Can you point to a link that proves its your opinion?????
Unlike when some posters claim the ice cream is fake and the employees at the manufacturing facility are actors. And they make all those claims with no links.
How is it possible to have opinions without links???
Only one poster gets that privelage!
Wait my mistake. Since inception four years ago, stock price is down
See how normal people can admit a mistake.
That’s a sure sign you should follow your algo hotshot
Up 700% last 18 months
That moronic algo is wrong right in your quote
Haha haha
NGTF is NOT in a down trend in last year OR since inception
Go for it. Let us know how it works out.
Hahaha
Ha. I dare ANYBODY to make investment decisions following their algorithm
Some people often show they are not great at assessing fact from fiction (many habitually) but that would be a doozy.
Tell you what, invest all your savings according to the algo. Go for it. Don’t be scared
If you’re right, you can say you told us so. If you’re wrong it just proves what I already know.
My guess is you will talk up the algo but not put your money where your mouth is. All talk
Classic stuff even from you!!!
Did you see the picture on their Facebook page yesterday? Store shelves running low on Nightfood ice cream
As we discuss the pros and cons of NGTF and the huge market for their ice cream, remember not to feed any trolls who earn their “living” on $3 replies
Ngtf up HUGE in last 6 months. Check the chart. It’s pretty much a double!!! Wow
Huge uptrend! Expect it to continue. Up from a nickel just 18 months ago. That’s a 700% gain!
Also up 10% in last 5 days
It’s ok if some people are looking at different time periods
Some people look selectively and try to paint a picture. Some people think the ice cream doesn’t exist. Some people think the ice cream production videos are fakes with prop ice cream and paid actors. Brilliant!
Others know better.
What is their business? I put this on a follow list a long time ago but don’t see what they actually do?
That’s right. Good point.
While some people are doubting how things are going, we’re seeing the company produce more and more ice cream and consumer threads on Facebook posts talking about “unfortunately my store was sold out of such and such flavor”
Another Wall Street Journal article posted today, this one on what you eat and how it can hurt or help your sleep.
Definitely seems like they are on to something here.

I think he was asking like “what’s your point dude, why would you bring up institutional investors at this stage?”
I could be wrong but that’s how I interpreted his post
Product is a winner. Told you so!
Amazing report. Thank you
Obviously the DD our friend is taking about is not Due Diligence but rather Deranged Dimentia
His wild conspiracy theories do not involve having tried the product and he has never given any reasons why he thinks this new product launch will not be a huge success as many of us do
5 months since production began and looks like we’re on a great path. Reviews are great, lots of press, and 3 top-50 supermarkets already selling the product
He posted months ago “let’s see how sales go” after he begrudgingly agreed that the ice cream did exist and was not a hologram from neverland
Of course, he is not waiting to see how sales go.
Please do not reply directly to that poster as he may earn $3 or $4 each time you do
Instead just post a new message like this (I know I know, I already replied to him a couple of times tonight, but then remembered how some people operate)
There is a poster on this board that has so far been proven wrong on all his crazy assertions and will probably continue to be wrong.
Some are faster to dispel than others (like his brilliant theories about how the company was in a scam conspiracy with the 7th largest supermarket chain in the country, or that the video of ice cream production was staged with paid actors and prop ice cream
To expect profits in 5 months is not realistic.
This is a penny stock discussion. Perhaps you were looking for the Berkshire Hathaway forum??
That’s what I read on another board. Not sure if it’s true or not
Anybody who won’t engage in a real discussion and who posts so much nonsense like that, you have to take it for what it is
He will turn up next time there is a single red tick
Could be in 5 minutes or who knows when. If the stock goes up to $1 today and dropped back to $.99, he would be all over it!
Oh the ice cream is real. And it’s SPECTACULAR!
Where’s your buddy?
Sounds great!
There was a FB thread from a couple days ago where 3 or 4 women were complaining that their local stores only had a few flavors. One store was out of these flavors, the other out of some different ones
Cool! I know it doesn’t necessarily mean anything but how full was the shelf?
have you guys seen the other entrants in those categories?
smells like victory!

