Pardon my ignorance, please. When TDS refers to "compliance" should I infer this is a reference to DE SOS in some way? If yes. can anything else be read into this tweet reasonably?

My center chi is buzzing. It started last night and it is in direct response to my "connection" to CLHI. ITs been humming all morning. Ya, it's a personal thing that happens with me every so often when something significant is about to happen related to anything into which I am putting effort and focus. ANyone here understand whay I mean or am I simply a loon?
