
Ronk was a stock broker in Southern California before running afoul of regulators.
In 1999, he was fined $50,000 and suspended for 30 days by the NASD. Without admitting or denying the allegations against him, Ronk consented to the entry of findings that he participated in private securities transactions without providing prior written notification to his firm, describing the proposed deals or his role in them.
Ronk’s securities registration was later revoked for failure to pay the fine.
Ronk now is proprietor of several web sites, including BuyIns.net and SqueezeTrigger.com, that purport to identify stocks that have been the subject of heavy shorting and are poised to rise in price as traders cover their positions.
Ronk has been one of the most vocal proponents of a theory that a shadowy network of hedge funds and other investors have been driving down the stock prices of U.S. companies through so-called “naked shorting” of their shares.

Got that right! >>>>>
Buyins.net has been paid $1,667 per month for data provided in twelve monthly reports. CUAU has not approved the statements made in this release. Mr. Ronk is an affiliate of the company as he is the President and his brother-in-law is the CEO. Both own shares of Casablanca Mining and will benefit from a rise in the share price.
Just a hunch, but I highly suspect he has a substantial financial interest in Viratech.
Where oh where did those 20 million preferred shares go...oh where oh where can they be?
Good eye! I have to choose my words wisely, but I think we all can speculate the identity of a certain someone that used to moderate the VIRA board...
lol! eom!
And in today's news, Dr. Buckman decides to read one of his books while taking a dump!
Wow...it's been awhile since I've seen such feeble attempts to make news about nothing....
LOL! Do these guys not realize that all these fluff news releases have more holes in them than Swiss cheese?
Way too funny!
Thanks...I'll check it out. eom
Thanks Janice. I guess still no word back on his SEC litigation?
Now down 25%
You didn't really think that 650% up would stay did ya?
