This is exactly what has happened here on DKAM.
For those that don't understand how it works. Or better yet, would be here 24/7 without owning a single share to make sure everyone knows there is just no way such a thing could happen.
Well, it did and they're busted! :)
(psssst! The bad guys will argue that the loophole was closed in 2004. It was in one respect, but is still wide open in several others)
http://www.kramerlevin.com/files/Publication/b907cff2-5be9-4d5b-a1a4-01a7a9c06c62/Presentation/PublicationAttachment/051f89ce-d0a8-4b2b-80b3-077d64a9d9f3/4163_Memo_SEC_v1.pdf
I'm going to make a recommendation to all longs to do one thing.
Just leave.
Nothing whatsoever we say here has any bearing on DKAM.
We do all their due diligence FOR THEM.
As long as they know the news, and the value of the news, the programs are implemented accordingly.
The one thing they cannot afford to have happen is....
Total silence.
As long as this board is a proxy for the hedges and nakeds, then we are their pawns.
Let 'em have it and say what they want to.
They control the entire game.
What they never counted on is the trading for almost two years would be taped and an SEC Case Number issued.
Ooopsies!
Bye bye :)
No Halcy, he is exactly right. The day there are no pumpers is the day it will pay off. Always the way it is.
Once the hedges in Canada who are working with Mom and Dad parent in Europe get all of retail to toss in the towel, then there is no resistence to the upside. They have all the shares. That's why all this naked shorting of the stock offshore for over two years now. They have no accountability. Use the nakeds to get their actual multi million share short position covered. All it is....is....naked wash sales and mirrors left hand to right hand to wear everyone out....to get out. Yes, it is a multi million share short position held offshore. That way they can skirt reporting it anywhere. And being a hedge, it wouldn't show up anywhere, long, short, or naked.
However, they missed the mark and didn't cover their tracks. Now they are going net long. Watch closely as all of us turn bearish and then suddenly The Fab Four will be our biggest fans.
Then they can run it precipitously to the upside without anybody getting in the way.
It is coming. Just watch.
That could be the biggest stretch I have ever seen! How long did I have to get raked over the coals and held to scrutiny for putting together the pieces? It never ends is my point.
Kid decides how he wants HIS beer labeled, and where his face is, on HIS beer, and you say it doesn't sound anywhere near a done deal?
At what point does American Bad Ass Beer Company, and Bad Ass Beer, and Kid's silhouette on the cap jump from Celebrity named to Celebrity endorsed?
NOWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bad Ass is Kid Rock. Period.
Jump to Bud? WTF????????
This is clearly a sole and feeble attempt to cast whatever doubt you can on this company's biggest introduction to date. If this is the rationale that you come up with, then....
I can't even say it here.
Deeds: Familiar name returns with 'Blazed & Confused'

When Bravo Entertainment co-founder Creston Thornton sold his stake in the company, he envisioned riding off into the sunset with a fresh career as a real-estate developer and investor.
But four years later, Thornton is stage diving back into the concert game with a new company, Creston Thornton Touring. And he's brought Snoop Dogg, Slightly Stoopid and a truckful of vodka with him.
Thornton, 37, who lives in Eagle, is the producer of "Blazed & Confused," which will visit the Idaho Center Amphitheater on July 19. The tour, sponsored by Oliphant vodka, will visit 20 outdoor venues in 30 days.
Thornton's real-estate development company, Foothill Knights, is still operating. But he admits that building houses moves a bit slower than the concert business, which is one of the reasons he's returned.
"It's hard to take a gambler away from a table," Thornton explains, before joking. "I'm a sucker for abuse and pain!"
Thornton helped transform Bravo into a national concert-promoting force in the late 1990s and early 2000s. In his final year with Bravo, he booked more than 400 shows in 19 states.
But Thornton makes one thing clear: He currently isn't a promoter. He's the producer of "Blazed & Confused." He signed a non-compete agreement when he exited Bravo, which eventually was sold to Knitting Factory Entertainment.
Thornton sounds energized and enthused when he talks about organizing "Blazed & Confused" then selling it off to promoters in each city.
"It's a different way of doing things," he says. "I'm used to putting all the risk on my own shoulders."
Thornton hatched the idea for "Blazed & Confused" last year while lounging by a pool in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, with the two frontmen of rock band Slightly Stoopid and their manager. Thornton first dipped his toe back into the concert business by producing a 12-date Canadian tour with 311 and Slightly Stoopid in 2008.
"Blazed & Confused" is like a Warped Tour for adults, Thornton says, and it's built around Slightly Stoopid, which quietly has grown into an outdoor concert force. The band sold out Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado last summer. So Snoop Dogg, Stephen Marley and Mickey Avalon were added to the bill. Up-and-coming brand Oliphant vodka was brought in as sponsor.
Then Thornton had the idea to build a side-stage swimming pool and tiki bar at each concert. At his Web site, cttconcerts.com, fans are submitting photos and receiving votes to win VIP passes to the pool and be VIP bartenders. Sipping free vodka in a pool while Snoop rhymes nearby about "Gin & Juice"? Nice.
A kick-off party is being held in six cities. China Blue will host Boise's bash with Dirt Nasty and Beardo on Friday, June 19 ($10, China Blue or TicketWeb.)
Having watched Thornton and his older brother, Paul, supercharge the Treasure Valley's concert scene more than a decade ago, it kind of feels like deja vu. Paul Thornton recently co-founded a new promoting company, Silvertag Live, which booked the Sept. 25 Killers concert at Qwest Arena.
Creston Thornton's non-compete agreement expires at the end of 2009, which means each brother could be promoting Boise concerts next year.
Thornton won't commit to that É yet.
"I think Knitting Factory is bringing some good shows in," he says, "and my brother's here in town bringing some good shows in. Boise's only so big."
For now, producing "Blazed & Confused" is his focus. If it's a success - and it's selling well, he says - we may see a similar Slightly Stoopid-led festival tour for years to come.
"I wanted to really get back involved and make something cool," Thornton says. "And I think this tour is one of the coolest things out there."

