It must be tuff to be a short!
I predict the action will be similar to yesterday. Nice spike and then a fall back to opening levels.
NNVC: $500
Much ado being made about essentially nothing - again.
I mean, c'mon. Can't we hold off on the laughing-all-the-way-to-the-bank exclamations until the SP can hold for more than an hour or two?
** yawn ** A typical Monday at NNVC. Spike, to-da-moon-predictions, followed by a crash.
It's back to 1.14 and your all cheering?

Tox start?
Merscide testing start?

If the building is not heated, you bring in portable, temporary heating sources. The cost of these heaters would be far less than:
a) having to break out and re-pour the slab(s)
b) the cost of delays due to waiting for warm weather
They should not have taken the risk of a defective pour if they did not have the absolute means to ensure the proper and adequate environment for the pour.
What if the 5 day forecast shows good weather, but the cure time ahead of sealing the slab is 10 days or more? Should the work be delayed months until there is no threat of inclement weather that might freeze the slab, expanding the water in the slab, and causing minute fractures that would be overlooked for any other construction purpose?
Sorry still not selling NNVC.
Please Google "concrete BSL-2 labs". They aren't pouring just any old slab. They are pouring a slab for chemical and biological containment. Modern BSL-2 safety even requires a nonporous layer over the slab, usually a layer of epoxy-based paint.
Sorry, still not buying it. Just another excuse/reason/rationalization to delay/stall/extend the timeline ad nauseum.
...but unfortunately weather is actually out of Management's control no matter what some may insinuate.
I'm not saying it's the only one, just saying what are the odds? Pretty high if NNVC is involved. They seem to be constantly plagued with problems.
My turn...this is the only failed cold concrete pour in millions....nice twist.
My turn to call BULLSHIT. There are additives that are used to cure concrete in cold climates. It seems quite odd that of all of the millions of successful concrete pours in cold, inclement weather, THIS one happened to be defective. More excuses.
In an unfinished building, easily, seriously.
The weather destroyed a newly poured concrete floor. It had to be torn out and redone. That consumes a lot of time.
Ah, I see. So, this is a case of "if everybody does it, we'll do it too."
Please, then, do not make the good Drs. out to be so altruistic when they are, apparently, as greedy as any typical CEO, based on your own statement. More concerned with lining their own pockets than maintaining the interests of the shareholders.
I'm not sure that I, in good conscience, would draw such a salary until my company started producing a product/service and earning revenue. But, hey, that's probably one of the many reasons why I'm just a Joe Six Pack Investor and not a highly compensated officer.
of course it does.....every start up has no revenue and management before it generates revenue...the compensation is not extraordinary especially in the biotech arena...there are listed companies showing substantial losses whose CEO's receive comp packages in the millions....
they are completely consistent with the norm for these type of companies
Nothing's in the bag until it is 'in the bag'.
all it requires is the FDA approval
Why would this be expected if there was nothing new to report? Status quo - if it had been reported in a PR - would have been met with derision as being pointless fluff.
TOX results or TOX initiation will be reported when there is news to report.
Perhaps an expectation of mention of Tox in any PR...
I wonder if at that point will they reverse split it again to keep it from being delisted?
Rawnoc, in your opinion, from what organizations would legitimate awards/recognition derive?
Highly subjective statements.
I wish I had six years ago.
10 - 15 years for a MAJOR drug such as ours is par for the course.
Am I sensing a little sarcasm?
Wait-OK, Let's point out a positive; 'They' are great 'providers' to themselves and their families.

I'm not going to bother to reply with a list of positives. It's easy to find them if you care to do it.
Ouch, Baby. Very ouch.
Ah yes, the typical Monday morning spike in response to a PR or anticipation of a PR, followed by the inevitable crash due to lack of PR or fluff PR.
I'm not a trader. Could you explain why it's so easy for shorts to manipulate the SP, but longs can't?
It's pretty obvious that NNVC shares are being traded back and forth among the shorts to drive the price down. Pitifully little volume.I trust they can afford all the transaction fees.
All of the gains for the week lost in a few hours. Deja vu all over again. And again. And again...
Once the NNVC LAB and Manufacturing plant is complete it could be the most valuable LAB ON EARTH!
Let's hear some news Doc Seymour :>) !!!!!
YIKES LOOK AT THIS!
Have you ever received emails from people whose signatures state, "this email is is intended only for the recipient unless otherwise authorized" or some other such statement of confidentiality? Nearly every professional I know has that in the signature.
I've had no problems selling. Anyone else?
I've had no problems buying. Anyone else?
Unfortunately the "good news" never has a lasting effect on SP.
Q: What's the difference between today's PR-price-spike-price-crash and any other day's PR-price-spike-price-crash?
A: This event normally occurs on a Monday instead of a Wednesday.
