IC Places Lands First National Sponsorship Agreement: Pit Bull Becomes the Official Energy Drink of IC Places Websites and Video Programs
LOS ANGELES, CA, Oct 14, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- IC Places Inc. (OTCQB: ICPA), enjoying explosive viewership growth of its video properties and websites, has begun to secure major national advertising partners. IC Places announced today that Pit Bull Energy Drink has become the official energy drink for the company's websites and video programs.
Under the agreement, beginning November 1st, Pit Bull's commercials will run in rotation between the website's video programs. Pit Bull banners will run on the site's city home pages as well as in its Music and Concert sections. Pit Bull will also be seen via product placement during various IC Places shows including the popular Instant Movie Review and 1st Look from the Red Carpet.
IC Places' charter sponsorship agreement with Pit Bull was brokered by the company's newly formed media sales division.

Pit Bull can be found nationally in many locations including Bashas' in Arizona, K-Mart, Rite Aid, 7-Eleven, McLane and Walgreens.
Pit Bull Energy Drink, "Guaranteed No Aftertaste," is the energy drink of choice for our US Troops and its six delicious flavors -- Original, Blueberry-Pomegranate, Original Sugar Free, Blueberry-Pomegranate Sugar Free, Cherry-Lime and Cranberry-Pink Grapefruit -- are readily available at military bases in Iraq, Afghanistan and Kuwait.

Great, I think I understand it. Thanks UPB.
Gotcha...thanks Jimmybob.
So you never actually own the shares you are buying the calls for?
LOL, doesn't happen very often??
How often are y'all getting assigned? I'm looking at getting into options, but not knowing when you are going to be assigned is worrisome IMO. Any way to avoid it?
I like how NITE has been sitting at .011 most of the morning. Not many shares left under .01 IMO.
.005's about done...
Keep whacking the .005's. I need to avg down soon anyway. Like I said, .005's NOT showing true size...
1st whack on the bid huh?
To the fool who whacked, thanks. It makes people looking for a bounce more prone to look at ICPA.
If a MM is showing on the L2, they are making a market for it. Secondly, all market makers don't show their true size on the bid. You should know this stuff...
When you get the float number, let me know.
L2 looks thin..
When are the restricted shares available to be sold?
Agree. Common sense should tell someone that even if the full O/S is tradeable, 33 million isn't alot..
Don't care about the O/S increasing, you do. I care about the float and the float only.
When will they be added to the float?
And like I said, EPS doesn't matter in the penny market.
I'll 'tell' folks whatever I want to tell them. Anybody can say that increasing the O/S is dilution, but I really don't think penny players give a flip if 20 million shares are added to the float one to five years from now. And for the record, I didn't say it wasn't dilution, I said it doesn't matter, because it doesn't.
You're wrong and I'll leave it at that.
No, it doesn't. All of that EPS BS doesn't apply to penny stocks because the market doesn't value them for what they are worth to begin with. Almost none trade above a penny if that was the case. Most aren't long term holds, so why would you worry about anything except the float being manageable?
Unless the shares are in the float, it doesn't matter.
I sent him ONE email.
Still haven't heard anything. Hopefully he emails me back...
Agree, wish I could grab some more but I'm tapped right now. I sent an email to Mr. Sambliss asking about the share structure and a few other things. Will let y'all know if I hear something...
Nope...just telling him what he wants to hear. if I had said yeah, he wouldn't believe me LOL.
ICPA Chairman Steve Samblis' interview with Morgan Freeman

Stock is seriously undervalued @ .0085.
Benn telling people ICPA's bottom is in. All it takes it is one day with consistent volume at the ask and we're back to .03-.05 in no time. Possibly higher...
Yeah, I just thought there was a different one used to contact Samblis directly.
Thanks man
What's Mr. Sambliss' email?
GACFQ ready to bounce off .002 IMO
GACFQ bottom appears to be .002