So this jives with the Redneck Beer trademark we saw that is now gone. And it's fine that Kid himself is not on the label. The name of the beer alone will sell nicely. Plus the ads will be over the top and have everyone talking.
Comments from Jamie Owens about KR Beer, Bad Ass Beer Girl
(Her picture is below. Do not comment here as she doesn't visit this forum)
OK everyone, since I'm the topic of this discussion, I will go ahead and put my 2 cents in. Here's the scoop: For those of you that don't know me, I have been very close friends with "Kid" for almost 6 years. I talk to him about twice a week. (Today actually) I have 10 years of experience in beer/liquor sales/promotions, a business degree, and a very strong desire to be successful at whatever I choose to invest my time into.
I've read over the Bad Ass Business plan. No, there is not a picture of anyone on the bottles. Bob would think that it's stupid to put anyone on there. (He might like the anniversary idea tho) The bottles have red stickers on them. At first, he was actually going to call it Redneck Beer (red label..duh?) but decided the market would not be accepting of that name and realized people would relate Bad Ass to Kid Rock more easily.
Being that he is one of my Bestest Friends, I asked, after reading the BP, that I could be the spokes model and promotional director of the company. He at fist laughed, but soon warmed up to the idea. I asked him again, and told him that I would fit the company and and product, being that I have tons of experience, a degree in Business, and I'm a Bad Ass in general... LOL ...This is his exact response: "Maybe... I know yer tha bomb, Babe!!" So I then told him that if he hired me, I would have to stop calling him by the nickname I gave him (which is Muffin) because he hates it, yet still it makes him laugh. So, he invited me over to his house on Memorial Day, where I met some of his Marketing Executives. I believe it went well, but I still haven't signed any papers, or been given a straight answer. Basically, I'm waiting for him to make up his mind.
He wants to put a sillohette of his face on the cap of the bottles, and I believe using an attractive woman on posters, commercials ect would be beneficial, being that men are visual creatures, and that would help get their attention and they would be most likely to hang the posters if there's a girl on them. I would also do promotions at local bars/clubs, as I do with other companies at the moment. And also make appearances with him to raise awareness of the new product.
So, there you have it. If anyone would like to write a letter, or just comment on here, I will see that he reads them. Please stay within the subject matter. It would help if he were to see the point of view of some fans and YOU awesome super fans! I appreciate all feedback. Feel free to browse thru my page in case you don't believe anything I just wrote.
Yes, it was submitted to him and he absolutely loves it!
He wants it for the Super Bowl and will gladly put up the $$$$.
This is the way it was submitted and he wants it out for the big show!
Who needs Drinkability when you can get "the softer side of Kid?" lol
I had another idea. I love his play on mocking Bud with the horses breaking free from hauling Bud around in a team with a beer carriage. You know..."F*ck your beer and the horse it rode in on?"
Anyway, the most famous beer ad was the Bud Clydesdale Horses. And in particular, you know the one where the horses are playing football and kicking a game winning field goal in the snow? Two cowboys off to the side and one says, "Do they always do that?" And the other guy says, "Nope. They usually go for 2."
Well, imagine the same set up with the horses lining up for a field goal. The camera zooms in to one horse kicking the ball and suddenly the camera pans out as the ball screams into Kid's outstretched right hand like velcro. In his left hand is a Bad Ass Beer. Behind him are several hundred regular American people. All in work clothes, hard hats, one on a motorcycle. He takes a swig, drops the ball, wipes his lips with his wrist and says....
"You're blocked. Game over."
The crowd behind him goes nuts cheering as the camera pans out.
I guess if you put people to work in this economy, put out a beer for the masses that is appealing and great tasting, and then mocked Bud, Corona, and St. Pauli in all your ads, that would qualify. Of course, lining up all the Bud Clydesdales for a game winning field goal as their best ad in history and then having Kid step in with one hand to block the kick and say, "You're blocked. Game over." And have thousands of hard working Americans sccreaming in the background....then....
That might qualify as unusual.
But please don't discolor it by putting it on Conan. That is worse than most any TV available anywhere.
Damiana (Turnera diffusa)
