COOL........:)
I THINK they HAVE, Baby...:)
I feel like a voyeur, NOT that I mind that.....:)
Thanks, Dr. I'm sure many WILL call it hogwash, but at least we have answers from Cinemax, as opposed to speculation. That's more than anyone can seem to get by writting to QBID, even tho THEY ask for questions and claim that they will respond.
The hot dog club was Obion, the reply letter was from Cinemax.
Glad I'm not the only one......anything of interest in the mail you recieved?
JUST wondering...........
"bedder".........Hmmmmmmmm
You Bad, BAD girl.................:)
Feel better, Darlin'..........YOU need warm, Tropical, sunshine............TRUST me........

I think SO, all I could recall was something about "lets get small"............LOL
Wasn't there a comedian, YEARS ago, who made some drug reference about "let's all get SMALL together" ?
LOL.........no, It all got small a few days ago.........I have to use full screen to read it. Sorry I missunderstood.
Just for you, Deb........and your poor tired eyes.......
Dear Mark
Cinemax is not a part of Obion Group. We share similar board members, but Obion does not own all or part of Cinemax Pictures -- nor is Cinemax
Pictures a 'division' of Obion. Obion is a holding company, but we are not under their "fiscal umbrella" in any way shape or form. There are no plans
to create a financial connection nor are there any existing financial connections between Obion and Cinemax. All we have in common is we share of
a few of the same board members, and some cross data links in regard to TMM.
Due to this common board member situation, with Cinemax planning its merger with TMM, Obion has separately offered the current shareholders of TMM --
shares of stock in Obion -- once this merger is completed. Literally, this act would be done as a "merger bonus" of Obion stock to current TMM shareholders,
and not done by or as an offer generated from Cinemax Pictures and Prod. Co. Intl. Inc.. It was and is an Obion decision to make this offer to TMM shareholders.
All of this has been clearly stated in previous announcements on the websites for Obion and Cinemax.
For the record, we are two separately held companies, one American, one Canadian. The only things we have in common are sharing some of our Board
Members and from that, data links to each other in regard to TMM. We do share one more thing in common, a similar desire to do future business with
the current TMM shareholders. I do not believe these data cross links on TMM should be generating this type of confusion, as the facts are clearly
stated.
In the section of Cinemax's web site -- entitled FAQ's -- please note the following:
"(1) Cinemax is a private held company. TMM is a public company. Cinemax is going to buy TMM and include assets into this public company. The public
company going forward will be Cinemax."
PLEASE NOTE: It does not state or imply anywhere on our site that we are "a part of Obion or Obion is a holding company for us." We are, as clearly
stated, PRIVATELY HELD and licensed to do business in Canada by the CANADIAN CONSUMER AND RELATIONS OFFICE, BUSINESS REGISTRATION DIVISION.
Obion is a Texas based company.
ALSO PLEASE TAKE NOTE: From Obion Group's "About us" section:
"The Obion Group Inc. is a holding Corporation for 15 fast-food Restaurant chains in the developmental stage. We have Real Estate Properties, an
Ethanol production & retail sales venture, Renewable Resources venture, an interest in a Virtual Reality Company, and are looking at the lucrative
Resort Destinations business as well. "
Mark, no where on the Obion site is it mentioned about "Obion owning or owning any interest in or being the holding company for Cinemax." If it
did - it would be inaccurate. Obion does what it does and its business model is clearly stated on their web site and above. Cinemax is not
mentioned in their "about us" because we are not a part of their operations. If anyone is stating otherwise, they are either misinformed by poorly
executed due diligence or are simply attempting to create a misleading version of their own "Cinemax business model." I can assure you, that
fictitious business model doesn't exist now nor will it exist in the future.
Thank you for writing and I hope this e mail answered your question.
Respectfully yours,

If a few beers are the price, I say let her stay lost.......
The Cinemax letter in tiney??????? I haven't looked again.
Anyone else write to Cinemax?
How DARE they speak of you that way..........GODFATHER.
Look for a sale add from a liquor store she doesn't know, in another area, and leave it where she will find it. Maybe she'll get lost again.
AvocadoMan, I'm only reporting the "news".
Maybe Obion thinks it's a cheap way to get investors??????? who might put more $ into the co. later? Knowing how much (or little) value Obion has might answer that, at least in part. Would having a base of former QBID investors own part of Obion mean that Obion would not need to do an IPO, thereby saving the cost of that???? I don't know.
Lucky you, some of mine were in tears.............and running.........
....amnesia about what?........who are you people and why are you asking me so many questions?
Just got this, so I thought I'd share.
He does write back.

Happy Easter to my sad pumpkin, and everyone else. My Best to you all, we can fight again on Monday.
Charlie, I'm NOT looking for a fight, but where do you get your info that Fan did NOT give the SEC the info they requested?
At LEAST its something. We'll know soon enough if they pay the Sec of State in Wash. That should be an indicator of sorts.
Hush............There are records showing that his return airline ticket was used, Phone records that he called from both LAX and Midway Airport in Chicago, and that a car service picked him up in Chicago and took him home. YOU may say that this is not PROOF, but so far, the police have not called. I say, that's good enough................and there is no body...............
Talk to you later........
Why YOU............
I'm afraid you are right..........
I agree, I'm just not so sure that the American public will swallow his BS again.
