MMs don't make their money by buying and selling shares that reflect corporate performance and guidance. They don't know the first thing about the companies they trade. They make money by buying and selling (to eachother) between the spreads of miniscule prices. Retailers have no access to profit between the bid and ask spreads as the pps gets lower and lower. The MMs strategy is to keep the price as low as it will go in order to maintain exclusive control over the bid/ask spread.
Getting closer to triple (zero) threes.
Your answer is half complete: Market MAKERS determine and controll everything as far as pps goes. Even when Garr dilutes, its the MMs that determine the price, who gets to buy and who gets to sell.
At this level of the food chain, it's never about individual retail investers. They have no effect. The MMs control our buying and selling and at what price.
This a tad better than lotto odds. That's why we are in it...to hopefully get blessed with that 5% chance of realizing enough gains, sell out and reinvest in a more stable exchange.
The MMs have assured that the retail suckers will make no money on the supposed merger. I say alot of us will be jumping off this rat infested ship once it hits 0.025 around March and take our loses.
No surprises here, sadly.
On to our next lotto play.
I would imagine the more shares the lower the dividend amount per share. For EXAMPLE. If EFGO has 20 billion shares and 0.01 dividend per share, than if EFGO has 40 billion shares it will go to 0.005 dividend per share. No gain.
I would say it is because it is an empty shell with no paper trail to speak of.
After that spam/scam post, I know it's time to get out.
This post should be sent to everybody who owns pinks and OTC.
I believe that the pinks and OTC boards will be made illegal some day. I sure hope so
BINGO! How much bearing does corporate performance have on pps in the pinks/OTC? Answer: Little correlation. A company could be a POS with a good pps or have good revenues and profits and a pathetic pps. With the MMs blindly buying and selling and keeping the spread to themselves, there is no correlation betwen performance and pps. It's a crap shoot. But still a tad better than lotto.
We do not control anything. The MMs decide at what price we buy and sell "our" shares.
Big deal. This stock is now positioned to where a very "nice jump" can be seen as 33% to 0.03. Still below most peoples' average. Yet another Pink/OTC failure.
I am looking forward to investing in GL and avoiding EFGO/Scamden.
These are the stinky pinkies. We DO know what is going to happen percentage wise: That is that about 95% of pinks are failures and string you along. 5% produce enough of a return either in terms of a huge temporary spike in pps or an actual evolution into more stable exchanges like OTC.
Let's not kid ourselves. The chances of any success is 5%. The best we can say is that those odds are still better than lotto. We are all in this to get as much windfall profit as possible. We want to turn $2,000 into $500,000 ASAP. This can't be done in the more stable exchanges, only the volitile ones. That's why we are here. But the chances are still very small, but better than lotto.
There is no strategy here in the pinks and even OTC. It's driven by MMs buying and selling to eachother without any knowledge of what these stocks or companies are. If we are lucky enough for the MMs to let their guard down and let a pps run, then we are most fortunate.
In your opinion or DD, are GL and Monarc going to be two separate ticker symbols?
by SEC I mean any official government documents
Your post is the post of the year (Jan '07 - Jan '08) Indeed the only two verifyable things are that Cash Now became Esprit Financial and that the stock had been diluted real real bad. Those are the only two main officially documented facts that are on SEC documents. Everything else is semi-verifyable,or unverifyable.
Will GL have a separate ticker symbol from Monarc?
Joe,
what will you consider as being let down? TIA
Given that I understand this, my strategy is to collect the Good Life divy, then sell all shares of Monarc, then buy shares of that Pinksheet shell that Good Life will own. It looks like Monarc and Good Life will go their separate ways. I want a piece of that Good Life shell. Does anyone know when a ticker symbol will be available for that Good Life shell?
That photo is priceless.
Just hoping for a new generation of longs to come along and take this off our hands.
I bought piecemeal over the last 5 days and today. 5M at a time or so.
Play another possible pump just like last Feb. when it went from 0.0002 to 0.002.
No way the MMs are gonna let a small retailer like me get in for 0.0001. It was 0.0002
I am back in at 20,000,000. May the L-rd have mercy on me.
I thought the Chinese woman who heads up Good Life will be the new CEO, not Steen. What happened?
My apologies. Perhaps the same answer applies; afraid of post r/s consequences.
Perhaps one defense is that selling at 0.0001 before the r/s is better than dealing with a post r/s dilution and/or pps tank which always happens.
I don't think they are legally bound to have a fiduciary responsibility to the shareholder.
I say Petrit was Chang getting back at Garr for being such a scum bag.
JB1992, I am sorry for the innocent confusion. I did not even know or read the posts of yours or Brian's. I simply attached my post addressing the EFGO/MM pump of Feb. '07 to your post because it had the word pump in it.
I am not accusing you of pumping. I still am unsure about what you and Brian were posting about.
All the best.
or what non-pump are you refering to?
What pump are you refering to?
0.0002 to 0.002! Ten bagger. The MMs allowed and timed the spike with all the wonderful plans Cash Now has with Forex,Franfurt stock exchange, name change, "shorts running for cover", debt resolution, Jack Chang, the inventor of the ATM coming on board, ATMs,electronic storage cards, Nigeria Check 21, "how high is up" 'if you are not happy, we will buy your shares' owning part of Chinese Pay Pal. Garr interview in Feb. '07 predicting that buy next year he'll have alot more money. (He sure was right about that one. HE does have alot more money.) And on, and on.
Pretty nausiating, huh.
This was a super pump.
Uh, this thing was over in March '07. We were just too knaive to admit it. I say very few of us longs and former longs will make the same mistake again. I sure hope not. We were like the insecure girl friend who will do anything not to believe she is being jilted by her boy friend.
Play the pump guys. Hopefully, next time around WE will be doing the betraying in the relationship.
much like a comatose patient in his last gasps of breath.
Right now, it's all about perception.
Thanks the terrible thing about hope, it makes us invest money in the pinks.
I hope you make millions. All you people deserve it.
I agree with your list y0.
Don't need to remind (you) that in Feb. '07 Cash Now went from 0.0002 to 0.002. As Borat would say; "Very nice." Whoever had a healthy and realistic approach sold at 0.002 (if the MMs allowed you to) or a little less (0.0018). Would be great if the same thing happened again. I think all the current longs would jump at that opportunity and throw all that Good Life potential out the window. Am I right or am I right?