Parts used and where grown: The leaves of damiana were originally used as medicine by the indigenous cultures of Central America, particularly Mexico. Today the plant is found in hot, humid, climates including parts of Texas.
In what conditions might damiana be supportive?
depression impotence (male infertility) sexual hormonal problems
energy tonic stimulates muscular contractions the intestinal tract bring oxygen to the genital area.
Historical or traditional use: Damiana has been hailed as an aphrodisiac since ancient times, particularly by the native peoples of Mexico.1 Other folk uses have included asthma, bronchitis, neurosis, and various sexual disorders.2 It has also been promoted as a euphoria-inducing substance at various times.
Scientific Support
It is important to note that only one scientific study exists in the literature that directly examines any physiological functions or effects of damiana. The essential oil from damiana leaves contains small fragrant substances known as terpenes. A small body of research exists which associates terpenes with several other substances comprising the sexual communication chemicals known as pheromones. Out of four studies mentioning terpenes in relation to sexual behavior, three involve insect mating behavior, while one study found that male white-tailed deer produce terpene-containing pheromones in greater amounts during the breeding season (not exactly compelling “love potion” evidence unless you’re a deer or a bug). Furthermore, damiana leaves also contain alkaloids that have been associated with insect pheromones in a variety of studies. Despite this possible link, scientific studies have not been conducted to associate any causative effect of damiana with regards to pheromone production in humans
Perhaps the most viable scientific evidence for the age-old use of damiana as an aphrodisiac involves a single recent study demonstrating that damiana extract binds to the progesterone receptor in human breast cancer cells. Despite the fact that oregano extract was found to bind tightly as well, the ability of damiana extract to affect progesterone detection may explain claims that damiana supplementation can increase libido (importantly, many progesterone-binding extracts can have either a neutral or antagonistic effect instead of an agonistic effect). A variety of scientific studies associate progesterone deficiency, particularly in post-menopausal women, to decreased libido. Thus, if the binding of damiana extract to progesterone receptors indeed mimics the action of progesterone, damiana could theoretically lead to increased libido in women with a progesterone deficiency. Furthermore, because progesterone is one of the major hormones involved in the female reproductive cycle, by the above rationale, one may infer that by possibly affecting progesterone detection, damiana extract could ease the cyclical depression and anxiety often associated with the menstrual cycle.
Because of the changes in hormone levels throughout a women's lifetime, women may experience a variety of symptoms such as: P.M.S, menstrual irregularities, weight gain or loss, anxiety, menopause, and/or the lack of desire or energy for sex. Herbal remedies for treating various problems associated with the female reproductive organs have been used for centuries. Yohimbe bark, Licorice root, Damiana, Saw palmetto, Siberian ginseng, Histidine, Vitamin B-6, and Niacin have worked for years in treating female hormonal needs.
Additional Information: Damiana's reputation as an aphrodisiac is mainly due to its compounded effect in the listed systems: astringing in the urinary tract, acting on the nervous system, and clearing toxins through the genito-urinary system. Damiana is an excellent assisting herb in formulas designed as aphrodisiacs, as mild stimulants, to increase energy or to reduce respiratory irritation.
Active constituents: Most research has been done on the essential oil of damiana, which includes numerous small, fragrant substances called terpenes. As yet, it is unclear if the essential oil is truly the main active fraction of damiana. The leaves also contain the antimicrobial substance arbutin, alkaloids, and other potentially important compounds.3
How much should I take? To make a tea, add 250 ml (1 cup) boiling water to 1 gram of dried leaves; allow to steep ten to fifteen minutes. Drink three cups per day. To use in tincture form, take 2-3 ml three times per day. Tablets or capsules may also be used in the amount of 400–800 mg three times per day. Damiana is not usually used alone; it is believed to be more effective when combined with other herbs of similar or complementary activity.
Are there any side effects or interactions? Higher doses of damiana may induce a mild sense of euphoria. The leaves have a minor laxative effect, which is more pronounced at higher intakes, and may cause loosening of stools.4

