Well we're talking potential fundamentals here and if you have $500,000 coming in when you have $5,000,000 owed and almost 20 billion shares out then it's not going to be that big of a deal IMO.

Good news? Absolutely. News worthy of someone buying expecting a 40,000% increase? Hardly.
