I'd suggest to "Tap Out Already"..........
really......
Between the "Matheson saving a pinkie" and "Hedge Funds" (like they even know the ticker SLRW) ..... Time for the "company" to support all of its claims to date. Other than that, the PPS shows the current efforts have been for NAUGHT....
(leaving bagholders in the wings)
We already know Matheson, an American born company, is a sell out... Whats next?
Till Tomorrow...............
AHAHAHAHA
:)
In the words of KINISON....
OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Creates ........FTD's......!
I was done, but....
Water Is the Next Oil
VC hopes to capitalize on an increasingly scarce resource.
By Kevin Bullis
Oil, of course, dominates world economics and politics. But it's conceivable that some day, alternative fuels and other clean technologies, combined with the rising costs of extracting oil, could diminish petroleum's influence. But by that time, another scarce commodity--water--could come to dominate geopolitics, and venture capitalists are starting to take note.
I hope every one realizes this article is more political than industrial.
While one decides to invest as giving way to or decides to fight the BS... Desalinize!!!!! If piping oil across any desert seems cheap than piping water from the ocean should be cheaper. (even with its corrosive properties)
Water is not a commodity, its the majority.
Whats next? "Crude Water"?
AHAHAHAHAHA...
Ut Oh, Breaking News April 20th 2020...This just in from bsnewswire: We are getting reports of a "crude water spill" in the Gulf of mexico...U.S. President "Ahkmod Yodumee" has yet to make a statement.....
Yes, it is getting this bad in our lifetime... SLRW is but a dunk in the pool for where this propaganda is heading!!!
I am understanding more and more why SLRW is listed under "Homeland Security"..
Scary...... Ewwwwwwwwwww....
I cant wait,
I am very interested in reading details on the previous
"Retirement of Shares" performed by SLRW
Think SLRW will give details?

Enough for tonight....
Good Luck.....
I could have made money shorting SLRW
back from the "alert" around 1 cent!!!!
(right around where I "became aware" of it watching "others" babble about it.. To Da Moon.... SURE!)
No doubt!
But, the bad taste left in many mouths from the higher PPS "alert" may be the reason the PPS has diminished since the Matheson news??????
Put Up or Shut Up time for the company from here on out it seems.
Disagree?
HAHAHA, I was just about to go at that one.
Considering the daily REGSHO info are shares not cleared and the Short sales for SLRW per pinksheets goes up and down twice a month. (again, not cleared)
I truely wish SHORTING was allowed for individual investors in the junk stocks.
Excerpt taken
.from Sharesleuth.com '07
Dennis L Mast:
"The SEC said HydroFlo repeatedly published false statements claiming that its subsidiaries were providing water filtration equipment and water purification consulting services to government agencies engaged in Hurricane Katrina relief efforts.
The complaint said the company had not shipped any products nor provided any relief services. It also said that HydroFlo had touted a positive report by a stock analyst as being independent and unbiased without disclosing that it paid $19,500 for the coverage. The SEC said the false releases increased the trading volume and price of HydroFlo’s stock.
UTEK’s SEC filings show that the company sold 364,956 shares of HydroFlo’s stock between Sept. 13 and Sept. 22, 2005, generating about $226,000 in proceeds. UTEK reported holding 6.34 million shares of HydroFlo on Sept. 30, 2005. At the time, UTEK valued the stock at $3.68 million, which made it the company’s second most valuable holding.
Hydroflo’s shares fell sharply in October 2005 after the company issued a long press release clarifying its earlier announcements. The stock has continued to decline through 2006. It closed Tuesday at 2 cents a share.
UTEK gave away or abandoned its right to the remainder of its HydroFlo stock in the second quarter of this year. The company said in an SEC filing that it donated 5.1 million shares of HydroFlo’s stock worth $663,000 to four nonprofit institutions. UTEK said it discovered that HydroFlo had been structured as a closed-end management investment company -- like UTEK -- and that its holdings in HydroFlo conflicted with regulatory limits for those types of entities. UTEK said it also abandoned its rights to another 400,000 HydroFlo shares.
UTEK did not disclose in its own SEC filings the regulatory actions against HydroFlo and Mast. Nor has it disclosed any of the SEC cases against other partners, even though those actions invariably led to declines in the share prices of those companies and the value of UTEK’s portfolio.
George Moore, who took over as HydroFlo’s chief executive in July, told Sharesleuth that the public statements that drew the SEC’s attention were the result of Mast’s overexuberance about the company’s prospects and were not an attempt to manipulate the market for the company’s shares.
