Doing things like this is very common amoungst my friends who own their own companies... and it shows something even more positive in my book, that a CEO is doing something like this!
Shows he has "business sense"!

Thanks jannie! Sorry I can't respond to your private msg., but luckily for me it hasn't spread out of the prostrate yet, so removing the prostrate is the best option for guys in my situation.
Best of luck with your upcoming surgery... my mother had it done when she was in her 70's, but I once dated a woman who had hers removed when she was only 20! She told me she was the youngest woman in Canada to have the surgery.
Sorry for the OT response here!

I assume in professional accounting circles, Arthur Anderson was considered one of the "Big 5"?
I'm scheduled for prostrate surgery on the 23rd, so I hope we see the audited financials by then, as I hate setting GTC orders and guessing at a selling price!
Company is looking better and better!

Yet you can't do the DD on this, and make your OWN decision?
Sorry, but I am skeptical to say the least!
John Good
Well said syracuseo! I may not be part of the original group, but I agree with everything you said!
Some people's kids, eh!
John Good
Thanks! I'll have to watch that movie sometime... I hear it's excellant!
John Good
"Blue Collar Horseshoe" compared to "The Golden Horseshoe"?
John Good
I hear turtle soup is good for a hangover! LOL!
Sorry... Couldn't resist!

The hair goes up on the back of my neck anymore, when I hear the words "Hedge Funds" because of their reputation of being accused of NSS and Market Manipulation... but other than that, it's more great news to me!
Personally, I just don't think that hedge funds can deliver the returns and commissions they claim, without some degree of illegal trading! At the expense of the rest of us, I might add!
John Good
Instant or Mail-In? LOL!
John Good
Shhh... They're busy composing more lies at the moment! LOL!
And Thanks for contacting the Windsor Star!

Where's the love gone? LOL!

From my 10+yrs. of real experience in the small business world, and my 25+yrs. of following my friends in small business... I can say that it is no big deal when a company is sometimes slow paying their suppliers or has had a collection case in court, as it is very common place in the world of small business!
Most businesses rely on cash flow from A/R to pay their suppliers, and if they are not getting paid on time from their clients, then it affects their suppliers and creditors.
It does not mean that the company is scammy or that the owners are lousy businessmen... it's just the way it is.
I have a friend (who I also do work for) who owns a 40+yr. old contracting business, that if you did a Credit Check on the business, it would show that it is slow-paying when it comes to suppliers. The worst that happens is that a supplier will put him on COD, till the past due balance is made current. After all, they don't want to lose the business either!
Anyway, I just wanted to point out that Sulja Bros. are an established business for over 25yrs. and they have been running it as properly as possible... especially when you consider they are dealing with the construction and renovation segment, where lines of credit are expected and often abused!

They burn recycled tires that are shredded first, for heat in the manufacture of concrete, from what I saw on TV a few days ago!
John Good
Emilson, & The Lurker... Agree with you! Personally, I thought that the dishonest business people who attended church did it to add crediblity to themselves, and to meet "victims"! LOL!
John Good
It's been done many times! Look at the Baptists in Phoenix, AZ as an example!
John Good
Sorry rrufff... I didn't read this before I posted!
John Good
All thru the 80's, I owned a custom-manufactured sign company and most of my clients were business people.
Some of the biggest A-Holes and con-artists (as far as honest business practices go)attended church on Sundays, and screwed the community during the week!
Unless you have been in business for yourself, you probably wouldn't be exposed to this, so the average working stiff would probably be shocked at a statement like this, but it's a personal observation through experience.
John Good
SOROS... No matter how you spin it, you are hurting the stock price to some degree, and hence costing us who believe in this company money so... do the honorable thing!
John Good
Holy S*it! I've never seen a RSI like that!
John Good
Where are all the bashers? LOL!
John Good
It's nice to hear from people that have been over there... eh?
Instead of hearing... "KPMG have never heard of Sulja Bros... Call them yourself and see"! LOL!
John Good
Thank You! Posts like this one make me feel good about my investment, and seem to be far and few between around here lately.
Wonder how the bashers will spin this?

Thought some of my LONG friends here might like this post from HSM...

Posts: 23 i finally got in on this stock and am glad I did before the financials are released.
This is why: I am an american working in Qatar which is about a 45 minute flight from the UAE. My fiance lived in Dubai for about 2 months and I visited her several times. When I went to dubai I saw the massive amounts of contsruction that is going on, and have seen the plans for the massive amounts more that will be taking place there. Dubai is the main hub for ALL of the middle east! I was talking to a realestate agent while looking for a place, and he said they have arab clients blindly funneling money into construction and realestate. He had just finished up with a customer who had NEVER seen the building he paid for, and had just asked to see where his millions had gone.
Now business is run diffrently here. There is no governing restrictions that prevent people from hiring/firing and making contracts soley on the best buddy and family list. Business is kind of run like the mob, its all about who you are in with and kick backs are standard practice. Now based on the fact that this company already has closed multi-million dollar deals in the region means they are in that little circle of friends, with more business to come that way.
to sum it up: Dubai is the main hub For ALL the middle east, the construction here is mind boggling and has at least another decade of work, they have Wessal who is in big in the region and puts them in the loop.

If anyone's interested... On right now on the Discovery Channel... documentary about Mixed Martial Arts!
John Good
That's becoming an endangered species... well maybe not in the Middle East! LOL!
Sorry! Couldn't resist!
John Good
Or take him behind the woodshed and show him some Mixed Martial Arts moves! LOL!
John Good
Yeah... "Save the Drama for Your Mama"!
John Good
Is this an interview with Janice Smell?
John Good
OT:I'm from Ontario... about 1 hr. drive from Sulja Bros.
Say Hi to John the berry farmer when you see him! I grew up on a hog farm, so I can appreciate the country lifestyle.

Great News!!! More companies need to take actions like this!
Maybe if these slimeballs "get hit in the pocketbook" more often, scam stock websites will be a thing of the past!
Muller just earned my respect, as I have not seen very many companies take this action in the past!
John Good
Eh???
John Good
Well, KPMG were being professional... you weren't!
John Good
Chopper... If you and anyone else who doesn't believe what the company is saying in their PR's... get out while you can, salvage whatever you can and STOP posting on here and move on! Most of us here do not want anyone calling the auditors... it's unprofessional behaviour to say the least.
You cannot change what has been done!
John Good
Yeah...It was called "Forest Garp"! LOL!
John Good
Thank You allinone! Couldn't have said it better myself!
John Good
Agreed! Makes me want to hurl bashers and flippers too! LOL!
John Good
Did you even consider that they told you that SLJB are not a client, in order to get you off their back!
By saying "NO"... they are not disclosing any vital or confidential information to you, and protecting their ass at the same time!
Believe me... I have done this in the past to protect clients, or certain info. from getting out to the public (for example... a developer who wants to keep it a secret as to what or who is opening up on a jobsite), and still do it at the contractor I work for currently!
Sorry... you guys are going to have to come up with something better than this... and time is running out! LOL!
John Good
READ MY LIPS... Professional Accounting firms DO NOT give out their client lists to just anyone who asks... they can get sued if they do so!
I have friends who are lawyers, CPA's, etc. and professional accounting firms have been my clients in the past. If you must know, I ran a commercial sign company for over a decade, and believe me the business world is much more professional than some of you here are trying to imply.
Besides... there isn't much you can do about it anyway, so relax and enjoy the inevitable!
IDIOT BASHERS!
John Good
As someone who has been in business, I really don't think that any company is just going give out their client list to anyone who calls on the phone!
It would be unprofessional to do so, especially for a large accounting/auditing company like KPMG or PW!
