May I kindly ask where you have located any discrepancies in the D Mecatronics preparation of Disclosure?
Thank you for your question Chips. I enjoyed reading your thoughts on Microsoft.
I haven't found any "discrepancies" with DMTN, and am not accusing them of anything. What I've seen is lots of "misleading" due-diligence and missed dates. I don't have the time to list all of them. But here are a couple of the minor examples:
* Going back to the Monday December 17, 9:30 am ET press release, DMTN states: "a definitive agreement with LesKo may be reached by January 31, 2008". That date never transpired, not even close since we are in June with no news. HOWEVER, having said that, the PR also did say "Subject to the satisfaction of customary due diligence" which means the actual date is driven by that event. So no errors or promises there, but adding a date to the PR was misleading to investors who purchased and are now holding a $0.01 stock.
* On June 2, 2008, DMTN and Attroney Pritchett sent out a PR (accepted by Pink Sheets) claiming "Transperancy" and "All Information Current". Pink Sheets and DMTN's website listed them as a Delware Corporation, when in fact DMTN had a "Void" status at the time with the State of Delaware. This was mysteriously corrected on June 26th. maybe after some Investors complained. But going back to the June 2nd press release.. did they truly bother to ensure that all the information was current at the time? IMO, no.
Just a couple points. Sorry I'm not one to post often, this stuff gives me a headache. :)
