Varies market to market. Supply/vs demand. It gets 1 penny chepear and it disappears in Illinois where they can blend up to 11% and not even tell you. High demand markets (mandated) pay as much as 20 cents more as it is a premium fuel. In the US they may pay an additional dollar for virgin or 50 cents for yellow to offset the blenders credit, it will sell for that much more than diesel to the blender as they'll get a "rebate". In PA the state just added 75 more cents on a state level producer subsidy as have many others. Texas offers an excise tax exemption that can add another 20 cents at the rack. You can gross almost 2 dollars more than diesel as a producer/blender/distributor if you play em all. In Barbados, who knows? Some ship their biodiesel here, blend diesel, grab the subsidy, and dash it off to europe where they undercut the locals, splash and dash. Handel will probably get 10 cents less than diesel and no subsidy.
