Well at least Becca liked the new pads over 2 years ago.
"every picture I now find of the product is like the one on that particuliar site, even flushaway.com"
The picture are not the same. The ones on the Flushaway site do not have the blue background graphic under the word "new", like the ones on the Freshearth site do. The boxes on the current Flushaway site have been the same since 2005- they've said "new" on them since then.
Whatever the case, the Freshearth version does indeed appear newer to me.
If the comments are outrageous then refute them and that would be that.
Well we're talking potential fundamentals here and if you have $500,000 coming in when you have $5,000,000 owed and almost 20 billion shares out then it's not going to be that big of a deal IMO.
Good news? Absolutely. News worthy of someone buying expecting a 40,000% increase? Hardly.
I'll be happy to help you there... it works the same as being long.
When you're long you don't book profit until you sell. When you're short you only book profit when you cover. Simple as that.
Of course that's speaking in term of the supposed shorts and not the market makers. Don't forget the story started that Pino and friends are the ones who shorted. When that theory got exposed for the nonsense it was, then the other theory about market makers popped up.
It's hard to keep track of the ever-changing story isn't it? lol Of course the truth never changes so that kinda lets you know how much stock to place in the conspiracy stories.
"So back to the opinion that no pinks are naked shorted huh?"
I've never thought that, nor have I said that- so post intelligently and stop claiming that I have.
The specific claims made about PYCT are what I believe are nonsense and there has been no evidence to the contrary.
I would think they may prove that they have a possibly decent product.
This board would be a lot more positive if posters would keep the focus on that instead of massive shareholder groups and massive short positions and market maker moles in China.
I would think that some of the "Group of 100 Shareholders" would be adding... or at least telling at least telling one friend.
At that's just one state.
For about the 60th time...
When a post is deleted there is a note that tells you who deleted it. DO NOT accuse the moderators of this board of deleting a post when they CLEARLY did not and you've been clearly TOLD that they have not.
You are free to take the deletion up with the ADMIN WHO ACTUALLY DELETED THE POST!
It makes no sense to continually ask someone why they deleted your post when it's clearly noted that they are not the one who deleted it.
Can I possibly make this more clear?
The fact remains some are more interested in luring in buyers with false hopes of unrealistic gains rather than positive events.
Here's a very positive event- Flushaway ends up selling $500,000 worth of pads for the year 2010.
Very positive indeed, possibly even realistic IMO, but it wouldn't do a lot for pumping up the share price.
"After that day I'm sure the MM's had a field day selling NAKED SHORTS"
Yet you've claimed that the massive naked short got to be so massive due to the forward split which happened well before the February 2005 event which you're talking about here.
Make up your mind.
"it seems clear you do not want anymore buying"
Then you'd be wrong. I've never discouraged buying or selling. If someone thinks this is going to increase massively then by all means buy away.
In fact I'd think you'd be doing just that right now.
If it's the new version then they should get rid of the 2006 crap from the South African website.
At the very least they should explain why they would roll out the brand new improved product and leave up the outdated garbage.
That wold be a shame if people read the old website and thought that new product is for sale when it's really not.
"What has to happen for those shorts to have to cover?"
Well, according to the latest theory, the market maker's moles over in China have discovered that the Flushaway pads are for real this time and they're now really, really scared of an explosion in the share price so they're going to cover.
Of course that's the back up claim.
The original is that when there's a symbol change the shorts will have to cover. Of course now that the cat has been let out of the bag as to how to force the shorts to cover, (as of 2007 or so) it only makes sense that every single .0001 Pinksheet company is going to change their symbol, force the shorts to cover and watch their share prices explode to 40,000% or more.
It only makes sense that they'd all be clamoring to do this right? But for some odd reason that's not happening. A true "confirmed" way has been found to burn all naked shorters but no one is acting on it..
Of course they all will soon... and posts will be marked.
With the SEC and DTC confirming the massive short I guess shareholders will be clamoring to get on board, right? Heck every single Pinksheet quoted stock that's at .0001 will go through the roof because of this great revelation. Must be that they're all going to hit 40,000% gains. It's going to be 1999 all over again.
IMO it's a negative when shareholders cannot simply focus on the company instead of trying to bait people into buying by promises of huge gains, conspiracies and the like. Heaven forbid the company and it's product actually be the focus here...
"Beware of posters? thats been fired by Paychest? !!!!"
Actually it wasn't a question. Adding random question marks to a sentence doesn't make it a question.
" the filing on March 30th 2010 is why that form is generated"
Correct. The March 30th date is a positive but the date the report is generated means nothing.
If you want to get excited about seeing the day's date posted then by all means go for it- it will change each day.
"It's that easy, my ex-wife's company does it everyday. "
Your ex-wife's company probably isn't a non-reporting pinksheet company. If not then why would you assume it's easy to do simply because another company does it?
Really? Paychest had employees to fire? lol
No one else here seems to be able to verify the 100 billion short theory
Fiction isn't verifiable. Don't worry, the company has said the negatives that previously existed are all cleared up.
As you know, they warned about the silliness out there. They're probably well aware that some have no faith in the company and feel the need to make up things.
