No insider trades. The founders are displaying great confidence despite these sobbing times for the stock.

Wow, this institutional investor made a steep investment here. They went all out! What do they know about LBUY that we don't? Why such a steep investment? Why has LBUY been so confident and bullish in recent emails and PR despite the ginormous drop in price per share? These are the questions I have that need answers! That 10-K can't come soon enough. End of September, where are you?

As a holder of a business degree, I don’t believe that there’s any good reason not to invest. The company is a conservative spender and growing organically. The capital raise was needed to expand. Demand was noted in a recent PR to have increased by 330%. Cash flow positive by end of 2020. Getting into being the “Priceline of CBD.” New app that ties it all together. Since the company is still in the growth phase, I believe that the company should be spending money right now—especially on marketing. Double revenues expected by end of 2019 according to CEO interview. Eyes on NASDAQ. The O/S didn’t change enough to warrant such a steep sell-off in my opinion. This will recover, and when it does—whether that’s a year or three years away—I’ll be here to collect. —Something tells me that it won’t take 3 years to recover... Anyways, sit back and relax. —You’ve already won by finding this.
Yeah, I get that feeling too. I bought 194,000 shares over the last several days.
I’m baffled that more aren’t investing right now. The DD looks solid. Maybe cold feet due to recent sell off?
This should be an easy double in a relatively short time at these prices.
The company is preparing for NASDAQ according to the latest interview seen in the sticky post.
Not long before FDA regs AKA the mega explosion to the moon.

Leafbuyer Technologies, Inc. (LBUY) (“Leafbuyer” or “the Company”), a leading cannabis technology platform, today announced additional enhancements to its recently upgraded website. The Company launched a CBD locations page to connect CBD retailers with consumers. This development provides Leafbuyer’s CBD clients direct, digital access to the millions of cannabis consumers the Leafbuyer Total Network reaches every month.
Wow, I missed that part. This is a deal of the ages.
On a stock like this, it’s bad to set stop losses, because if everyone does it, then one big seller shortie could manipulate and trigger the stop losses independently. Also, put all of your shares for sale (GTC) at $10 to prevent those shares from being borrowed. —Just in case... On the OTC, big buyers like toying with emotions by buying many shares and then dumping them soon after to cause an emotional reaction. If you look at the candles throughout the day, you can see some hShHhIhThHhEhAhDh doing this. It’s probably Luke, Hairy, Jimmi, or Bad. Without stop losses, their efforts will get them nowhere if you hold strong! Cash flow +++ by 2020. —That’s soon. Nice pipeline.
Yeah baby! let’s make some $$$
“Our path to profitability and cash flow from operations has been clearly defined. We’re excited to announce that through consistent revenue growth and technological advancements, we expect Leafbuyer to be cash flow positive in the first half of 2020 and profitable on a quarterly basis by the end of 2020,” said Kurt Rossner, CEO of Leafbuyer.
Agreed. It’s the whole sector that’s down too, and that isn’t helping, but things will turn around for patient ones.
Insiders are obviously confident that this will recover strong. You would think that the sell-off would put the founders in a panic sell. --Especially if they knew that the company was in trouble. --BUT, it didn't. The insiders are holding strong. Their confidence gives me confidence.

--No insider buys or sells.
According to the S-1, shares can't be diluted below $0.15. --That's what the floor reset exercise price of $0.15 means in the form S-1. --Correct me if I am wrong. Therefore, I feel that the dilution rumor is bull. I will be contacting management.
Right before the sell-off, I saw a 132,000 share sell order at $0.13.
Just saw another 188,000 share sell order at $0.12.
This has all the markings of a short attack. Man, these short sellers are good at tricking investors.
Slap that ask!
Doesn’t know it’s dead? You bother checking the fundamentals there smart guy?
The sell-off here was an over-reaction.
I mean, no one is perfect. It’s a long article; I wouldn’t discredit the entire piece over one mistake. —Lots of good and comprehensive points were made.
Figures.
I agree. CVSI is ze champ.
Fantastic Article. MUST READ! TY Jefra for the link.

"In other words, CBD in a whole plant extract including THC (cannabis), was over four times more potent than pure CBD. Whole plant CBD was also associated with fewer side effects than single-molecule CBD formulations – probably due to the lower dose of CBD required when administered as a whole-plant extract. Regulatory policy that prioritizes public health should not privilege isolates over full-spectrum cannabis remedies. Single-molecule and full-spectrum CBD can both be highly effective therapies for a number of conditions. Citizens are best served by having access to a wide range of well-regulated, cannabinoid- based product options."
The stock promotion flag is no longer showing on OTCMarkets. See here:

What I don’t get is if your brand is as well-known as you say, then why are you factually getting outsold by CV on a store-by-store basis? —This matters, because when we both hit Amazon, your online sales advantage will hardly matter.
I wonder if CV is allowed to put an ad on their products advising customers to register on the website for discounts.
If our quarterly shows a good increase of revenue at the end of September, then I don’t see how the pps can stay this low. Even if every share in the offering diluted the pps to 115 million O/S, the PPS based on the 50 day MA would still be 28 cents. However, since only 7.2 million shares were diluted thus far, the PPS should be $0.58 (again based on the 50 day MA). So, are you all telling me that the stock promotion flag on the OTCMarkets website dropped this from $0.58 to $0.141? —Talk about oversold. EZ money in time.
CV Sciences is not vertically integrated, so if they want to hand-pick a new strain from the massive selection, they can do that. Growing is outsourced with CV. How do you know that one of the thousands of growers out there won't grow a strain better than CW's? CV has lots of choices. CW is limited to what they can create since they are vertically integrated.
Real brand? Is that why CWEB is getting outsold by PlusCBD on a per-store basis? CWEB has the advantage online, but that won't last once we have equal footing on Amazon.

The sell-off could have been the result of a short attack. Lots of shares were being shorted at the time. Also, a lot of weird faces were showing up on Yahoo like "Shaheen" whom were spreading false information about the company's S-1 form as it was tanking; the company responded in an email seen on InvestorsHUB post #342 saying that the rumors that he was spreading were false. The offering allows for the dilution of 67,000,000 common shares/warrants. --7,200,000 of those were sold to two institutional investors, and the company received net proceeds of just over $4,000,000 to expand the company. There are still close to 60,000,000 common shares/warrants remaining in the offering. The dilution however provides the company with much-needed funding since it is the result of an offering. Also, a stock promotion flag was placed on OTCMarkets website. The company responded regarding the stock promotion flag to me in an email on InvestorsHUB post #338; the company responded in a PR on 7/19 in regards to the promotion issue as well. The company appears to be executing, expanding, growing financially, and operating with no problems. So either the promotion flag scared everyone off, or people were scared about the dilution from the offering --even though it's providing the company with much-needed funds that the company needs to expand, which will help investors in the LT if the company's efforts are successful.

Agreed.
After a demand increase of over 330% for use of Leafbuyer’s services, I am expecting a nice earnings report with continued growth at either the end of September or early October.
