this company is in serious need of stellar marketing and PR help. I felt Joe would provide a significant amount of direction in that regard. Misguided thinking to date on my part as it would appear.

this could be a huge concern when this begins to run unless the buying is so swift and frenetic that it swamps the selling. When Vois begins climbing in to "pennies"... most everyone becomes a flipper (just a little longer term), taking profits as it rises and holding a core for the mother lode. if memory serves me correctly, a recent email response from Casey to a board member noted that most all of the major tech companies, the top ten gaming companies and I believe a couple of medical entities have shown interest and contacted MS about the new earpiece and their progress with the beta testing. That being true and with the new video having been released (critique it as you will), it's difficult if not almost impossible for me to believe that at least 1 or more of them are not aware of what MS will be able to achieve in this space if left to their own devices going forward and are performing full DD work on the company business...looking for skeletons (all of the things Joe has been working on to get MS gussied up, squeaky clean and ready for the prom).
Not saying who or when, but as I and many here have reiterated numerous times...."someone want's to be FIRST to own this company" (their advanced skills). All they have to do is pass Joe's litmus test of credibility and then prove HOW BADLY they want it $$$. That company IS out there..... somewhere. All in due time!

video issues aside....the declaration of now moving in to the tooling, manufacturing, marketing and distribution phases comes to the forefront. All well and good but where is the money coming from? Transparency of emails from Casey and PRs on beta completion and video release has given everyone a warm fuzzy every-so-often, but this one hits home. Next PR needs to give us at least the view from 30,000ft of what going to drive the next 8-12 weeks or there won't be much happening in the next 8-12 weeks. Transparency may hit the wall soon (with me anyway) if this is not conveyed to the shareholders in the next PR. Don't tell me you're setting sail for a round the would trip and only have a half a tank of gas on board. (not when I own a significant piece of the boat).

If you hate the company, the product, but love the tech, then move on to something that can perform up to your expectations. We have a 5 year lead in this space. We have greenhorns running the company that should be spanked for some of the things they have done in the past past let alone this weeks past (but some of them may have been justified to arrive where t we are today). How many real people die in wars so others will survive). Don't care really if you get on board or not but I believe it would be in your best interest to do so. The money can be overcome if you have "THE GOODS", Joe might be another personal financial source. It's almost like they don't know how to go about it or don't care because a buyout is in progress and the pps means very little. If there are no suitors at this point I can't believe Joe is watching all of this from the sidelines and not saying "this ain't gonna sell for shit guys unless we make them want it"...and I'm the guy that's got to sell it for top dollar. For me...either Joe has a deal in the works, or production and marketing is now in startup but paid for by whom ?? being the huge question, or Joe is a being used as a puppet for a nice little payday when (and I don't want to say it) this whole (potential) house of cards finally blows up.