Looks like Obama camp must be up to some good things for a change; especially with this new Mary Schapiro in charge. I got contacted about a recent trade in DKAM to make sure I placed it and to verify various information about the trade, etc, etc. Only a matter of time now I suppose. Just thought I'd make folks aware that it is legit when you are also.

Still don't get it. Never will. When I met PK for the first time, we reminisced about that beautiful run from $.35 to $3.58. He told me about the Perfect Storm scenario that occurred. In short, there was a hedge fund that was short about 3 million shares, mostly from the hangover from Blank Check to DKAM. Another hedge fund showed up to make the stock run on the Trump release. The first one got squeezed pretty hard. The one thing you will never get is that HEDGE FUNDS never have to report their positions, nor their short positions, nor are any of THEIR shares ever included in reported short positions for any company. True to that end, there was around 100K shares short during that run up that were reported. How does he know? Ahhh! That's the caveat. :)
The same is true now. Funny, I see the forecast is calling for a strong Noreaster about to blow in.
I called Bobby Mason when that 100K number came out the day it appeared in the LSJ. He was questioned about Kid Rock Beer sales IN MICHIGAN on the heels of the interviews coming after the State of Michigan Tax Incentives. He responded by what he thought beer sales would be IN MICHIGAN. The article did not separate that fact.
I mean think about it. Hiring 161 employees to produce 100K cases of beer? That is ridiculous. The math has been done and that comes out to $38 a case just to produce it. Not hardly!
The figure then goes out to at least 5 million cases nationwide....give or take.
Call PK if you wish. I can guarantee you the pre sales of the beer dwarf that number. And the distributors who are confirming it have no reason to lie. They are not shareholders nor are they non shareholders looking to protect the world from making money on DKAM>
And IMO by perpetrating that you have saved all these losses and attach it to the bank financing for results going forward, then it becomes apparent that others could miss out on those same millions in profits to be made when the company doesn't need to utilize the financing because they have a steady monthly flow of $$monies coming in from resumption of distribution including the contract in Israel. This will only be broadened greatly in the coming days by the Kid Rock release.
Wow! And that just solidifies how the day has gone.
Hello? Anybody home? There isn't a single person on the planet that has made an impact on a company's sales or profits....or anything from doing due diligence.
Thanks for jumping up to single me out though. I appreciate that.
I should never have to defend myself. iHub is a place for exchanging information and opinions. If I have to defend myself, then that would be at the hands of personal attacks, which of course, are inadmissable on iHub as direct violations of the TOS and grounds for sancture or removal.
Correct Boston. It goes along with these:
You just don't get it. Pictures are submitted all the time when applying for trademarks and labeling. You have art shop ready work done to submit for label approval.
When you get up to speed on what the rest of us are providing for the investors in this stock, I will welcome your "weighing in" that this part of the government approval process is needless and unwarranted.
DKAM: Want to make an easy 50%-100%? Here's how.
Each of the past FOUR times, the stock has broken the 50 and 200 dma in less than three days, it has mounted a break over it, and each time led to at least a 50%-100% increase above that area.
A double bump now on the 200 in the past three sessions.
Anybody that loads here should see those instant profits repeat yet again.
That is just too much free time on one's hands to go Google, "Nude girl with gloves"
In case you didn't notice, those pictures in the iBox have the disclaimers that say Drinks Americas and Aftermath Beverage Company. You know, Dre's, 50 Cent, and etal's company? They obviously bought the stock and enhanced it. What difference, it will still sell. Companies do it ALL the time. So please don't say this is some kind of game to the contrary.

