That could have simply been someone trading a few shares, to keep their "free" version of E*Trade's Pro Trading Platform just as well!

I think Traders will try to play the chart *assuming* it'll become a 'chart play' now. But on the other hand, heavy-handed Bulls may find it 'under-valued' at these prices!

Indeed, the lawsuits...'unclear' direction from the Board & 'new' Executives...as well as the *new Fall Season* 'hail mary' they're throwing - all makes for an interesting show (to say the least)!

I'm probably a buyer around $.14 or so. Not much interest in 'throwing away good money' on a long-shot like this one. American Apparel COULD (not "will" - but "could") end up a "pinky"!

They do have quite a battle w/ Dov on their hands - and it'll probably be a long, protracted one! I don't think they have the wherewithal to fight Dov & continue moving in a solid direction w/ the company.

~ 'The Board' is simply trying to 'land' it - and get off safely!

My guess? They're getting everything ready for a sale of the company; likely, within the next year or so. But I wouldn't hold my breath, that it won't dip below a $.25 again soon!

...and to think, the previous Mod argued w/ me when I told him it would drop below $1 just a few months ago! (...where is 'Guest1X' anyway??)

The numbers posted in the information box are 'supposed' to be up-to-date. However, as a 'collective', us Shareholders, Investors, & Traders tend to...multiplex our efforts, and 'overlap' in our 'DD' @ times.

In other words: if you find the numbers above for some reason aren't as up to date in your DD - please inform a Moderator (any Moderator) - and we'll check the source, and immediately update the listed share-structure as necessary.
