I believe the current A/S is now 200M. Alot is undergoing revision as Cutler and Green put a new business plan into working mode.
Of the 200M, 10M is set aside for preferred.
S.
I will support this rumor with my heart and soul.
S.
Cool...Cap't. Obvious. Very funny.
I'll be just behind you in a pathetic dinghy dressed as Benny Hill with my cap on sideways as I salute with my hand cocked backwards...
....or as First Officer, Spock.
I checked regarding the form t. That after-hours transaction was not a form t.
I'm compelled to comment on your bid experience. This sounds like algorithmic behavior to me. With so much of the MM's actions being automated anymore, that would surprise me....I think. Gotta stew on this a bit.
S.
Very nice catch, there. In addition to higher than normal volume....on a day where the market was kind of flat....something mildly curious occurred.
After closing bell, someone did something odd. There were 111 shares traded today, all sells except for the final 12. Those were buys! After closing!!
At $20.79 per share.
Might mean nothing. But my pointy Vulcan is now twitching. Hmmnnn.
Spock-ulator.
Edit: I'm on Etrade. The price is still showing $.0109 , which is the price that has been showing for a couple of weeks now. Why is it not getting current price activity on the website?
Next, I know the after hours B and A prices don't usually mean anything but as I speak the Ask is posting at $$175.00. More ear twitching. Its not usually so far out of whack even after hours . I might buy a share or two in the morning just for the hell of it.
In the words of nobody I can specify;"WTF!"
Some market makers working pretty hard today to keep price down here. Must to pick up some more right away.
SPock.
That would be something worth investigating now, wouldn't it.
Good point.
S.
Look, they could have 100B A/S. What matters in this factor is how many ARE Outstanding. This is something far less than 20B, correct? SO, is this fearmongering or a smart attempt on the part of the company to thwart any possible takeover by a competitor? I say its the smart move.
I am very unclear what your intention is here. You want to be helpful to fellow investors, yes?
S.
It can be helpful every once in awhile to post the true status of things to clear out the junk that gets posted along the way, know what I mean?
S. GLTU
I agree!. This company is obviously writing a nice new chapter for itself.
S.
Porteno! Very Nice to see you here. I think this one is going to have a decent run. I want to be ready for it. If it went to >007 once, it can certainly do it twice...and I expect it to go quite a but further.
You still in REL* anymore? I think I should look at it again.
Spock
Had no idea, fish!
S.
Well, then, this one is not for you, then , is it. I guess it doesn't count then if the ceo paid for things out of her own pocket.
Glty
S.
Additionally, the company has spent quite a chunk of cash to bring itself current. To do this so aggressively demonstrates a keen desire to be taken seriously.
S.
Here is what I see at a glance. You decide if it meets your investment criteria.
O/S & float: both over 6B.
Debt load: none
Convertible Notes: none
OTC status: Pink/Current
A/D line: Positive
RSI: safe, desirable position
Moving Average, 50 & 200 day: price per share exceeds both: bullish.
Spock
Grabbed more this morning. Price is just too good to pass by. Added about 9% to my position . Not going to miss this run when it comes.
Spock.... the more tickets, the better the ride.
Vc....you from Selden? Anyway, I've been buying puge for months, brother. I'm loaded. And I still keep buying.
Spock
Just be careful, everyone. This is one of those times when you really NEED to know what you own.
Spock
Good morning, Deutscheland. Did I spell that correctly?
Schpocke
Go Panzer! I am sure we'll get one , maybe two dips today, probably not too deep and I am ready to exploit,
Spock...what a ride were gonna get...again.
I love this conversion deal. Everyone wins. Very smooth....and the terms of the leak out protects shareholders, too. Very nice.
This is how business gets done. This is a true investment-grade offering right here in the otc. But and hold I'm telling you. Buy and hold.
Spock....I've already doubled my money in like three weeks, if that!! Join me.
I thought I had set up a pretty decent war chest that I fully expected to use today. But now that I get wind of what some of you other folks have in terms of war chests of your own I feel downright silly. I'll do what I can with it, but I had deluded myself into thinking I might be some significant force at the right moment.
