That day will be embedded in our memories for many years i would imagine.

I happen to think the announcemet will be made on a Monday morning premarket. Just seems to me that would be the way a Nasdaq-bound company would handle it.

Peeps who want to get in or add after the fact are going to have a rude awakening. Been there done that. You keep raising your order but never get filled. Very stressful and then you may get only a small partial fill on a couple of your higher orders. Many brokerage firms do not allow market orders on penny stocks so you have to take a wild guess at a limit order above the last selling price. I have felt almost raped and violated after experiences like that. IMHO
