I want to watch the plane leave JFK. Then I'll be happy.
Azziz just got the new bill to go forward from his attorney. I'm guessing he made another executive decision after 6 when he realized he can't cover it. Tex, you gotta wake up dude. I trust your attorney will have some coffee for you.
Reverse Split coming soon
Aziz said they wouldn't dilute, he diluted it immediately. If the company has announced it's not happening it will, and vice versa. Seems like they bat 100% in that category, no?

Here's a good tool to estimate the profitability of the biodiesel plant.
Do the math.
Tex, the IBox has a graph showing biodiesel production plants. Why don't you add the Barbados plant. You may need to expand the graph to include it as the bottom line is a 30M GPY and I think the barbados plant is only a 72k/yr?
Nope, no word. The ball is in Azziz's court. His attorney's scope changed quite a bit, probably needs to re up.??
Neal Cassady should join the PR team.
Aw man, you're right. I hadn't figured on that. That's why they pulled Willie over, it smelled like donuts.
You want humor? Forgive me...They use body fat as feedstock, liposuction waste. Pick up fat chicks, make em skinny, then drive them home for free. Fat chicks think you have donuts cause it smells so good, follow you home, repeat.
I understand. I was just putting it in perspective.
jonny called him "Mr. Aziz", said he was "a lucrative businessman", where do I buy?
US Biodiesel production is growing 200 million gallons a year. It could top 1 billion next year. The RFS requires it to grow 1B a year for 10 more years. There are major players spending 100's of millions on plants left and right. This 20,000 dollar investment is a parrot fart in a hurricane.
It's great for getting the gospel out to the tourists. They should run a hippie tour bus with the fuel, sell stock, aziz t shirts and stuff..haha

It's 100% less junk, better than 95%, depends on how you pretreat FFA's. Basically, you pull out 10% glycerol and replace it with 10% methanol. 100 gallons of vegetable oil and 10 gallon of methanol produce 100 gallons of biodiesel and 10 gallons of glycerol.
Varies market to market. Supply/vs demand. It gets 1 penny chepear and it disappears in Illinois where they can blend up to 11% and not even tell you. High demand markets (mandated) pay as much as 20 cents more as it is a premium fuel. In the US they may pay an additional dollar for virgin or 50 cents for yellow to offset the blenders credit, it will sell for that much more than diesel to the blender as they'll get a "rebate". In PA the state just added 75 more cents on a state level producer subsidy as have many others. Texas offers an excise tax exemption that can add another 20 cents at the rack. You can gross almost 2 dollars more than diesel as a producer/blender/distributor if you play em all. In Barbados, who knows? Some ship their biodiesel here, blend diesel, grab the subsidy, and dash it off to europe where they undercut the locals, splash and dash. Handel will probably get 10 cents less than diesel and no subsidy.
Follows diesel, 5 bucks a gallon?, maybe more there, 30k/mos, 360k/yr. Less methanol, chemicals, utilities, GSA, etc.
It's good for AMHD, good for Handel/Barbados, may lure in some newbies. It's 20k (one weeks spoils?) investment for an ebay style processor that will actually produce something other than dreams and hopes which is a first. The numbers are very thin at that scale with yellow grease. The risk of bad fuel and liability is high. Not typically a profittable model, most have gone under doing small scale stuff. They'll need a much larger investment for storage and handling. Forklifting barrels gets old and dangerous quick. QC will be critical. Putting homemade fuel in your 50,000 dollar engine takes guts.
Women on diets start following you around too.
We were contracted to build a 2 MMGPY system in NH. When that site was scrapped they started looking for a new home for it, the scope became a moving target.
Put the cart before the horse? If I build a motor control cabinet designed for 480V 3 Phase and the site doesn't have it, or I use electric for the heat and the service can't handle it, or we use a water wash and don't have a discharge permit, etc. With the 25k I needed those questions answered plus an agreement to pay for them before I could finish it.
The changes needed to be covered too to make me whole. If they had financing I would have known, they would have sent the 25k, had me finish it and they would have PR'd it to death. It was hard to finish without a home, feedstock type, heat/power source, waterless/not, glycerin gasification/not, etc.
It's stupid in a way I do realize. If I don't answer these questions or accusations I look guilty. I have nothing to hide and have done nothing wrong other than get involved in the first place. I'm irish, proud, right, and feel a need to defend my honor, dangerous combo. At the same time guys like Aziz need to be taken on. They rob the legitimate players from investment and make our whole industry look bad. If someone decides there is a better play than AMHD after stopping here all the better. I do feel bad for some of the shareholders and regret we're on opposing sides of this.