Humble pie is best eaten alone.
I am very proud of many here who are doing everything possible to stop some of the inane childishness we have been enduring here for many months now.
Onward.......
spock
You are too funny. I was seriously going to do the same thing yesterday just to poke the numbers to see what would or would not happen.
CPM-- I see the numbers slowly rising as well. It could be either people thinking as we are who want to poke the bear, or anyone trying to start the beginning of a market for Canning Street stock..
I have read over that awful document filed with the sec that "explains" what they did, but for the like of me it is very hard to follow and, at the end of the day, what I think I am seeing is a company that has been set up explicitly for the purpose of taking all the headache out of doing an IPO.
They have fashioned some entity, soon to be revealed, that simply says to the right candidate "Here we are, ready to merge with you. We've taken all the expense, headache and bureaucracy of going public out of the way and you can be a public company, selling your shares.... depending ONLY on how quickly you can satisfy the listing requirements of your desired board.
If I have this right, and I think I might, I think its pretty slick.
Reverse merging into a shell is a popular way to get listed ,but Cutler and Green have honed it down to an artform. They're not going to be satisfied with just any company either. This is why I am sticking around.
SPock.... even if I.m wrong, I expect to learn some very valuable information which I will use to my investing advantage in the future.
Thank you for the replies. So much appreciated. S.
Pardon my ignorance, please. When TDS refers to "compliance" should I infer this is a reference to DE SOS in some way? If yes. can anything else be read into this tweet reasonably?
My center chi is buzzing. It started last night and it is in direct response to my "connection" to CLHI. ITs been humming all morning. Ya, it's a personal thing that happens with me every so often when something significant is about to happen related to anything into which I am putting effort and focus. ANyone here understand whay I mean or am I simply a loon?
Spock
DOuble normal average volume here. That's a very good place to start. SMart move: Do not sell a thing unless you have found that you have hit your target price, or this investment requires more patience than you are interested in mustering.
I'll be here a long time. Have already made what would constitute a "killing" but that is just me bragging, so I'll shut up about that now. For most of us here, this past month has been more than enough time to build a good position even if we started with $100 the day after the court signed off on the re-org.
Make today a great BRTX day.
Spock.. I'm feeling "vulxited" already!
On the 18th TDS clients can begin creating text marketing campaigns of their own using TDS toolset. That ought to be a game changer for many.
SPock....... far more fun than doing it via subspace frequencies and having it go through Lt. Uhuru. Nothing against her, but she can get a bit "snippy" if you know what I mean. [I'm doing my nails. It can wait 10 minutes, can't it, SPock?]
I share the frustrations of Lvnthdrm. And Janetcanada and LOvePink do have it right. This is a great company and they're ( the company) making money. We will see this in the upcoming quarterlies. Mustering the patience is a true bear. I find it very difficult at times. I honestly do. I see other plays out there making cash right now as I type this and I almost let myself wonder why in the world am I hanging on to something like GRST month after month, adding millions upon millions of shares when it just seems to do about nothing.
Crazy right? What kind of investor do I think I am anyway?
I am a damned patient investor. I know that I only lose when I sell for a loss. I am a 35-bagger on a stock I started buying last year under a nickel/share. It did not start moving until I had been in it for three months, it then took off, dropped again, plateau-ed another six weeks and took off AGAIN. I want everyone here to be a thirtyfive - bagger by Labor Day. This can happen. Commit to holding tight. Never sell untill you have made at least some profit you decide is worth your aggravation. Never.
Then, get crazy and don't sell at all. Just watch it make you wealthier.
We can do this. GRST is a great vehicle to get all of us there.
SPock.... I wanna see all of you here win huge.
Zak, I have to say I don't see it that way. I DO see marketmakers loading up their shelves with etfm stock to sell and they're going to want to make all their money back for sure plus a whole lot more so.....
Get your stash locked up in your private vault and let the market makers make the market. Once your shares have made your target price, at least sell enough to get your principal back plus a few grand.