Don’t forget, this is a company. Investors invest in the company. Our friend tries to poke holes in the company when the stock is rising and then, when price dips or drops, his focus shifts right back to PPS
Maybe he is an impatient trader?
They said gross profit was over 50%
Like you said, don’t worry about the price, focus on operations
But then you keep focusing on price
So, why do you think they’re not going to succeed?
100% agree with this:
Found this bit of great wisdom from our friend:
“Don't be concerned about what the bid and ask are doing.
Research the company and follow their progress and sales”
The production runs are real. Are you still insisting they are being faked and the employees are “props” or paid actors or something?
Agree. Why would anyone think this is not the beginning of a national brand?
Everything I see from the media, consumers, and management is that these guys will be National by this time next year
With all the media, the great reviews, and what we hear from management, why do you think the launch will fail?
(My question presumed that you now believe the production run video was not staged, and that the pictures of their product in some of the largest supermarkets in the country are not fakes, etc...)
You were skeptical on both of those initially and have come around
So, what makes you think they will not get into Kroger, Whole Foods and Wal-Mart, etc?
The guy running the launch used to do the same thing for Ben and jerry
What do you mean when you say it would be worse if they posted profits?
They just keep getting so much media.
Do you guys follow their Facebook? Last week was Wall Street Journal. Holy cow. Thought that would move the stock
Thy posted something new a few minutes ago. The reviews are so good. Seems like a winning product line
Over 3,000 moms have now commented on this link the company posted last week on fb: https://momsmeet.com/program/nightfood-ice-cream/
I just took a few minutes to read some of the comments
have a look...the moms are flipping out over having ice cream for better sleep at night
That’s not accurate. He isn’t getting $ but limited warrants with a strike price of either $.50 or $.60 to get restricted shares. Can’t remember but I think it’s $.50
$1mm in sales is 1mm warrants which will COST $500k to exercise, not a $1mm cash bonus. That’s nuts
Also, just noticed that as of last year he has only been paid his $6k salary for 7 of the 42 months:
https://ir.nightfood.com/all-sec-filings/content/0001213900-18-007373/f8k060118_nightfoodhold.htm?TB_iframe=true&height=auto&width=auto&preload=false
You suggested otherwise. I’m not going to engage you further. If I had time I’d find the posts.
I posted a screenshot of them on the meijer site to prove they were in stores and you hypothesized that it was online only
I posted links to the fb page and you said it couldn’t be trusted.
Now you come out when the stock is down, let’s see where you are in 6 months if they do what they promised. These posts don’t go away and you refused, in the face of tons of evidence, to admit that they were really and legitimately on shelf
Look it up
I thought you would. You’re the one who insisted they weren’t really in any supermarkets
Agree. Why would anybody sell like that today?
No negatives I see
That other poster said previously he would wait and see how sales go but the stock dips into the $.50’s (still 3x what it was at the end of the year) and he makes it seem like the sky is falling
Let’s see what develops. All the reviews I’ve seen are really good and I think they are on the right track
Ha. Yup
The point is all that technical stuff is nonsense. This is not a weather forecast.
Getting into Walmart or not getting in. That would impact the value of the company. Technical analysis algorithm (or whatever that site uses) can’t assess that
There are too many things like that which will drive valuation one way or another. For those that believe in the product, the category, and the team, it’s easy to envision a great future. For those that don’t, they can envision the exact opposite
Posting a link to a site like that projecting a share price is useless. If that guy thinks the company sucks and is going to zero, just say it.
It would be different if he linked to an analyst report with a low price target, but a bot on some random site?
And if the target on the first site he found was $1.80 instead or $.18 he would just keep looking for more bot sites until he found one that forecast doom
Why bother?
What was their prediction in May of 2018 for today?
Just curious. Any way to look that up?
Stock was around $.30 most of that month with about $40k of daily volume (by a quick eyeballing)
How many out there would guess their 12 month projection was .60?
If I had to bet without knowing anything I’d bet their projection was a nickel
Thoughts?
Unilever also bought Talenti a few years ago and tried to buy halo top a year or two ago. Both in the Billions
What would a quarter of 3 million mean for pps?
