if this deal isnt done someone is in trouble, they cant pr this as a done deal if its still on the table. They better start moving or there is going to be some lawsuits coming fomr shareholders!!

Think about it. Short 52 milion shares up at 2dollars =about 100 mill. buy them back now at .10 = 5.2 mill . he would rake 5- to 90 mill. F*ckn crook.

I just sent an emial asking for transparency, this inst how u treat your shareholdes, i,m just about thinging on buying the 15% of the shares needed to make him open up his books and see what the f is going on.