So on your opinion only, everyone is supposed to believe this is all made up. First off, in order to add pictures to the iBox, you have to host those pictures elsewhere so a URL can be pulled. That is why they are in my photobucket.
Second, those pictures came from the US Government. You have heard of this agency haven't you?
The pictures in the iBox are part of the submission for the Topless and Purple Label product trademarks. The first picture is from the Annual Meeting in January. Of course, you would know that if you were there. The second two are professional print takes for magazine and billboard ads. The one that Old Timer posted is from yet another government agency that approves the labeling for public consumption.
But I can see your point on the amateurish angle. Just misguided.
Drinks Americas trademark is secure again. Some had questioned it dying before. The problem comes when you have America in your name. All good now.

Cetificate call in? Now this should be really interesting. I'd say NITE finally going to jail on DKAM.
Well, that clinches it. We have people talking negatively more than ever on great news, most with no shares and confirmed no positions. That means great news is coming along with a resulting huge run to the upside. It doesn't matter that DKAM and the CEO just weathered the worst economic meltdown in World History and want to reassure shareholders that the business is back on track in a big way. We have all these soothsayers to confirm that something even bigger is coming to really send this company over the top.
Sorry on that. Cannot disclose any of the various particulars in an ongoing investigation. Just the process is all, which is known all too well.
DKAM: Wanna know how to make 1000% here?
Stock moved .12 to .29 in March on no news at the height of the market meltdown. Since then, to all time lows and now beginning to PR the best sales numbers in company history. Look down below at my previous post and you'll see the $20 mil in sales coming for a 17 cent stock.
Company now has cash, shipments heading out faster than expected.
It cannot get any more blatantly easy. Only reason the price is here? A well orchestrated and paid bashing campaign to accumulate a large position in advance of a rocket ride higher. Nobody willing to make a stand until it is 1000% higher.
You can watch, or make a killing.

Olifant Vodka Shipments Exceed Expectations
National Concert Tour Sponsorship Creates Buzz
On Monday June 8, 2009, 2:49 pm EDT
Drinks Americas Holdings, Ltd.
WILTON, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Drinks Americas Holdings, Ltd. (OTC BB: DKAM - News) (“Drinks Americas” or the “Company”) today announced that it has shipped ten containers of Olifant Vodka to date in the first quarter fiscal 2010 generating $200,000 in sales. Olifant Vodka is supported by the national “Olifant Vodka Blazed & Confused Concert Tour” featuring Snoop Dogg, Slightly Stoopid, Mickey Avalon and Stephen Marley. The tour begins in Las Vegas, NV on July 10 and continues in twenty cities nationally throughout the summer. Official pre-tour kick-off parties start in Boise, ID on June 19th and will continue in six cities across the US, including Atlantic City and San Diego.
J. Patrick Kenny, President and CEO of Drinks Americas, stated, “It took a period of time for us to get orders and production back on line after our acquisition, but sales are now well beyond our initial expectations. The national concert tour is creating a fantastic buzz about the brand. Kick-off events, sales incentives, and the POS tie-ins featuring the tour and Olifant Vodka are already underway. Wholesalers are having fun with the type and level of support for the Olifant brand.”
Mr. Kenny continued, “In this economy, people are entertaining at home more often. When they do, they are looking for a bargain. Olifant Vodka delivers value and quality beyond what is typical for its price point, particularly when consumers purchase the 1.75 liter size. The tour has been a great vehicle in generating visibility of the brand to those customers. Sales are resulting.”
Olifant Vodka has been marketed since 1841. For the past 150 years, Olifant Vodka has been produced in Holland and is now crafted at the Wenneker Distillery in Holland. Olifant Vodka is made purely from hand selected Dutch grains, is triple distilled in small batches in the distillery’s original copper potstills and aged for a smooth, refreshing finish that is world class. It is an award-winning spirit with great quality and taste at a price point that is economically attractive in today’s retail environment.

DKAM: Huge revised estimates in sales going forward. Your chart technicals from Friday show the breakout from the 2 month flat line. 50 and 100dma breaks on a 30% move higher in one day(the largest one day rise for the stock in two years) on 7 times normal volume. MACD cross to the plus side. Stock is sitting within a couple pennies of all time lows. Look below and you'll quickly see that is ludicrous.
They ran UOMO to $1.06 on $600K in sales? Well, DKAM is the one with the most explosive growth over UOMO, or any of these others.
2010 Conservative Sales Projections:
DKAM Current Sales: $3.3 million
Sales through Fiscal '09 (assume remain flat): $3.0 million
Olifant Vodka: $2.0 million
Israel Contract from 6/5: $6.0 million
*Kid Rock Beer Introduction 07/09: $8.0 million; ($5 million pre sold)
All Other Products: $1.0 million
*All Bad Ass Beer advertising paid by Kid Rock in a nationwide launch to parody Bud, St. Pauli Girl, and Corona.

