This is where I believe things are wrong.

From Sept 20th's close of .003 with the Matheson news coming out on the 22nd. This stock should not be inching towards its previous 52 week low. Im wondering if the "partnership" news was out between certain investors when the penny per share hit?

Matheson is big enough news to have maintained some kind of PPS in the 002's to 003 at the minimum. Since it is not holding, that leads me to think there may be some bad news somewhere. But then, to value the company prior the news, it should probably have been in the mid to high trip zips. So 0017 is most likely sufficient with the news at this time. The stop sign on the pinksheet provides a bad taste for the increasingly growing penny investor population.

"The company also announced that it has been upgraded on the Pink OTC Markets to the Current Information tier. This action confirms the company's commitment to transparency and brings Solarbrook Water & Power closer to moving back to the OTCBB exchange."

For your question, I believe Matheson is too big along with the parent company to be concerned with such a small company and have the worries if it can deliver product. From previous financials I see that they do not have a huge "production line" employed. SLRW is not setting the world on fire selling product right now. Sure, has many proposals out there but nothing to make me believe
"business is booming".
I believe Matheson is "Test Driving" the company. Take that for what it is worth. I hope the company can provide all the products that may be contracted thru what may be an influx of interest thru Matheson. If not, the patents will be the only items of worth. A buy out limits profit.

Now, answer my question: Where is SLRW getting the monies and or shares from for the future retirement down to 400 mil. All we know of are "PR'd" buy back deals with some large corporate shareholders of 97 mil. SLRW is making enough cash to buy back shares? Who knows with no updated financials.
