So, in trying to explain what's happening to a friend would you say this is right?

Still weathering the dilution by GAXY as they pay off their convertibles. In the long run that's good, but it hurts like hell in the meantime.

So what the company has been doing is selling shares to buy back their loans so that they're not hanging over the company's head. They actually have been doing this over the last year.
