AvocadoMan, I'm only reporting the "news". Maybe Obion thinks it's a cheap way to get investors??????? who might put more $ into the co. later? Knowing how much (or little) value Obion has might answer that, at least in part. Would having a base of former QBID investors own part of Obion mean that Obion would not need to do an IPO, thereby saving the cost of that???? I don't know.