Perhaps the company is doing something to change that, then again perhaps not.
"Notice the date....that's todays date!!!! "
Yes, it's always going to be today's date because that's when you are generating the report.
It now says 06.04.2010- so what?
For the purposes of producing neat PRs and hope of running the stock sure it could happen. Nice way to 'restructure' the shares without a reverse split as well.
"must be for something..."
It's for the possibility of turning a profit. Throw a few bucks in and see what happens. If it goes, it goes but why break even?
It should be. The stock is supposed to be at .02 or higher in the next couple of days.
I even marked the post that says so.
The purpose of what again..? Lying in press releases? LOL
You don't seem to understand that your theories paint the company as misleading liars- and you're saying that's a good thing. LOL
Not only is it a bad thing, but it's unethical and illegal- yet you insist that's how this company is doing business.
No wonder the company had to issue a warning about such garbage.
Then they should send messages to the crooks and not release misleading press releases which lie to the pubic and their shareholders are you've claimed they've done.
Perhaps they can get their moles on it...
"Not weeks or months like you suggest."
I've never suggested that.
And Flushaway knows nothing about building a real company with real products if part of their plan is lying to the public as you're saying they have done.
The credibility is not incognito- it's non-existent.
And why do you keep implying that the company has repeatedly lied to the public and the shareholders? Why should anyone have faith in a company that's been lying for years?
As of the last PR they were still going to change the product so the review of the samples that were completed prior to these changes doesn't appear to mean anything IMO.
Hmmm... perhaps because the purpose of owning a publicly traded listed company is to actually be listed on an exchange.
Of course though- getting suspended and then delisted is probably just another brilliant business move that's all part of the Flushaway master plan, right?
1) Get stock suspended.
2) Get stock delisted.
3) Hook up with a company/symbol that's a known scam.
4) Release a bunch of BS to mislead everyone.
5) Expect to get our product into Walmart because #'s 1-4 established us as such a reputable company.
Yeah, we're watching and learning as this unfolds.
"all the BS is on purpose"
So it's official- the company releases BS to mislead people. ROTF!!!
Perhaps the next PR will spell it all out.
Missed deadlines, no promised ad campaign, no announced filings, no promised dividend, no announcement of CEO- it was all bull**** to fool the world.
Glad you're making it all make sense for the masses.
"WOW I did not see my "name" in the pr that stated that did you?"
No, just the claims.
And no, refuting what you're claiming didn't take digging at all- just reading what the company said.
We're talking about PYCT here. Does that article mention them?
And good lord is right. The company has indicated that your repeated claims are untrue.
For PYCT to have been shorted to death and victimized (as the article addresses) then that would definitely be a negative situation for the company.
Yet the company says that all negative issues have been resolved well after the stock audit that you've posted so frantically about.
Unless you can provide proof that they're lying then you should watch what you post. Of course if you're right and that negative situation has not been resolved then that would create another negative situation given that the company will have lied in a press release.
Cool- what's an article that's been around for well over 5 years supposed to prove? That something is true simply because it's on the internet?
This stuff is nothing new, and if PYCT has been Shadow "MASSIVE NAKED SHORTED" Boxed for over 3 years since before Pillay got involved well then shame on him for making such a bad business decision. And shame on the mysterious Hong Kongians for getting involved knowing that such a situation has still not been taken care of.
Of course these Pinksheets companies that produce nothing but hopeful PRs are victims... if not for the naked short sellers they'd all have been able to produce and sell massive amounts of the next best thing!
What bad luck they have. Poor guys.
Must be a time for a PR then. They know how to play this.
Just when people lose hope they pop one out to let people feel the pulse.
"but the PRs will be positive in nature"
I wouldn't be surprised to see them announce that they've decided on a manufacturer. Maybe even the one who previously produced Flushaways.
Now that would be huge.
"Why refer Paychest as a Stinky Pinky in the first place to a shareholder who admits holding 150 million shares of Paychest?"
I don't keep track of who claims to hold what-why should I?
I kindly suggest you steer the topic of your posts back to the company and not me. Us the PM feature for further gripes.
"If one knowenly makes stuff up, whether positive or negative, and don't admit it's just made up and tries to pass it along as fact, yes, it's lying, but who sits in judgement of such content to determine this?"
If we're talking about stuff that I post (which is indeed what I was talking about) then I am the one who sits in judgment.
"Forming positive or negative opinions about any issue is not lying, either."
No one said that it was.
If I post, in my opinion, that there will be a meaty pr tomorrow based on what I was told, and the pr does not happen.....who determines whether I just made it up and therefore, since it did not happen, I'm a liar? "
It's simple. Opinions are not lies- and again, I never said that they were.
"So post with positive content is or should be considered made up in your judgement? Really?"
No- nor did I say that. I said that if I were to make stuff up- that would be lying. Whether it's negative or positive it would still be lying.
Or do you believe that stuff that is made up is actually truth?
Not sure how much of a common name Nico Botha is in South Africa, but there is a guy by that name that is pretty big in the South African goat scene.
Yep, goats.
