ROTFLMAO - "The Rectal Game" - Nice! eom
etrade seems to be posting the change now. still showing wwcd, but i also see where they have the exchange listed under my transaction log. guess by tom. morning etrade will have fully exchanged.
thats usually the pattern. RS seems certain at this point. GLTY
just for the record, dont know if anybody else posted this:
but through etrade you can sell wwcd (for those that have wwcd shares), they simply place a gbdx short in your acct (for the number of shares you sell). this clears when everything settles.
pc, can u post their response. i spoke with "corey" a few min ago and he said the symbol just updated. i know usually with Etrade its a few days on symbol change.
i need a good brokerage for pennies. i use etrade too and they just are not the best choice...for pennies IMO. Suggestions?
now, now kids. you know the rules. equal opportunity for all races. I can't wait for the Africans. Surely they have plenty of money to invest in KSW. After all, I keep getting emails about how I can help them free up their fortunes. I can hardly stand the anticipation!
huge volume tho. wonder what up?
thanks penny.
For those that were in GLKC, I'm wondering was there a further significant jump in pps on the settlement day? I still have some AWYB freebies, and was curious as to whether settlement day would add any extra momo before the inevitable crash. Thanks in advance.
whats up with the misprints?...just saw another EOD buy at .0014.
lol. sleepy from up all nite orchestrating this stuff! ha!
no, u should have been buying at .006 - .007. Best of luck to you and all here.
somebody just screwed up 10K @ .012 instead of .0012. Forgetting that extra 0 had to hurt, if only a little.
AWYB - question:
I've read that this is similar to GLKC, which I missed unfortunately. Cant remember where I read it, but apparently GLKC float was smaller, correct? Does anyone remember the approximate short. I understand AWYB has 3.6 mil float with 32 mil volume yesterday. Trying to roughly guage the difference in the shorts between the 2 stocks. Thanks.
And thanks Buckey for the heads up. I have been reading this board for quite awhile, just not a frequent poster. Thanks to all those that post useful info on this board. Been extremely helpful and educational over the years.
well, at least the ask is upticking. if they follow thru with bid upticks, we may be onto something. i did pick up a few more when i saw shares selling for .0007, so maybe a decent gain from there.

so....who's telling the truth here? IPKL or QTII
Sep 8, 2006 12:46:04 (ET)
VANCOUVER, BC, Sep 08, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- iPackets International, Inc. ("iPackets") (PINKSHEETS: IPKL), a global developer and provider of wireless communications solutions focused on the mine-safety industry, announced today that it has terminated its Exclusive Global Sales and Marketing Agreement with QuadTech International (QTII, Trade ), which was signed on May 7th, 2006. The termination is effective immediately.
The Agreement was terminated because QuadTech did not fulfill its financial obligations as set out in the Agreement. The termination of the Agreement will also enable iPackets to manage its sales and marketing efforts in China more efficiently and effectively in line with the manufacturing processes being established.
"The key to our success is to control all elements of our business which include technology, manufacturing, sales and marketing, and support," said Naiel Kanno, president and CEO of iPackets. "As a result, we expect an increased shareholder value through direct revenue recognition and enhanced profit margins."