Total Sales: $20 million. CEO guided for $20 million in October. CEO quoted as same in Wall Street Journal in 01/09.
Sales Growth Rate: 506%

And I will return to my original premise that over 4 million shares were shorted on the pipe in 2007 between $1.80 and $3.10 with advance knowledge of such a deal coming. The stock's sideways pattern that lasted for well over 8 weeks that has never happened on the stock was the all inclusive cover with nakeds on the ask and then blow those same shares into the bids for the offshore shares. Anybody with any savvy in the market can easily see it. Anybody can argue the contrary all they wish to support their side. The plain fact is it is happening, has been happening for two years, and anybody that contends otherwise simply is offering an opinion without evidence in front of them.

And of course many, many, many will disagree with you. When the market found a bottom, DKAM moved from .12 to .29 going into earnings that came out at $565K. Now they have any number of sales to add to the coffers from $3 million up to $9 million. So, the stock was $.14 and flatlined for over 2 months on that $565K. What chart is going to tell you its a buy on an additional 100%-300% in sales?
None.
Oh wait, I completely forgot. It's a buy when it triples above the 52 week high and holds above the 200 dma and the MACD continues to climb and on and on an on.
Meanwhile, over two months to buy all you wanted under 15. It's a buy at double or triple? Just brilliant I say. Go for it!
Well, that's just it. The bad guys have absolutely no idea when any hedges will show up or a guy like Cohen will show up and decide the run is on to $2.00 or more. So, those who have been around forever expect it to die and put their shares up for easy pickings for the guys intent on making sure it gets 10 times that or more.
Everyone thinks it's a guy like our CEO that they would blast if a promoter came in to brings thousands to the stock. Not so at all. It could easily be one of the vendors, etal that got 500,000 shares of stock. Or any one of 13000 hedge funds. Pay a guy like him to run the stock to $2-$3, the shareholder or the hedge books any number of $millions in profit for a $50K commission. Not a bad couple of days work. But that's for someone else to figure out and those holding strong to reap the benefits of.
The one thing nobody talks about is the one thing everyone needs to talk about and be prepared for. Stocks can go up and do go up by the thousands every day when the market goes higher, or when there is a perception that a stock is undervalued comparative to its business model and forward looking prospects. Only when growth is fully realized, like in PAST filings do stocks come down and go into hibernation. So many would have us believe this is the only stock immune to that process. Not any more that's for sure.
Beautiful stuff! Well, we've answered the question right there Corp. 10000 cases at $1.1 million, is $110 per case. At 72000 cases of Trump alone per year, that is $7,920,000 in sales just on Trump alone with gross profit being $2,304,000. Gross Margin comes in at a beautiful 41%.
Given that same gross margin extending to Olifant, then each 12 bottle case will sell for $119. On 12000 cases in the contract, that is $1,428,000 in Olifant Sales. Gross profit is $420,000.
The two together equals sales of $9,348,000. Total gross profit of the two equals $2,724,000. Of course, we have to add 2400 cases of "other products" and any additional new brands Drinks comes out with and of course, add in Leyrat.
Based on the trailing 12 months REPORTED sales at $3.3 million, this is a new sales base of $12,648,000 going out 12 months and for 15 years. That makes the current P/S ratio for these sales to be about 1.25 when the company has always averaged between 3-5.
Kid Rock Beer takes sales in excess of $20 million for those folks looking forward like the entire world does on every other stock. So, market cap can easily sustain $100 million on that release, or about $1.15 per share.
DKAM has been compared to UOMO in many places. If that were true at UOMO's current P/S ratio of 30, then DKAM should reach $7 per share.
All it takes is hiring Cohen for $50K to get $7 a share? Why the heck not! It creates an additional $500 mil in mkt cap for $50K, insiders won't sell a share. Individual investors will give up there shares for far less. Hedges that jump on board will make an absolute killing!
Might even just pay for this one myself! :)
Just get along and enjoy the ride. The next numbers you see will be the Annual Report the at the end of the second week of August.
You know, that's where we all get to listen to Patrick crow about the monumental Kid Rock Beer release.
But wait. Most of you will be gone as it passes 30 cents. I'll still be here posting that it is passing all of our targets.
