I was being a bit tonge and cheek. But, that said, I have seen companies explode in a five year period from a small time company to billion dollar companies.

My own company went from 0 two years ago, to a multi million dollar company. It happens just not very likely.

Keep in mind, that is we are playing the real deal look at what happened to NIKE, SKETCHERS, and several others. they blew up with in a few seeks of big news and promotions.

If this is real, it could be well over $15-25 PS with in a few years. I for one would hold my millions of shares just in case.

I have been watching some but Wamuq was consuming me and I had lost track of why I became a trader.

I had stopped trading and just focused on tracking WAMUQ. I needed to step away and refocus so that could continue to work my trading strategies and get back to basic trading.

I have lost more than seven figures here since the last drop but I am still holding on. My perspective is the trial is what Susman was playing for the whole time.

I think he has a smoking gun under seal and JPM and Rosen are playing right into the chess match. There is no way he would stake his reputation on a case this big with out a hedge. Plus the fact that we have seen very little of him in court this is foreplay.

Susman is playing this court like a finely tuned viola. Although it is hard to watch your port folio go from over a million in this stock to less than 25k I am more than confident we will hit our projected numbers in the end...when that end might be who knows. I have flipped a few shares but rest assured I have replaced them and added. I will now just let it sit until something significant moves us to a settlement or a victory. In the mean time I need to focus on being a trader and moving stocks. That is what I do.

I am always here just not absorbed as I once was. I still check your posts every night along with Uzual's and a few others. I have just chosen not to post and act as a silent partner. I do how ever swap emails with Justin every so often.. His very tight lipped so no real intel there.

MGM filed today...I think this will be a great BK bounce...(these are my favorite plays) 1.20 bounce today. But I think we will a hard exit over the next few days and then bounce hard.

They predict 30-45 days then they will emerge.

Well not shoes...but I was a corp buyer and bought 10's of thousand of containers of furniture, hardware items, tools, soft good and electronics...so I assume I qualify as someone whom would carry some kind of expertise as to how goods are imported into this country.

But you are right...never order 50,000 pairs of shoes from Mexico.

Things are great...I just found my self spending way too much time chatting on Ihub and less time investing. I got caught up in all the drama with WAMUQ, AVTI, and a few others and overlooked and missed several great trades. I lost focus and stop playing my trade strategy. But I am back on track and other than getting killed today with the failure of the California pot initiative.

I thought for sure it was going to pass.

Wouldn't the customs inspection point be at the US customs processing center?

I have imported a lot of goods from outside the country. and with out exception, customs inspections have alway been the responsibility of the receiving country.

So it makes me say...hmmmm......

I don't see the Dow holding these 11's thru the end of the year. Great time to look at SDS as these levels will be a great profit maker. This is one of my daily plays and will generate a ton of cash flow.

busy, Oil...I have not been boarding much, I was spending way to much time focusing on one stock and not playing my positions so I have chosen to just visit once in awhile. I need to do what i do best, turn stocks. I hope people see this as a half full cup instead of a half empty one.

Like clock work, lots of dumping just like March 12th. People don't get the process. for those that understand this is a great opportunity to improve your cost per share average.

Keep buying...remember GM in the last weeks of the play big shake outs and then bounced up hard prior to cancellation. some of us made a lot of money on this BK. I is a bit disappointing with regard to the report. But the facts is did we really expect some earth shaking epiphany on assets to be publicized? Remember we have Salomon's numbers in Susman's pocket. That is why Justin was not worried at the last hearing. Now the assessment is conflicted so the UST will get involved besides how can the examiner produce a document report with no asset sheets.

So I hope you were up early setting entry points. Now this will be a flippers dream for the rest of the year.

This should retrace and fill the gap by mid-week. unless commons are wiped out and a new Symbol code is established.

I have been though this a few times and unless we are wiped clean we should be fine. Again, I am not up to speed on how the EC played this. But as long as they had our best interest in mind we should be fine.

So I have been out of pocket for some time...What happened?

As you know I have eleven so you are catching up.

Well I for one will never throw you two under the bus. As you know my history with you for the last year and a half. If anyone doubts your work Have them look at my portfolio. No one will ever pound the table for you like I do. You two are the best out there for this type of market play.


People need to grow up and take responsibility for being greedy and holding too long , or just blindly jumping in to every thing that gets posted. DD is still needed. You are here to provide some radar direction so that we are not looking for a needle in a haystack.

Keep it up if people don't like the plays....go somewhere else. But don't bite the hand that feeds you.