SPock.
BTW, at this price it takes about $500,000 to bump the price up just one click. Too bad the O/S is as large as it is, but clearly, with the volume we have here today, lots of folks are very interested. Myself included. That 8-k looks fine to me.
Make sure you have a decent pile in your portfolio. This should make some cabbage for quite a few people here as long as they don't do something ca-razy.
Spock
Zak, lemon is closer to the reason than you are. Think this through. Think how this whole market works.
Someone has the job of making sure the market for this stock is liquid. If they fail, the spread becomes awful and nobody wants to touch it. Now, look at today's chart. Who has the power to squash any possible run time after time after time? And, again, WHY would they want to do that?
I know you guys get this.
S.
lemon....there is a reason for this. Do you know what it is?
SPock...its a pretty good one.
Thanks to weeks of patience I have been able to acquire more shares than I ever thought I possibly could. Each acquisition gets locked at $100/shr GTC. I am not HUGE enough to make any impact on the market for these shares, but I really don't care.
Having started in June I have been able to amass three times my original goal. I can see where all of this is going and I am happy to carry on as I have been.
Were it not for social media and the company's ability to communicate with shareholders on an informal basis, I would bet the pps would be considerably lower.
I put a great deal of faith in business owners/issuers who are willing to have dialogue with their supporters. It's the silent ones who will burn you.
Hoping for a great day today.
SPock.....just for fun I am trying to build a bottle inside of a ship.
I began my DD on this company in Spring of 20. I continue to this day to be impressed with how well they know their business and how well they are bringing the new facility on line even in the midst of a pandemic. Talk about focus and action!
I expect to hold for at least one year and should they begin to open additional facilities I'll stay indefinitely. This is a 5 Star company.
Spock..... 5 stars = 3 Michelin stars plus two comets.
G'morn to our Deutsche friends. Hope this day brings you and our others friends here additional wealth.
Spoken Die Vulcanische?
The market makers had an obligation here to two things: the RSI got too out of whack and had to be brought back into line, which has now gotten done.
The other job is to protect the liquidity of the stock. Too high too fast not only pushes liquidity way out of whack it also makes it harder for the market makers to fulfil one of there primary functions which is to make sure they have enough of the stock on hand for inventory.
Take advantage of the great prices now. This one's going back up.
Spock.....just got a chia pet tribble. Very cool.
I agree with declaes. Further, even being in Florida where Covid is raging they are carrying on. The RSI is fine and the A/D line is very good. This is a play where you add and hold. Those who do so will do very very well.
Spock.....buy up those cheap shares. Rejoice.
My gosh....He's doing this Rinse/Repeat thing yet again? Seriously?
Wow.
I am so sorry.
SPock
From a standpoint of logic, one would NOT undertake an action, like this one, that would essentially scare off many of your shareholders unless you had a darned good reason to do so.
They took some pains to put themselves in a position where their legal status would not require much of them in terms of reporting anything. This would , therefore, help them keep a very tight lid on whatever it is they have cooking.
Logic would also suggest that if they are willing to sell a controlling interest in whatever entity they DO become, that they would not hang themselves out there where they may be time limits on how long they can keep this status. Expiring within this status without having an incoming entity with whom to merge could bankrupt them. I would think, then, that they already have a candidate for the merger.
Months ago there was a poster who kept very close eye on their filings and he would post that info here. But since the entity we knew as aawc no longer exits, there are no more filings dropping for him to post on, so likely he has moved on.
This is such a strange, uncommon way to go about things. I am really interested to see this through even if it may cost me something in the end. There may, however, be a great reason to hang on here that none of us knows about yet.
sPOCK
Joshy, the only thing I ever hear was that the company selling shares for the past ten years is supposed a private company. Now, I have zero understanding how a private company can sell stock publicly, so I have bugged out of this one for the time being until I hear something more definitive about their operation. There is another company with the same name which appears to oversee the other in a managerial way, but even that relationship is unclear to me.
SPock
