Buying back shares is a wise move.

It is a near death wish, far from the best idea. It is also something that they have done before, placing it in the company's history. I was certain to paint that out to him. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of probably pissing him off by referring to him as a female. So in that temperament, he is likely to never address the subject, just state his being offended.

Any economist, in fact anyone who follows the progress of the US economy, knows and learns that consumer confidence is one of the main factors in its growth. Even as we began to emerge from this recent recession, we learned and saw that people still would not buy houses because they had lost confidence in the economic growth of this economy. Hopefully, you know of several other examples where the lack of consumer confidence has stagnated economic growth. It is the most significant factor in boosting economic growth.

As a shareholder in your company, I state this because of the known reversal that a Reverse Split has on a company's economic growth. It is the cause of shareholders losing confidence. Most shareholders with any experience in the free market will tell you that most companies do not recover from a Reverse Split. It is in a company's history that stalks them, sometimes to their demise. Anyone one, any attorney who advices a company to do so only does so to increase the amount of money that they will make from having to go through the process.

I have read your response to letters from other shareholders regarding a reverse split. An emphatic"no" was not in your response, Not even a specific address of it. Thus, I ask you plainly to state yes or no regarding a reverse split. Is their any plan for RightSmile to reverse split?
