Great post! Licensing deals would be fantastic. Who doesn’t love receiving royalties in their portfolio?!!! :)
Very much agree! Our faith has been restored.
Will continue to buy when I can.
Go SHMP!
I am long on SHMP also for now. But when I read the s-1/a and see the 2019 due dates on the outstanding notes, and the fact no one bothered to renew Texas licenses in the disclosure, or update the expiration dates if they were renewed, I get concerned.
It seems like management isn’t paying enough attention to the details and their actions (news releases) aren’t indicative of a strong company that wants to join the big boards.
Lots of debt on the books. Let’s see some performance showing activity to rectify that and provide return on investment.
Who was it that said insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results?
GLTA
I wonder how many longs are getting ready to call BS on SHMP?
Note coming due 4/30/19, along with others in 2019.
Don’t know what a dragonfly doji looks like but sure hope you are right.
On 3/10 the one month chart had a “head and shoulders” formation.
Today the one month chart looks like it might be a double bottom. :)
Natural Shrimp 3/1/19 S-1: Market Advantages and Corporate Drivers
The following are what we consider to be our advantages in the marketplace:
* Early-mover Advantage: Commercialized technology in a large growing market with no significant competition yet identified. Most are early stage startups or early stage companies with limited production and distribution.
* Farm-to-Market: This has significant advantages including reduced transportation costs and a product that is more attractive to local consumers.
* Bio-secured Building: Our process is a re-circulating, highly-filtered water technology in an indoor-regulated environment. External pathogens are
excluded.
* Eco-friendly “Green” Technology: Our closed-loop, re-circulating system has no ocean water exchange requirements, does not use chemical or
antibiotics and therefore is sustainable, eco-friendly, environmentally sound and produces a superior quality shrimp that is totally natural.
* Availability of Weekly Fresh Shrimp: Assures consumers of optimal freshness, taste, and texture of product which will command premium prices.
* Sustainability: Our naturally grown product does not deplete wild supplies, has no by-catch kill of marine life, does not damage sensitive ecological
environments and avoids potential risks of imported seafood.
Natural Shrimp 3/1/19 S-1 pg 7: Distribution and Marketing
We plan to build these environmentally “green” production systems near major metropolitan areas of the United States. Today, we have one pilot production facility in La Coste, Texas (near San Antonio) and plan to begin construction of a full-scale production facility in La Coste and plans for Nevada and New York. Over the next five years, our plan is to increase construction of new facilities each year. In the fifth year, we plan for a new system to be completed each month, expanding first into the largest shrimp consumption markets of the United States.
Harvesting, Packaging and Shipment
Each location is projected to include production, harvesting/processing and a general shipping and receiving area, in addition to warehousing space for storage of necessary supplies and products required to grow, harvest, package and otherwise make ready for delivery, a fresh shrimp crop on a weekly basis to consumers in each individual market area within 24 hours following harvest.
The seafood industry lacks a consistent source verification method to track seafood products as they move through countries and customs procedures. With worldwide overfishing leading to declining shrimp freshness and sustainability around the world, it is vital for shrimp providers to be able to realistically identify the source of their product. Our future facilities will be designed to track shrimp from hatchery to plate using environmentally responsible methods.
NS and F&T have gone radio silent. You can hear the crickets. I'm sure their plans haven't changed since 3/1/19 when NS filed their S-1......(pg 6-7)
"Go to Market Strategy and Execution
Our strategy is to develop regional production and distribution centers near major metropolitan areas throughout the United States and internationally.
Today, we have 53,000 sq. ft. of R&D facilities, which includes, a pilot production system, greenhouse/reservoirs and utility buildings in La Coste, TX (near San Antonio). We intend to begin construction of a new free-standing facility with the next generation shrimp production system in place on the property in 2018.
The reasoning behind building additional shrimp production systems in La Coste is availability of trained production personnel, our research and development team, and an opportunity to develop the footprint and model for additional facilities. Our current plan is to develop six regional production and distribution centers near major markets starting in 2019, adding one system per month in a selected production center, depending on market demand.
We have sold product to restaurants up to $12.00 per pound and to retail consumers at $16.50 to $21.00 per pound, depending on size, which helps to validate
our pricing strategy. Additionally, from 2011 to 2013, we had two successful North Texas test markets which distributed thousands of pounds of fresh product to
customers within 24 hours following harvest. The fresh product was priced from $8.40 to $12.00 per pound wholesale, heads on, net price to the Company."
Thank you AD! Looking forward to your thoughts after your visit.
Sounds like a solid idea. With contract negotiations, a little proof of the ability to raise cash to report in the year-end financials seems like a positive to me.
LOL
Sorry, this shmp Momma isn’t a grandma yet, though I would love to be!
I’m just a mother of a Marine and know their standards!
It soon will be an excellent business as well. Things are a brewin! :)
IMHO
https://twitter.com/NaturalShrimp
SHMP is still an excellent company growing a sustainable natural organic supply of chemical-free shrimp with their unique patented process. They are positioning the company to fill the demand for USA grown healthy shrimp. They are also still finalizing their contracts for licensing etc. Nothing has changed. Stock price will eventually increase to reflect the company’s true value. I will still be a shareholder when we can buy the products in grocery stores, and SHMP’s production system is used world wide.
IMHO. GLTA
Need more SHMP! Getting very hungry for fresh organic NaturalShrimp, shrimp scampi!
Yum, buttery shrimp scampi!
Just waiting for a few more pennies to clear so I can add to my shares.
SHMP is still the same company, just radio silent while they work on deals.