all at the same time! lol.
My guess is MMs. Everything runs at some point, right? And you cant get much lower than .0003. Why not absorb a bunch of cheapo shares and run it later? Thats my take on it. I still hold some. I believe in keeping quiet, but I don't believe they are sitting on any great secret by any means. Who knows though?
mostly looks like somebody dumping their position.
i just dont like it. first, they PR a 10 million dollar deal, a few months later, they are parting ways...with the understanding of the technology. genious!!! I'm in the wrong biz. I was already wary of the fact that IPKL was so willing to give up the licensing rights for 3 years. Definitely smelled of backdoor dealings. Then the forward split. All of this is orchestrated. I guess now comes the reverse split to clean up. LOL
OK - QTII News...
QuadTech International Acquires MTech and Patent-Pending NextGeneration RFID Technology
Sep 7, 2006 14:42:01 (ET)
VANCOUVER, BC, Sep 07, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- QuadTech International, Inc. (QTII, Trade ) (FRANKFURT: QI9), a global provider of leading-edge Internet and IP-based technology solutions, announced today that it has acquired a 100 percent ownership stake in MRID Technologies ("MTech"). This acquisition includes the rights to MTech's patent-pending Multiple Range Identification ("MRID") asset tracking technology, the next generation in Radio Frequency Identification ("RFID").
As part of the agreement, MTech's management team will join QuadTech to continue to oversee sales, manufacturing, research and development, systems installation and deployment.
First developed in the early 1970s, RFID technology uses radio frequency waves to determine simply if an object is or is not present. Consequently, current RFID systems do not allow users to pinpoint the location of tagged items. Nevertheless, Datamonitor predicts that RFID will be a US$6.1 billion industry by 2010 -- triple what it was in 2005 -- with overall RFID industry revenues projected to exceed US$1 trillion also by 2010.
MTech's innovative MRID systems transmit multiple radio frequency codes, which offer the added functionality of determining direction and proximity of the tagged item or person in relation to the reader receiving its signal. As a result, an MRID receiver is able to accurately determine the location of a tagged item, making the new MRID systems invaluable in emergency situations or for organizations with large numbers of mobile assets to protect.
Possible applications and target markets for MRID systems include law enforcement, military, fire rescue, livestock, motion picture, sports, homeland security, as well as other first response operations.
Given the industry's dramatic growth projections, QuadTech believes it will generate substantial revenue from the sale of MRID systems over the next several years, particularly if the company is successful in achieving rapid market penetration and creating brand loyalty in any or all of these target markets.
QuadTech concurrently announced today that it has terminated an earlier sales and marketing agreement with iPackets International and has relinquished the licensing rights to iPackets' iPMine mine safety product.
"QuadTech's agreement with iPackets simply was not creating value for our shareholders, and our management team felt it was time to consider other alternatives to expand our presence in the asset tracking space. We have parted ways with iPackets amicably, and we wish the company well as it continues to develop and deploy its iPMine technology," said QuadTech CEO John Meier.
"In our acquisition of MTech, we believe we have a better, more versatile asset tracking solution to monitor both people and mobile assets," Mr. Meier added. "We look forward to the exciting revenue opportunity represented by MRID as the next generation in RFID technology."

thanx for the response ammo. with all the recent posts and "boardroom" connections that are being made between these two companies, its making me dig a little deeper too. again, thanx for taking the time to respond.
question: doesnt it seem that QTII (and their stock price) will see more movement than IPKL if any sales, contracts or whatever come into play? They have exclusive rights (and revenues) for the next three years. They seem to have a much better share structure. Am I missing something? Just for the h3ll of it, I started scooping a few QTII shares cause it would seem that they would see a greater return (from an investing/trading point of view).
i would like to know; however, why this "we're working on it" PR couldn't have included some share structure info. Most have been saying from months ago that such disclosure would at least help everyone feel more confident about putting money in this company.
i don't post much, but this was a perfect opp. to really give something of some substance, and they did not. just my .009 cents.

Rager, sweetpepperjam mentioned that you were in TSFY. He shared his thoughts with me, was wondering what your thoughts were on it. i bailed just before the cert exchange started, and got back in immediately after the ticker changed to TSFYV (thought i was scooping cheapies, but these levels seem to be the real cheapies). Larry seems to feel that its now best setup for a potential reverse merger play, which makes sense judging by the activity since the exchange issue cleared up. Just wondering what you make of it. Thanks in advance; sorry, no PM with the free account.
no bid? eom
just saw 50k go at .0006...must have been you Cat.
b/a = .0048 x .0049
anybody else with etrade see their acct with pre-split shares amounts?
b/a = .003 x .004
no bid? am i the only one not seeing a bid?
and thanx for that link. always had a general concept of naked shorting, but that presentation was quite explanatory and informational. scary to think what's actually going on in our govt. thanx again.
wow, bid stacked up quickly, after only nite and ubss were there earlier...nice.
