Could be the profit taking is drying up?

1. A lot of deadwood has been cleared out of the way from people panic selling. 2. If stocks don't like the unknown the, the question of will there be dilution has been answered and the answer is yes and it's done for now. 3. The Covid-19 virus is not going away anytime soon and the kids need to be protected. 4. We've come back up without news of any new orders being announced.

There's no better stock I want to be in right now.

Buyers are a little gun shy after all the dilution. The selling into any strength seems to have FINALLY DRIED UP though. If so this is definitely the best stock to be in looking at all the stocks I track.

So, in trying to explain what's happening to a friend would you say this is right?

Still weathering the dilution by GAXY as they pay off their convertibles. In the long run that's good, but it hurts like hell in the meantime.

So what the company has been doing is selling shares to buy back their loans so that they're not hanging over the company's head. They actually have been doing this over the last year.

Maybe we've FINALLY seen the bottom? Sure hope so.

Hope all the dilution is done by the end of the day. Once it's obvious they are we should start recovering I would think.

Looks like yhe capitulation is over, but I don't expect instant recovery. Why do I never have any funds to take advantage of a selling panic? Oh well, I watch & wait.

At least I don't think we have a company problem, we have convertibles turning into shares then selling them problem. I guess you can technically call that a "day trader" problem like IR says. I'm sure that has spooked a lot of retail investors. This looks an awful lot like capitulation to me. I can't afford to sell so I'm glad the company's future continues to look bright and I'll hold my 124k shares.

I don't care what IR says. If convertibles are turning into shares, which they tend to sell immediately, it's dilution.

I do believe you're right bawanyh. That had all the looks of a MM finishing up an order. Fresh start tomorrow.

And after all that we close up $.0001. Patience isn't my strong suit, but I'm going to use what I have on this one. Congress should approve more funding soon and that should help GAXY get even more orders than they would have rec'd anyway.

Sorry, not buying that. They've returned it to $.0303 to $.0306 multiple times. It has forced trading to almost a stand still.

Couldn't agree more about the MMs holding the price down. Must be a huge order they're dealing with if it takes 2 days. Don't have any way of knowing of course, but it sure feels artificial.

The first time they don't take it back to $.0303-$.0305 we should take off. Till then..........nothing.

Yeah, as long as you don't change the order there should only be one $4.95 charge no matter how many partial fills it takes to fill your order. And I really did say I was going to switch and they only charge me $4.95. I called Schwab and apparently they don't charge for OTC orders. You really should do a little research and read some of the previous posts before throwing around your fear mongering. With tiniest bit of thought you'd realize this is the purpose for the reset of the clock. The original clock was for getting the website up which it is as was promised.