“He’s an entrepreneur,’’ Moore said. “His whole mindset looks to the future, and his cup is always full. That’s a dangerous thing in today’s corporate world.’’
HydroFlo has been selling water pitchers and other products that incorporate the arsenic-removal technology it licensed from UTEK, Moore said. It has announced plans to spin off that subsidiary to its shareholders, creating a new company.
“It’s a very good technology, to be honest, and has a very good future,’’ Moore said.
Moore declined to say how much revenue it was generating from the technology it licensed through UTEK. The company’s most recent annual filing with the SEC listed no sales.
It seems Mast may have had an earlier patent on the air bubble thingy...
This is where I believe things are wrong.
From Sept 20th's close of .003 with the Matheson news coming out on the 22nd. This stock should not be inching towards its previous 52 week low. Im wondering if the "partnership" news was out between certain investors when the penny per share hit?
Matheson is big enough news to have maintained some kind of PPS in the 002's to 003 at the minimum. Since it is not holding, that leads me to think there may be some bad news somewhere. But then, to value the company prior the news, it should probably have been in the mid to high trip zips. So 0017 is most likely sufficient with the news at this time. The stop sign on the pinksheet provides a bad taste for the increasingly growing penny investor population.
"The company also announced that it has been upgraded on the Pink OTC Markets to the Current Information tier. This action confirms the company's commitment to transparency and brings Solarbrook Water & Power closer to moving back to the OTCBB exchange."
AUG 12th
For your question, I believe Matheson is too big along with the parent company to be concerned with such a small company and have the worries if it can deliver product. From previous financials I see that they do not have a huge "production line" employed. SLRW is not setting the world on fire selling product right now. Sure, has many proposals out there but nothing to make me believe
"business is booming".
I believe Matheson is "Test Driving" the company. Take that for what it is worth. I hope the company can provide all the products that may be contracted thru what may be an influx of interest thru Matheson. If not, the patents will be the only items of worth. A buy out limits profit.
Now, answer my question: Where is SLRW getting the monies and or shares from for the future retirement down to 400 mil. All we know of are "PR'd" buy back deals with some large corporate shareholders of 97 mil. SLRW is making enough cash to buy back shares? Who knows with no updated financials.
The Price Per Share is reflecting just how important this PR was, is'nt it.....
What is with this "help a pinkie out" balogna?
I never said this was a help out situation. (unreal)
I was happy to see the news but now looking at the current PPS, something seems it may not be "all that pure" in pure water land....
:)
Fourteen and a half bux, funny stuff.
Matheson should get Solarbrook into to Jersey ASAP:
TRENTON, N.J. - October 4, 2010 (WPVI) -- Officials are advising customers in several communities to boil their water.
Officials at the Trenton Water Filtration Plant say that the high levels of the Delaware River have affected its ability to produce clean water.
All residents in Trenton, Ewing, Lawrence, Hopewell, and Hamilton should boil their tap water prior to using it.
Workers are trying to get production levels back up to normal.
What a mess this state is.
So, RegSho and INIX run hand in hand.
No doubt... Atleast we know the short story is all BS. Kinda like "realtime", the "monies" spent on "realtime", The "updates" to "realtime", the years and years spent on "perfecting realtime", the "ownership" or lack there of "realtime"...
If the first CEO left a bad taste in investors mouths than this one simply added the cow patties to finalize the stank. There is but 1 reason a "dividend" was announced. To soften the blow of raising the authorized share amount and buy time. Take what money is left to shut the stock down as we hide VIA fighting the shorts, pacifying the shareholders and taking a much needed breath.
Ohmmmmmm Ohmmmmmmm breath deep.................
This could go on for another 26 days..?
Waiting on info right now, much like the "FINRA required INIX to raise the A/S amount" info... (minus the "hearsay" included the facts)
Havent seen any L2's lately... Sup wit dat? :) :) :) Be kinda funny to see what the bad old MM's are doing while all of us investors sit quietly - in a "quasi" self induced coma.
:)
Not sure I understand....
I do know "thinking" wasnt asked for....
"Wacked"...? Thats about "censorship"
Im from Joisey... everything that goes "poof" is essentially..."wacked"...
Yes I was warming up to SLRW...
Now, well. Ill judge it by the company it keeps.... Atleast on here. Wont disclose if I own it or not... Lets see if the paints get washed away..
IMO... Id buy it for the "long haul"... Just in case.
OKIE DOKIE?....
