Ive done much worse. Borrowed on the cards and lost all. Don't even have worthless pinkies to show for my debt.
So 10 bucks maybe total for a Hxxxr Hell?
Note: In reply to deleted message that read: "Not a Hxxxxr shell" Meaning such is valued less than a sea shell!!!
So there is reason to believe that the 32 million O/S is not quite accurate? Might be interesting to know how many share holders there are too. My guess is not many over 100 if that, or maybe like 8?. Yeah Im one of them.
Hopefully there IS more to say. Nice thing about being so low in price is that we have not been affected by the blood bath now taking place on Wall Street. Course Im not wetting myself with the price at .025 on just 34K shares changing hands.
$160K NOT CORRECT Mr. Anon. You are forgetting the 20 million preferred shares that are not publicly traded, but are privately held. So even if they were valued at .02 which they are not, you would have to add $400,000.00. Yes?
So I'll just use my kids college fund then and not my IRA
McDonald Douglas? I'd say Ronald McDonald!
I disagree. The Wright brothers made something before they decided to build airplanes. Prior to building airplanes they studied meticulously even observing the way birds fly to grasp the basics of flight dynamics thereby giving birth to the same principles of aerodynamics and engineering that we use today in designing aircraft.
In contrast, this company has a model airplane copied from a not so successful aircraft they stopped making over 20 years ago because it didn't sell enough to make money. Not only that, but the new "Integrity" design is nothing more than a "tarbaby" that any pilot who is not an expert and flying under ideal conditions with the weight of the passengers and luggage balanced just perfectly will crap his pants the first time he tries to land the thing in even the slightest of cross winds.
Now, correct me if I'm wrong but if the main market for this "mankiller" is puddle jumping. I would expect a bit of crosswinds upon take off and landing. I think a fair comparison is more like the three stooges than the Wright brothers. What do YOU think?
Thanks for the tip Eddie
Maybe when the model crashes and burns?
Think I should sell that POS TSXT I own to buy UHCR?
Anyone have a fork?
Think this stock will be a penny by this Friday?
I think we get the picture. Thanks for your reply. SO, I guess our answer is that at the very best if the company gets a great test pilot there is a chance the plane might get certified since it can fly. There is no fix for the design flaws except to go back to the old three engine design which is what the trislander was to begin with. It doesn't matter if you put a turboprop or piston engine prop in the tail, the aircraft will have the same problems.
That said, if they did put the thing into production and start shipping them, they would start dropping out the sky like skeeters after a fogging and the lawsuits if not the bad PR would put the company out of biz the same as if a ditsy blond female accountant somehow became the CEO of a pharmaceutical company and tried to sell an illegal hangover med by spending tens of millions of dollars the company didn't have to pump it. Does that about sum it up?
We're in a STEEP DIVE, PULL UP, PULL UP!!
Just .020 BID and .023 ASK at 2:20PM
Got Volume Today, and Price Movement
Hang on She's gonna fly now!
Better load up and enjoy the ride.
Oh and remember to return your seats to their full upright position and buckle up cause there might be some turbulance in which case we won't clear the wind tunnel!
Check out Krisspcritter's Job/Title from his profile:
Northrup Grumman Wind Tunnel Div. Exp. Apps. Pt. mugu Naval Base
Should be bail now or later? If he's for real and I believe he is then this bird will never fly!
Let me take a SWAG. You work for BN or have in the past. You like me think these guys will be able to attract some investors hence your investment. Do you think if they get enough capital they will build a prototype before they realize that it is a "tarbaby"?
I know they claim many letters of interest and even intent to buy this thing if it is ever built and certified. Is it so poor a design that it could never be certified?
Krissp, Been waiting for your return
You sound like you know what you are talking about. Is there no way to overcome the design problems? Do you know more about the kits than what you have read here? I know little about such things as rotational torque but it does seem odd that in all of aviation history nobody else has come up with this great idea for a single tail mounted turboprop.
Also, I thought the entire kit would be aluminum. Isn't carbon fiber a more expensive construction material used in higher performance aircraft like jet fighters or am I thinking of carbon carbon (RCC)?
