What does this show? It's just a few pictures and a link to another website.
VNDM is on the ask so it's actually much larger than the displayed 113M
109M on the bid and only 18M in vol today. Good sign that people are starting to hold again.
Mostly 2s today...
By get it done in 2 weeks, does that mean the full 2 weeks? Can we see it sooner? Or is that wishful thinking.
Is COWI increasing profitability?
Is the debt getting meaningfully paid down?
Is any of the debt delinquent?
Everyone whose been here for months...
Today's PR says "ANTICIPATES" again
Sounds good to me!!
Who has lloyds phone number? What is it?
It's going to be significant.
We are starting to look just how COWI looked when I originally bought in in January.
Of course that's what happened
None of them. Absolutely none! I've used that as a stock screener criteria on sub penny stocks and turn up ZERO hits every time.
Good point. That is what happened with LTNC.
What was that 25M at <0001?
Tomorrow is 3 weeks and the website is down. What does that mean?
Per the PR the company "anticipates" submitting the 10K within 3 weeks.
Does that give them any wiggle room?
Their website says Gold Certified
What are you talking about?
Looking forward to a good week here
Ok, don't invest then...
Nope. I am a consultant myself. Companies CAN release that info. They usually don't. And of course they're staffing augmentation. THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING THERE!! THAT HAS NEVER BEEN QUESTIONED. (Sorry for the caps...) CoroWare did not invent HoloLens or anything like that. HoloLens is a paycheck for CoroWare. A big one. That is what all the excitement has been about. Ground floor entry into cutting edge technology.
CoroWare would likely never be mentioned in any news release by Microsoft because they are a contract vendor. Companies never release that kind of proprietary information. The obvious reason why is competitors can offer vendors larger contracts to negatively impact the original client. Microsoft would only mention CoroWare if they were buying out a technology from them.
As far as the 5 years statement, when was it originally stated? And was it conservative. We already know it will be some time before even thinking HoloLens will go to market, but that's Microsoft's business, not CoroWare's. CoroWare is a part of development, testing, calibration, and large customer marketing (I.E. Corporate level, not public commercial).
To think that CoroWare is the only outsourced support for HoloLens would be foolish. But it is definitely an ambitious project by a client with deep pockets and aggressive market demand. All of which means good things for a vendor, like CoroWare.
Good volume today.
Exactly
LinkedIn shows a few new CoroWare employees at Microsoft. One is a hardware developer for HoloLens.
A good sign if they're hiring more people.
That's bad ass
Who is Tyler?
Did he basically say software development for HoloLens?
It says file in 3 weeks. Is that standard verbiage for being late filing twice?
A half a billion shares went through together at 12:34:43. That's gotta be 1 transaction. That's over 5% of the AS.
18.33% vol short today
1.37% vol short yesterday
37.60% Monday
62.71% Friday
21.49% Thurday
93.04% on 3/31/16
Yes they are. Lots of shorts.
They're called shorts.
The CEO announced that he wants to increase shareholder value. Doing a RS will not do that. It's always negative. In Nov they announced a share buyback program.
Buyback
Good call
It'll turn real positive right around Thursday...
The opportunity to refinance CoroWare's convertible debt finally presented itself as CoroWare achieved strong revenue growth in fiscal years 2014 and 2015. The path to achieving this objective began with CoroWare's Board of Directors authorizing a Stock Repurchase Program on November 4, 2015 in order to repurchase up $0.5 Million of Its common shares of the Company's issued and outstanding common stock over a two-year period.
Next, CoroWare's Board of Directors began the process of establishing forbearance agreements with significant convertible debt holders such as YA Global Partners, thereby stopping the conversion of convertible debt into CoroWare common shares.

If shares sold for less than 0001, it wasn't conversion. Can COWI purchase for discounted price below lowest daily traded price?