Sure.
Keep going......
Go SLRW'ason
Hey, quick profitable opportunity may only strike once for a company like this. Id play also. Shame the driving force isnt from America....
Then again, what really is anymore...
Good luck my friend.
Matheson buys nor directs nothing!!!!
Daily operations and keeping the unions happy is the Matheson role in America today...
Matheson is a Japanese owned company.
SLRW has something "they" might want... BEFORE the American guy has a chance to realize what might be so appealing they will have eaten this thing up sushi like! Raw. "Beforwe cwazy Amewican know what he hav".....
But hey, Matheson sold out years ago, why not SLRW.....
I say everyone should keep buying the Americanese.....
Could you explain the "Homeland security" tag this thing has?
Was it from a past "company premise that wasnt dismissed as of yet?
How the Matheson/Nippon Sanso Corporation news
should have been capitalized upon before the interest fell and the idea that the news cant take a negative position.
I was really warming up on this Co. till the censorship begun.
You can invest in America.... or not!
Good Luck.
EDIT:
EDIT: OK,..... So........
Who owns Matheson?
http://www.tn-sanso.co.jp/en/
I was pretty much into SLRW till your buddy got involved with the wack... Now I short!
POOF
Ya watching , right?
OTC BB | Homeland Security | Solarbrook Water and Power Corp (SLRW)
Homeland Security........ SLRW...? Now wait a minute, non profitable filtration companies fall under that title? Ya kidding me right? No wonder the Japanese want a stake in it... (We did mess them up once right?...) All fitting together now. Matheson: Japanese owned..... Hmmmmmmmm. Sure Ill buy tomorrow. Give more of the country away with my investment in SLRW ensuring the CEO can survive the time it takes for the Japanese to demean his patents and give an end all be all PPS....
I can see it now, "Poland Springs" becomes "Hiroshima Falls"
Worse part.... People will still buy it.... UGH
"you can a taka smell froma water" ..?
Sure we can!!!!
The other day we received news concerning the manufacturer of the "custom" seating for the new "vehicles.
I wonder what news we may hear of next, turn signals, rear view mirrors, sound system, etc...... Cmon now, these are all important items!!!!!
I can hardly wait......
Go Green Vehicles! RECYCLE!!!!!!!
NO........
What you were missing today was the bangatwangy hit for 1000 shares @ 001..... Ya mean no one else here is willing to paint?
That shows alot.... I'll give ya .0005!
Thats funny,
Saw that pic the other day. Tell me, just how did that crawler get in that big old mud puddle keeping the tracks so clean?
excerpts from Taiyo Nippon Sanso report

of management resources in North America,......
We will continue to take decisive steps to increase the efficiency

opportunities while at the same time implementing
strategies aimed at ensuring sustainable growth.....
Could this mean the parent company is interested in owning SLRW ?
Would a buy out be more attractive to investors vs SLRW moving product thru Matheson?
Time will tell.
Either way, it looks like the daddy company is looking to increase its business stake in America.
Oh nooooo there goes Tokyo Go Go Godzilla............
The only questions I hear is for permission....
"Yes you may"....Keep the PM's flowing... Explains why the Matheson news went no where......
Good luck my friend...
OH, now it's "90" million?
97? where'd that go?
When you really want to push the company you let me know...
Till then I will discredit as many posts as I can.
Deres an "attaboy" fer ya....
Matheson is but a tool for what you could/should be typing!
Had anyone truely done their DD, the PPS might have gone up after the news! But nooooooooooo "Matheson" was the end all be all...
It's the MM's.....
Shorts.......
No, it's the clingers, zombies and just plain lazy.
There was and still could be a play "thru" Matheson that could/should have been made since day 1 of the news, yet no one solidified it. The speculation thru Matheson was amature - as well, those wanting the company down, played it much better.
Now speculation is most likely the best you have.
The PPS should have risen with this news!!!!! Bad amature play!
Keep going..... We need more.... EOM
Not 1 question on here means diddle to me. Im the one questioning the company where as others need to prove why I should take a stake in the company.
So far, even the Matheson news hasnt proven worthy.
Hint: If I were invested in SLRW, Id drop the "Matheson" babble and start talking up the "parent" company's business plan...
Matheson does nothing with out orders from Japan.
Shame there are more into censorship than facts.... I admitted Im getting warmer towards the Co. than... well, I might just have to stay on the negative side.