People that pretend to be your friend and then stab you in the back usually have a lot of badluck, might be kharma I'm not sure. I was wishing you good luck for that reason.
First I knew TMS definitely had the last 25k and didn't send it was here. Allen once said he thought it was on it's way to them and asked for an updated Gantt chart on delivery assuming I got it. Shortly after they asked for new site specific quotes, several times. Allen said they were trying to get it all financed with their fees, tank storage, freight, install, etc. They wanted a destination before they moved forward and their skin was probably their top priority. Call Mike, ask him.
They are strategizing to get their 100k, I understand but it's confusing, I'll try to explain. TMS and I still work together and have many different deals going. They want one of those to bail out the AMHD problem, it's the logical solution. They should have sent the 25k and didn't as they were protecting their interest and mine as the change orders, site specific stuff all also needed to be covered. They didn't want it moving forward until it was, hence the 5 different site specific proposals they were trying to get financed including their fees. They now have other projects they want to use the processor on and want me to sell it on those or elsehwere, refund the 312 (maybe less 25%) to them, they take their 100k in overdue fees, refund the rest to Aziz. It's the smoothest, fairest, expedient solution. Aziz short circuited it or tried. TMS and I are both very close to closing new deals on it as we mitigate our damages. They and I expect this to go away that way. I'm safe either way as push comes to shove, they can't show ever stating to me that they were not happy with progress or were holding money because of it. Aziz would then need to sue them. If Aziz pushes the lawsuit we'll push for discovery that hangs him plus a countersuit. My lawyer said it could take 4 years though. Meanwhile we hope to have a new home for it and the funds to make a settlement offer that includes me launching a PR to set the record straight. Time will show. I also have 20 emails from them that backs me up.
If the ice has a chance to melt, yes.
OA, thx, hope you're back soon. Gravity, Darwin, or the free market will bring him back to earth. I hope he has his wheels down.
Everyone Aziz recruits is betting on the come and has little else to hope for. They eventually meet up with reality and go on their way, nothing new here.
We do. Biodiesel is booming. It's growing exponentially. The train left the station. I suggest you try a different railroad.
Don't look for an Amelot booth at the bio show, they've never had one.
It will be posted by the court, soon I imagine, they've had it a week.
That's funny, I'm on year ten with double digit growth and 10's of millions in back orders. Your on Ihub with a 2 cent stock hoping for a miracle.
Depends on which version I built. The contract was for a 2 mGPY in NH, no container, no 6 mgpy, no waterless polishing, glycerol genset, etc. What was being built was much larger, more complex, more money. Aziz had to square up on the change orders too, as well as site specific stuff.
Flyboy...good luck, you'll need it.
Turning Mill was given the money I guess and didn't want to send it till their 100k was covered. It was being figured in on the new sites/biz plans. They were nervous Aziz would have a processor and still owe them 100k. That's my understanding. Call them and ask. They never, repeat never, once questioned our progress or stated they were witholding payment because of it. As stated progress was a non issue as I had a detailed listing of all the parts in stock.
They are owed over 100k by Aziz.
You obviously don't understand trademark law. There are probably 10 different uses of SmartTank including tank gauges, water heaters, grain silos, etc. Out atty researched this many many years ago and assured me we were not violating any trademarks and we've never received a complaint. Please feel free to spend your weekend grasping at straws, I'll be sipping one.
The market for biofuel processing is flooded with all types. It started in Germany with Lurgi, Energea, (and BDI). Both charge about dollar a gallon annual processing capacity and are usually booked years in advance, 1 MMGPY is 1 Million dollars, they build 12-15-30MM GPY plants. Others have gone as low as .50. One came out at .18 and never delivered a few years back. Nextgen and Greenline are in that .50 range last I looked. Cost is only 6-8 cents (soy) and I expect the market price to come down. Operating costs are the critical numbers. There is a low end marketplace as well. The plastic tank Ebay guys have gone way low but aren't considered by most as operating costs, maintenance, safety, code compliance, are not even close to good. I remember when D1 stated they were going to build modular refineries in Africa for jatropha back in 2003. I saw this as the savior for continent. I wanted to be their supplier and started working on this. At that time biodiesel production capacity in the US ranged from 12-30 MM GPY depending on if Lakeland (18 MMGPY) was running. 60 people attended the national biodiesel show in Palm Springs. Plant capacity is now pushing a billion gpy and 5000? people attend the show.
