June 20xx?
Your purchase has to settle by that date. It used to be 3 days to settle, but they changed it to 2 days a few years ago.
Washington D.C., March 22, 2017 —
The Securities and Exchange Commission today adopted an amendment to shorten by one business day the standard settlement cycle for most broker-dealer securities transactions. Currently, the standard settlement cycle for these transactions is three business days, known as T+3. The amended rule shortens the settlement cycle to two business days, T+2.
The amended rule is designed to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and ensure a coordinated and expeditious transition by market participants to a shortened standard settlement cycle.
Ahh good point. Man these holidays sneak up fast.
I believe Monday or Tuesday will be the last day. I'd go with Monday to play it safe.
Anyone that isn't day trading it shouldn't care about walk downs and daily price fluctuations. Just like they shouldn't care if it goes up .15 in a day.
Sure. Here is the one from Yahoo. There is also one just above these messages in the iHUB links.
$12 per share special dividend. Thats pretty huge so I'm curious what will happen after the dust settles. I'm sure the pps will drop but how much?

Go PIHN! Booming now.
Anyone out there eyeballing that special dividend?
Ford declares a dividend of 15¢ per share (no surprise I guess)
The board of directors of Ford Motor Company today declared a first-quarter regular dividend of 15 cents per share on the company’s outstanding Class B and common stock.
The amount is identical to regular dividends paid by the company each quarter since 2016.
The first quarter dividend is payable on March 2 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Jan. 30.

Wanker gets flustered when someone else gets fanniegate attention.
Just a lot of free time on his hands. His salary for work performed ratio is unsettling.
He has been wattified.
Glad you didn't throw Holden Wanker into that mix.
The .30¢ drop just before the En banc news came out was quite interesting.
Takes me a couple months. Either habit or dont want to see I'm another year older in this saga ;)
This happened before and then we got great news. So who knows.
Leading elements were the two government-backed mortgage giants, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

The good morning drop is so predictable
Interesting start to the day +.16
Means nothing at 9am.
Either that or a de-list to OTC.
"Deficient issuer failed to meet NASDAQ continued listing requirements"
Thanks. I would have thought it was just an opinion without that extra "period".
What the heck. I read there would be huge sells for tax reasons and the pps would fall way below 3
I got fake news'd again
I think thats one of the many things they are working on is how to end this saga without making a bunch of "instant" millionaires and making the billionaires even richer.
Some will argue that it benefits the Treasury by reaping all the capital gains. I dont think the trade-off would be worth the hassle and accusations.
Although I dont think it will be years for this saga to end, it could be years until the PPS is anywhere near "da moon".
Merry Christmas and GLTA
That post did more than 'Investors-Unite' has done.
"it still believed the risk-reward for the Common is more attractive than the Preferred in almost every case."

I'm surprised you're surprised.
Count on it without anything positive coming out. I already did.
Hypothetically, some type of settlement could happen at any time.
That would be remarkable.
lol @ penny stock

So if she disagreed with their claims, she would allow them to go to trial?
Thats exactly right. And I believe it lessens the chance for appeals when other judges/courts looks at how thorough she is.
Mistakes increase the chances. This woman dots every 'i' and crosses every 't' and certainly has given the defendants all the time and rope they need.
But in the end, her tree is taller than their rope.
A 2 million share trade and 9 green days in a row.
Skepticism is at a 10 year low.
Did it though? I mean it was green with plenty of buying before it hit.
I read somewhere it was going to be selling throughout the day with a close below $3
Crazy the things you read on the interweb
Certain changes that should be made to this saga. Including anyone who thought common shares would be cancelled.
That was months ago
