Your exactly right. The company must keep the investors informed. If that is done and we all know what is happening most problems would be taken care before they become a problem and a CEO with experienc should know that.

Really does anyone know the relationship between Global and International. Who owns what. Seems like all old plans and promises have disapeared. I have alot invested in xlpi and if they are seperating again what are they going to do about about the mess its going to make out of both companies. If Bill plans on taking XLPI back by himself we all know what will happen. He has already milked the whole situation till it is dry. He has walked away with all the money and left us with what?