Ten+ shells of airplanes and one shell of a company
Ya Know Meat, you are the antithesis of Sony in this discussion. To be fair, If you are saying that this is a rehash of an old con, you must provide some evidence that anyone was conned. I don't think you can do that.
Yes the idea for this plane has been around for over 8 years and perhaps much longer. BN ceased production in 1984 and from what I have pieced together they may have done so abruptly.
Why else would they have made so many extra "kits"? Why did they cease production? If you look at the company's history, you see they have changed hands several times and were in receivership twice just in the 70's.
So, I think it is fair to believe that the kits have been around since 1984 which would make them 23 years old. Do we know what all a "Kit" consists of? I know for sure it does not include the engine which is probably the most expensive component of the aircraft. The BN never used the intended engine of the Integrity design so why would they have it?
Also, the kits were to make the trilander. The intergrity requires substantial modifications to the Trilander "kit".
Sony says this partner guy owns 12 kits. Van Dyke has told people that he owns 10 kits and never mentioned a partner. So if he does have a partner do they have 22 kits? Van Dyke told Chuck441 and others that he had parts to build 10 planes. Perhaps he has parts of 10 planes but not ALL the parts. Probably not many, but the airframes most likely. Why is SONY giving us information nobody else has?
The old story from '99 does tell us this idea has been around for awhile but there is no indication of any CON so I wouldn't say that without due cause. Will it ever get built? Ever be certified? Is it a "TARBABY or "MANKILLER?, who knows?
What I question is that if this "unique" design for a single tail mounted turboprop is all that they claim, why in all of aviation history has one not been built?
Perhaps as some here have claimed there is some inherent design flaw that makes it not feasible. Only time will tell. But we know they didn't decide to take the company public just to share their wealth if the thing is a great success. They need to raise capital and will do so by selling shares.
I was replying to your post saying that there were 4MM shares offered at .025. Thats a lot even at the price levels its been trading at and could be the reason that there has been no or very little volume for several days. The $100k would be the value of the 4MM at .025.
Who owns this stock, ghosts?
Yup, and nobody will sell either. A real Mexican standoff!
Why isn't this stock trading at all?
Anyone have any ideas? Seems like it should be trading a least tens of thousands of shares a day but nada.
I listened to it an think it is probably a good buy at the level it is trading at. It is cheaper then many other stocks like the paper airplane company TSXT that Im in and especially cheap when you figure that they have a going concern with real revenues already in place.
And you were expecting them to say?
Paper Airplane? Hope the No-Smoking sign stays lit!

Why,is HE an Aeronautical Engineer?
Besides how is his word any type of DD?
GET OUT OF THE PLANE! .03 ASK thanks to ME. ANY TAKERS?
TAR BABY? Is that a aeronautical term?
Yes, they have issued press releases to that effect. Might be IAHL if they can get it. They have gone from being a drug company to an aircraft manufacturer if you can believe that!
Yeah, thats why I bought some if it. Barely trading now. Im expecting some news with the new symbol they have promised to get this bird rolling on down the runway.
Houston we have a problem! Unload all the fat asses and toss half the luggage.
Why? Still looking at it?
Ain't been nice yet!
I doubt he could but regardless DD demands some
independent research. If experts in the field say they
have serious doubts about the viability of this
aircraft then I would have to disregard any claims
made by the people behind it. At least until and
unless it is proven otherwise by successful flight
tests and more importantly certification of the
aircraft.
Does the change to a turboprop like the integrity make the problem any lessor or greator?
So the problem with the rotational torque is unique to rear engine aircraft like the Integrity? Or is that a problem with front mounted single engine aircraft also? Where can I go to read up on this?
Sounds like they will need a lot more bar napkins then
I know that you know a bit more about aviation than
most of us that own stock in this "aircraft
manufacturer". What do you make of the claims of
Krisspycritter? Anyway to get an aircraft designer or
engineer to verify his claims ?
Technical: the center rotational torque of the
propeller thrust will push the ass-end of the plane in
the direction of the propeller rotation. plane will
have to compensate with with opposite trim control
rendering a crabbing effect (or slip) making the
overall stability a "pantload" and an overall
nightmare of instability especially at stall speeds in
crosswinds while landing and taking off.