If multiple contracts are finalized and executed on different dates, creating material events that need to be disclosed within 4 days, it would seem likely this could result in multiple 8-k disclosures over a period of weeks or months.
These next few months will be very illuminating.
Yep, same here. Holding every chunk of shares I bought. Whether I paid .01 or .59 and still adding whenever I can. NOT SELLING.
Next year at this time my husband and I will be on a tropical vacation paid by SHMP. :)
Hear here! Any correction would be nice to show we shook off the prior head and shoulder formation.
Time to “shake it off, shake, shake, shake it off. Hey, hey hey”
I’m still holding the block I bought at .59 and know it is still a great investment!
Go SHMP
GLTA
My trade account is red and shows a paper loss that should turn my stomach. And yet I sit here completely content and happy. I was able to buy a few more shares today of this fantastic stock.
When the news drops, whenever it drops, I know my patience will be rewarded with just the beginning of more great things to come.
Have a good evening everyone and sit tight. GLTA
Btw, I am not HIS mom. I am a MoM
Now all we need is a good news drop to clear out all the shorts!
SHMP long n strong!
Me thinks if you really did have something in the works with NS, you just lost your deal.
MoM
I disagree. They will provide relevant and valuable information regarding excellent going concern facts and licensing/partnership disclosure discussions and impact on future projected growth. Solid data that everyone needs as confirmation for true valuation of this jewel of a company.
Thank you for posting, CT. Just started following you to see if I can spot your pattern. ;)
Thank you tmp! We SHMP shareholders appreciate your good work sir! Fantastic that you were able to stop the price manipulations yesterday by the shorts and Bashers. This stock pps does fine when not manipulated down.
I disagree. They will provide much valuable information regarding excellent going concern facts and licensing/partnership disclosure discussions and impact on future projected growth. Solid data that everyone needs as confirmation for true valuation of this jewel of a company.
NS also has year-end financials to complete as of 3/31/19. Those will need to be audited. Once released, the financial picture and resulting pps will go KABOOM!
Too soon for news. Legal review of contracts takes time. Have patience and be well rewarded.
Doubtful if anyone is expecting a PR today.
Thank you FD. I guess since my post got deleted, some folks didn’t appreciate my sense of humor.
At any rate, we are all in the SHMP boat together eagerly anticipating news and press releases about activity resulting from harvest and new deals. :)
GLTA
Thank you AD. I agree, I would prefer to see news of jv or licensing deals. However it turns out, it is fascinating to watch as the process unfolds. No matter how bumpy the road gets sometimes.
GLTA
Since F&T is part owner of the patent, would a partnership with Pentair cause them to have less control over their private co?
Possibly because if you scroll down to the news section, then swipe left, you can review all the recent news releases?
I hope no one misunderstood my reference to Ron White. He is one of my favorite comedians.
Bet he would love to buy some SHMP shares at these prices before they take off soon!
Sorry Sir, the only red tide we see is the next earnings reports from the biofloc shrimp farmers that didn’t have the foresight to negotiate a license for the patented eco-friendly process owned by NaturalShrimp. :)

Good post Multi. I and many others agree with you. SHMP’s tide is turning. We only have to wait a little bit longer to see fruition. :)
SHMP overview tab shows 1 month chart with solid head and shoulders formation. Be interesting to watch next week’s results.
Natural Shrimp execs are attending a news worthy conference.

Hey Britt, any chance of you getting back on the SHMP boat?
We are getting ready to cruise into International waters and are waiting for our golden cross to arrive soon.
Couldn’t agree more!
