What Pixelmags Do:

PixelMags provides a Distribution-as-a-Service for Publishers which allows Publishers to reach multiple newsstands by one single upload to our back-end system.

Pixelmags Services:

Pixelmags Services includes uploading your magazine to the desired newsstand as one PDF file, building your app, providing the ability to include digital interactive features such as advertisements–including HTML5 ads, videos, links, push notifications, audio clips, as well as managing all of your customers needs.

Back-end Process:

Once a contract is signed with PixelMags, you will be given a Publishing Representative here at PixelMags. They will be your main point of contact and will manage your Newsstands, customers, and content for you. You will need to set up an account with each of the newsstands you select. Once the accounts are in place, you will provide your Publishing Representative with access and they will handle everything for you. From managing production schedules, assisting with interactivity, stitching and normalizing content, or delivery of the content, we will take care of it.”

Think we could end the day at .0065 with 50M in volume? For me that would be the perfect end for the perfect trading day here. Accumulation is going through the roof and our momomentum is only getting stronger each day. Past experience tell me that once we clearly break free from .0060, .01 usually comes relatively easily and quickly! IMHO

Nice to see our strong buying return. Consolidation over for now and time to move on to new highs! That magical penny mark a possibility this week or next. Without an update of course which would immediately send us to double digit pennies! IMHO

Management knows the string of huge announcments they have upcoming very very shortly and are just setting the table with today's huge announcements. My share price ceiling of $GEQU rose exponentially this morning and I added again today. IMHO

4 of the 5 days this week we closed at .0040. Not too shabby when you consider we closed at .0021 just last Friday. Whether it be next week or the week after when we firmly break .0060 I believe we touch .01 within 2 days of doing so. Best investing play out there right now! IMHO

I did a little "panic" buying today. Didn't think I would see these levels again.

Nice slapping. But someone is getting some cheapies today. Hope none of our board members here got tricked out of any. This is the one OTC stock you just buy and hold. Or if someone really needs or wants to sell a little they should just place an order above the ask and wait because we know the price is going higher! Everyone wins when seller places smaller-sized sell orders above the ask. But in this particular case I would not recommend selling for some time yet. Still very early to the party. IMHO

Should be quite strong. No one wants to be out over the weekend. The news could come at any time now. I would bet that the finalized merger announcement will be made pre-market on a Monday. IMHO

Eerily quiet this morning after nice runnup late yesterday. My guess is many here are wanting to get in under 30 this morning. IMHO

That day will be embedded in our memories for many years i would imagine.

I happen to think the announcemet will be made on a Monday morning premarket. Just seems to me that would be the way a Nasdaq-bound company would handle it.

Peeps who want to get in or add after the fact are going to have a rude awakening. Been there done that. You keep raising your order but never get filled. Very stressful and then you may get only a small partial fill on a couple of your higher orders. Many brokerage firms do not allow market orders on penny stocks so you have to take a wild guess at a limit order above the last selling price. I have felt almost raped and violated after experiences like that. IMHO

Nice strong day holding the 40 level. Very proud to be associated with like-minded longs who know the difference between an investment and a trade and have the patience to persevere. Liking the chart here more everyday. IMHO

Being towards top of Breakout Board and with our nice greeen day we should get a lot of new eyes over here. Should see a strong morning to start off our way back to pennyland. IMHO

Should be any time now I would think. No matter I think we make a nice run here in anticipation of results. This one was really punished this summmer. Unfairly I believe with the revenue and SS we have here. IMHO

If the CD's are indeed finished then we are way way undervalued here with the revenue we have. Should see a nice rally out of the 20s either today or tomorrow. IMHO

Buyers today have had the luxury (for the most part) of purchasing their shares on the bid as we continue to consolidate from our last little runup. I don't think we will take as long to churn at this level as we did back at around 20. Getting too close to the big public affirmation of merger. Soon the RSI will cool down enough and ask-slapping will rule the day again as we move up to a new level. And breaking the penny barrier won't be far behind! IMHO)

Almost funny how VNDM just now seems to be using NITE to try to get us to follow and move our retail bids up. Keep them at 19 and let him dump there. Hope he doesn't have too many left. Will be interesting to see the number of T-trades today. IMHO

Thanks for sharing that DD madtower! Nice to get additional confirmation of what most of us already know! This little extra time to process this merger has actually been a huge blessing for those here that didn't get a chance to get in in the teens or trips. Still a minimum 10-bagger from here! IMHO

Don't think we will see a dip as the bid AH is already at 47. But I do agree with the rip which will take us to a new 52 week high! IMHO

Healthy trading today. MM's artificially held price down EOD. Expect a little run tomorrow on lower volume. Strong EOW action for $SPCL will occur. IMHO

Exactly what happened! At least I hope the manipulators that got in on the cheap are in it for the long haul. With the value this play has I can envision all sorts of games being played on the way up. IMHO

Very nice. Gained 30% and consolidated at the same time! IMHO

Yes clearing out on some of the day traders here the last couple of hours. Still think we will challenge HOD before the market closes today. Investors are waiting for a little dip to buy in but want to be in before EOD and not miss out on tomorrow's probable fireworks. I can reasonably seeing us hitting the penny mark sometime this week. Hard to stop momomentum like this. And we will still be very undervalued at that price! IMHO

A little mid-day consolidation is very healthy for a stock as hot as SPCL is. Can't help but think we will again see at least the old HOD or more likely a new HOD before the closing bell. Too much great DD and momentum here . Finally the SP is catching up to what it should have been months ago. IMHO

Initiated a position right away this morning and added more at 14. I like the fact that the CEO seems to be a straight-shooter and very transparent. Will possibly add more when I have a clearer picture on the dilution that has occured and still seems to be ongoing. IMHO

Do we know how many dollars worth of convertible notes that are eligible for conversion at this time? Wondering when the dilution might be coming to an end. Thanks in advance.

A well-respected leading technology company like PixelMags (with intentions of trading on the Nasdaq) does not file with the SEC an 8K with page after page of the most detailed plans of a reverse merger I have ever read and then abandon those very plans without informing the SEC. Pixel Holdings, Vert Capital Corp, VC2, CKR Law LLP and PixelMags are the extremely credible participants in this RM. I am not surprised in the least by yesterday's move only why it took so long for other investors to see the great potential here! IMHO

I believe that is exactly what happened today! IMHO

Very nice day here indeed! Been expecting this for a while now but still pleasantly surprised when it comes to fruition. Now that we have been "exposed" I would expect more days like this but of course we will have our future red days also. Hopefully everything with merger is completed by the end of this month. This does appear to be the chance of a lifetime! Best wishes to all us longs! IMHO

Little sell-off as the daydraders who won't ever hold overnight are getting out now. But in a few minutes the day-traders who play for the big morning gap-and-run will be getting in before bell rings at EOD. Stilll a long long way for this one to go if you are in for the long-term and full valuation for SPCL/PixelMags. I forsee a HOD or near HOD close. IMHO