Unless I am wrong, the A/S giving way to the last reported outstanding count leads to a number under 97 million left in control by the Co. and able to be retired. I did not see where "restricteds" were possibly returned or retired. I also do not see any amount of revenue that could or should be used to "purchase" open market shares adding up to the 97 million. Didnt see where insiders may have "gifted" the Co. with common shares either.
But hey, whats 1.7 million shares here or there. In pinkyland 1.7 million is a drop in some poor slobs hat....! From the street, news is the CEO is about to become a drop in someones hat... (insignificant)
If I missed something, show me. I have no problem admitting I'm wrong. Show me the math!
Hey Joe,
I am seeing some babble about a company (IGSM) that seems on the same lines as (TEVE) can you take a look and give your opinion?
SHARES OUTSTANDING
3/31/10
TOTAL SHARES OUTSTANDING 504,703,682
As of 03/31/10 /s/ George Moore President/CEO Solarbrook Water and Power Corporation
NOTE 4 – EQUITY:3/31/2010
Common Stock
The Company has 600,000,000 shares of $.001 par value authorized and 504,703,682 shares outstanding at December 31,2009. The shares have no dividend rights, no liquidation rights, no liquidation value and no redemption rights.
Right now it looks like the company is or expects to be bringing in huge amounts of revenue as it is speaking pre maturely about future share reductions?
wow, share reduction for 97m...and planning to reduce more, gonna be huge next week #6732
Hmmmmmm?
What are we discussing here?
1world card or cash? I do believe there is a difference!!!
1world card is a prepaid credit card type business as 1world cash is a remittance transaction type business.
Does 1World Cash have a 1World Cash Card?
Yes. After your first remittance transaction, you will be given an 1World Cash Card for free. So the next time you visit us, you don't need to fill out all the required information in the remittance form, you just need to provide your 7-digit 1World Cash card number or your First name and Last name, your beneficiary's complete name, if the same with your previous remittance and the amount.
For Existing Customer:
•Fill out a Remittance Form providing only your 7-digit 1World Cash Card number or your First Name and Last Name and the amount to be transferred.
•Give the completed form to the Agent together with your 1World Cash Card and the cash
Whats the difference between the info from someone whom says they visited the site in person VS some alleged E-mails to and from from a personalty that thinks they're captain hook talking to a general Mao wannbe? Cmon.....
All any investor or prospective future investor of OWVI has to go off of is the companys self provided information. It's late!!!!!
From my own DD, there are confirmed credentials one must fill out prior to gaining money transfers thru 1W cash. If the charges arent enough of a discount, why change from a trusted provider where one has already provided this info? There is always more to the picture from what one paints in their own head! Good or bad? Well thats up to the individual!
Talk about a bad photoshop.......
Did the crawler fly in to the muddy water? Those are some clean tracks.. The loader looks kinda shiny too.
Oh wait, TYTAN Tractors dont get dirty or have major failures.
Thats the ticket...
Quite frankly,
I personally have read enough of the factless based hearsay
concerning the TA over iFinix. Havent there been enough "I was told's" that have been proven wrong to give it up yet? If I were an honest TA contracted to INIX and read what has been written, Id never take another call from any INIX investor again
(honest/TA = jumbo/shrimp) :)
As a private investor for numerous years, I have never run into a reason demanding my placing a call to any TA till I found myself involved with a company such as iFinix. I have never had to consider calling a CEO or TA while buying, shorting, purchasing-call/put contracts or even DD'ing a real company in a real market. Enough information is available on companies that do not rely upon message boards to maintain a PPS! I believe the management of iFinix is too connected to the pathetic attempts of free internet promotions via pennystock messageboards.
This "dividend" is a reward? Well, if it is considered a reward then the company had better start producing some solid "company news" in the "near" future when the shares of INIX are accounted for and become tradable!
Right now, with the past pathetic attempts to swing green thru the financials as well the latest report of losses. I doubt enough green will be had anytime soon with out a spin!!! I do not base that comment from "hearsay" but from black n white written facts provided by the company. Unless some kind of multiple increase in new investors leading the way to increased commissions, there will be no considerable revenues to push this stock towards a shiney happy PPS (considering the new shares outstanding) without help from the internet.
Sorry Mr. Monroe, but it looks like your contacts via message boards have all but completely let you down and the best you can hope for now is the ability to produce real numbers or be left to the "new blood" (or bloodied) to elevate the companys PPS.
(I hope I pressed the right button for the INIX instant message, wouldnt want anyone reading this....)
OOOPS...
Epic failure!
Lets hope the company doesnt follow.
:)
